These folks are the BEST. I was told at the Apple store that the camera in my computer couldnt be repaired (or it could be but would cost more than a new computer) and to sell it for parts. Their free diagnostic at Revive revealed the problem was a simple case of the camera cable having come loose inside the the housing. Wow! My computer had been crashing off and on and they did some more magic and it is fixed. And all of that was part of the free diagnostic. These people know what they are doing, and it is worth a visit to them for a second opinion before you give up on your computer.

Is five stars enough? NO!!! I had a wonderful experience at iRevive. My charger broke off in my iPad. I had taken it to one other place & they referred me to iRevive. I chatted directly with Apple and they stated they could not fix it, but did offer to sell me a new one (of course!). They did eventually suggest that if I had a local repair place to go to, that I should do that. I went to iRevive and they fixed my problem...in a matter of minutes. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to solve my problem. We have numerous Apple products & any future problems that arise will be taken to iRevive first!

My computer was running super slowly. The person I spoke with over the phone told me the likely cause of the issue was a failing hard drive. I took the computer to the store on Saturday afternoon to get diagnosed. They called shortly after saying it was in fact the hard drive that was the issue. They provided the fee to replace the hard drive to solid state hard drive. I agreed. They said it would take up to 2 business days, but since they are closed on Sunday, it would be ready sometime Tuesday. They called Monday letting me know it was ready. Great service and done earlier than anticipated. My computer is running super fast now. I would not hesitate to recommend this store. Thanks!!

I had a great experience with iRevive. My MacBook had been having an issue for a couple years that I was unable to figure out. After bringing it in to iRevive, they were able to diagnose the issue and fix my computer. I would not have been able to do the repair myself because it had to all be done under a microscope. The technician and receptionists were all very friendly and great at explaining what was going on while my Mac was in for repair. The repair took no longer than a week. While working on my Mac, its logic board unfortunately failed due to the issues it was having. Instead of charging me for a new one, iRevive replaced the damaged logic board with a new one that was a year newer at no charge. I very much appreciate that they did the right thing, especially when they easily could have charged me for the new logic board. Highly recommend!

The screen failed on my Macbook Pro and I learned that this screen is no longer supported by Apple. iRevive was able to replace the screen promptly and perform a needed battery replacement. It was back in use in a day!

Thank goodness for iREVIVE. My Mac desktop needed a new screen and back light after trying to install new hard drive and more ram myself. They were terrific. Diagnosed my problems, answered my questions, and did the work to get me up and running quickly. They were great about keeping me informed about the progress of the repair. I wish I had known about them before trying to do the work myself. I will certainly use them again.

They fixed my old MacBook fairly quickly considering what needed to be done. They were affordable, and I love the way they did a diagnostic and told me the cost beforehand, and simply stuck with it, no surprises. Super Helpful Service and a Great Experience!I have just transitioned out of my job and as part of that I had to give up my company I8 and get my own. Being an older curmudgeon I had no idea how to set up a new phone and then transfer photos contacts, voice mails, etc. to the new I8 (referbed purchase from amazon).Enter Ms. Sam, she worked for almost 2.5 hours to get everything updated, my data moved to their Mac and then finally moved over to the new phone. Then she installed the sim for the new service and did the set up on it. Sounds easy but there was research into finding logins and apple ids and google account info and all kinds of bother. At the end of all of this effort she told me the cost was the $10 (for the tempered glass they installed on the new phone) and whatever I thought was fair for the service work.I was really blown away by that and I paid her an extra $75 and upon reflection I think I didnt pay them enough for all the steps they had to go through and figure out. The owners of this independent local store are a young married couple and they are honest and trustworthy. I would most highly recommend them to anyone needing any apple service, they do not even charge for diagnosing equipment.My only disappointment is they are apple products only as I have a PC that could use some love and attention. Thanks again to Sam and her husband for such great service!

Excellent experience here with an older Macbook Pro (2011). The Macbook pro 2011 has a lot of issues and Ive taken it to a lot of experts to get it fixed. Irevive was the only store capable of fixing it (graphics card issue) and then a subsequent sound issue. My thanks for the team for finally truly fixing it and at an affordable price! I had a great experience here! Everyone was very friendly and they were able to diagnose my computers problem quickly. The best part was that they had a loaner computer that I was able to borrow so I could still get work done while they fixed my laptop.

I found iRevive after some complications getting into the Mac store at the mall.At iRevive I was able to walk in with no appointment, they did a free diagnostic where they told me exactly what needed to be fixed. Coincidentally I had the same procedure done by Apple less than 2 years ago and iRevive did it for $250 cheaper.

I came to a place where both my iMac and my Macbookpro were failing to function and I couldnt get my computers to an Apple Store. IRevive was very helpful to me when I brought in a liquid damaged MacBook Air. I’ve had an old computer sitting at home for years with no idea really what was wrong with it. I took it to iRevive and they diagnosed my problem quickly and for free! They followed up with me and also gave me a few suggestions to help me get a “new to me” that was in my budget and that would do what I needed. Another 5 Star review! We were traveling through Greenville and having iPhone charging troubles. We walked in without an appointment. They tested the phone, and inspected the charging port under magnification. All was fine with the phone, but the battery was old and nearly worn out. They replaced the battery for us while we waited, and for what I thought was a very fair price. The whole experience was very low pressure, friendly, and professional.

From the first phone call to picking up my device after it being fixed, Esteban and his family were respectful and gave the best costumer service. Took Esteban maybe 2 minutes to pinpoint what was wrong with my device and quoted me half the price that Apple would have charged me if not more. IRevive was my life saver. I have a 12 year old iPod Classic 6th generation that goes everywhere with me. I never had issues with it before this year. It started playing out of only one earphone. Somewhat frantically, I called around to multiple places, all of which told me it would just be cheaper to buy a new iPod. No one wanted to even try to help. I called iRevive, explained my problem, they knew what the issue was immediately without even having to look at it, ordered the part for me, and they fixed it as soon as the part came in (at a much cheaper price than replacing it, although you cant put a price on sentimental attachment). My husband and I took my Mac in to get fixed and our experience was stellar from our first interaction with Jorge over the phone saying they’d look at the laptop for free and tell us what’s wrong, to Estéban and Sam Just being so patient with us as we tried to figure out our options.
