I was having trouble with my ac at the beginning of this month, hope they excuse my delay in not putting this review in sooner. Honestly thought I had a Freon problem, cold air wasn’t blowing even though we had topped it on Freon. I wasn’t looking forward to knowing the estimated cost on a possible leak or worse. I found a free day to stop by EZ Oil Change and Lube for an oil change and to see if they had any suggestions for facilities I could go to, to get my ac looked at. They suggested I go to their care place down the road, so I did, when they said down the road, they meant down the road. They were easy to find and conveniently close. Well I get there and explain my situation to the man behind the counter, they unfortunately didn’t specialize in Freon or ac repairs but he did say he could do a diagnostic to see if he could better pinpoint the problem. After about 15-20 minutes, the verdict was in, apparently the Freon was overcharged and the pressure was building up, if he hadn’t caught it in time my engine could have been a more costly issue. He regulated my pressure and my ac blows the coldest air it’s ever produced, it was so cold my windows were fogging up from cold condensation. I highly recommend this business, even if they don’t specialize in your car’s issues, they have the resources to help pinpoint it. Thanks again EZ Touch Car Care!

Brian is a great guy.. he’s honest .. dependable and doesn’t not try to overcharge you.. he’s straightforward and he does great work.. I trusted him with my Escalade and he did not disappoint.. this is the second time I’ve used him.. he did my brakes the first time and did a marvelous job.. this time I had him put in plugs and wires and he’s replacing my control arms / ball joints.. he’s not like other guys out there that will look for little holes to sneak in extra work that doesn’t need to be done to make more off you.. he’s my new go to guy for anything I need done.. give him a shot he will not disappoint! That’s hard to say nowadays about people and especially mechanics!

They dont repair right the first time and then they want to charge for extra things that were never agreed to. I took my 94 Ford Ranger in for a timing belt change. Received it back and it wouldnt speed up past 30 ish miles per hour and was really sluggish. I took it back and the guy told me it had to be something else. I leave it and the guy then does a tune up that I never agreed to but yet the truck is still acting the same. To shorten the story I took it to another mechanic that checked the timing on the truck only to find out that my timing belt was off and would have to get placed in correct timing. I paid for a tune job that my truck didnt need or that I asked for to be performed, but at least they refunded the money that I paid the second mechanic to fix my timing that they set incorrectly. If you dont know what your doing then you shouldnt state that you can do what you cannot. Ill leave it at that

Piss poor is the best way i can describe my experience. (if you just wanted see the main reason why i gave them one star see #3)1) It took them two and a half days to get my truck looked at. Normally i would not have an issue with it because i know people are busy but when i go in there three different times in two days and my truck has not been looked at and everyone is just sitting around doing noting is when i had an issue.2) When they finally looked at it and found out what was wrong it was the end of the third day when they were closing. So they said they would have to call the part in to see how much it is tomorrow. I had asked them to just get the price the next day and call me to see what i wanted to do next. Well luckily i had my friend go over there while i was at work the next day to see what was going on because if i did not they would have done all the work without asking me. (even though i had told them to call me before they did anything)3) This one is the part that really made me give them one star and not three. I got everything fixed that they told me was wrong and it was still acting up so i took it to the Ford dealership to have them look at it. Well the part they said needed fixed worked just fine. The Ford dealership ended up running a compression test ( the same test i paid E-Z Touch $100 for) and they told me the motor was blown. So now i am out the over $100 i paid them to tell me what was wrong with my truck that ended up not being the problem at all but i am also out the money i put in to fix what they said was wrong.So in conclusion i would not go here they will lie to you about extra things they have to do to fix your vehicle so they can add extra time to there jobs while they just sit around and take a guess at what is wrong with your vehicle. It would also be nice to hear back from E-Z Touch on this issue to prevent this from happening to others.

Great place, great service, great communication. Informed me of a problem with my shock that I didnt know about, without adding extra work to what I came in for (an alignment).Ill be giving them my business next time as well.Edit: wound up having to replace that shock/strut. Thats not surprising though as it was already replaced, DIY, before this visit. Cant blame them because it wasnt installed properly. Will still be coming back.

They went above and beyond to fix my daughters car after the local dealership would not even attempt to diagnois the problem, much less fix it. Cost was very reasonable.
