My experience with this shop was pleasant and easy . Repairs done 4 months ago and car still running great. Great service and comparable prices for a Mercedes shop. I would highly recommend this shop if have Mercedes Repairs that need to be done.

If I could rate this place higher I would! Was originally looking for electric work.. search no more! Mike cares about his customers and offers good prices. They found the problem in my car and was fixed and maintenance done ready the very next day! Smoothest experience ever. Highly recommend!!!

Amazing customer service as well as good work and when Mike says it will be done it will be done right and on time, 5 stars is an understatement of the quality and peace of mind that you will getting by having your car repairs done properly. When they say that you need something done, it really needs it, unlike other people who just want to sell you stuff that you dont even need done. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were 5 hours from home on a holiday weekend when my alternator went bad. Stopped in at Star and Mike and his crew got us up and running in a couple hours, saved our vacation! Very reasonable on price, and was a pleasure to talk to while they were finishing up. I highly recommend checking them out for any work you need.

I have a BMW that was overheated and I took it to a shop that did not do the work properly and never machined the head. I called star automotive and they picked up the car for me and diagnosed it and gave me a GREAT price on repair. They did the repair quickly and got the car running perfectly again. Very pleased with star automotive with Mike in particular he was very good with getting things done promptly . He is fair with his prices and with knowing what he’s doing . Mike was extremely helpful when my car broke down multiple times. He lent me his car while he fixed mine and was willing to drop everything to help me when I was stuck. He made sure to complete the job until it was finished, no matter the cost to him. He was wonderful to work with, and we will be using him often in the future.

I highly recommend avoiding this place at all cost unless you would like to be lied to and overcharged. My grandfather took his car here this past week for routine maintenance and the owner Mike lied about the work that was done to the vehicle and how long the vehicle was at the shop. My grandfather being the kind heart that he is didn’t want to argue with Mike so he just paid and left but I think others should at least be warned. Our family will definitely be taking our business else where.

Ive taken my car to 3 different places in greenville to get a specific issue fixed on my vehicle. each place either overcharged me (~$4,000), or told me various things that needed to be fixed rather than address the problem I went in for.I went to the autozone across the street from this shop to get the code on my check engine light. They then recommended that I come here & reassured me that Mike the owner will take care of the issue.Believe me when I tell you, this place is one of few in the area that will truly help you with your car repairs. Mike worked with me throughout the entire process finding the best value/cost to get my vehicle running smoothly. He even offered to give me a ride to & from work if the repairs took longer than I could wait.I would recommend this place to everyone & will be taking my vehicle here in the future.

The owner was very caring and understanding. Offered us food , a charger , wifi , and gave us kittens to play with. Time was a little longer than expected but they fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. Offered us a ride anywhere we needed within the time we were there. Would recommend to anyone with an AC problem

I bring my car here whenever I have a problem the owner Mike always works with me and give me a loaner car until mine is repaired .mike is a honest man and has never tried get extra repairs off of me, give this place a try youll be very satisfied I am.

Took my Mercedes by with an AC issue. They identified the problem (blower regulator), had the part in stock and said they could fix it today. Gave me a loaner car and fixed within 3 hrs. Fair price and good service.

Finally! A real automobile repair shop I can have full confidence in.Mike at Star Automotive and his master mechanic Pete, resolved a tough problem I’d been having with our 2007 550SL Mercedes. He researched all of the prior service records done by other shops, diagnosed our problem (low voltage coming from the battery to electronic systems), installed the proper voltage new battery, all in 1 day at a fair price! I highly recommend this very authentic garage - I will also bring my Nissan Murano in for its maintenance and repairs.
