Woodforest bank is awesome I had an issue with a check and after going to 4different places I went to Woodforest and Byron took the time to help me resolve the issue thanks for the great customer service and actually being a bank who is just like us every day ppl

Absolutely the worst bank I have ever dealt with. I had to deal with this branch today and had to call my local branch to help them out and still they had no clue. There is a reason they have one star as their rating.

They dont andwer their phone or open on time Simosonville is a better branch

This branch sucks. Left my debit card at home and needed to withdrawal money out of my account for lunch. When I got there, there was a lady who had opened but the branch manager who was the only one authorized to open registers was not in yet. Had to leave without money for lunch cause it was during work hours. This was on a Wednesday morning 1/25/2017

Anytime I have to call the bank for any reason I have to hold for around ten minutes. This is unacceptable.

Ive been with this bank 13 years wouldnt think about changing
