I called Mr. Tire in a panic to find somewhere to get my tire plugged. Mr. Jimmy, the store manager, made sure that everything was handled quickly and efficiently. His personable character over the phone and face to face is the type of customer service you want to receive everywhere. Also, the prices were amazing for the service received.

Excellent place to get tires at a reasonable rate. Better is the place had opened appointments on the day I needed my tires replaced! This was after frantically searching at other places, which none of them had any same day openings. Shan was great as he informed me of the lifetime warranty on my new tires! Sent my daughter there because she had a nail in her tire. They looked at it and said $46 to repair. Price seemed too high Sent her to Walmart because the repair tires for $15. Walmart said it was too far on the outside to repair, so they recommended replacement.

Have been going to this particular and was pleased. This particular visit had different people working and didnt seem as pleasant as other visits. Seemed to feel like other shops I had visited and no longer support them.

I called looking for tires as I had 2 flat tires, they had them in stock and held them and an appt to put them on within an hour of me calling them! The customer service was amazing! Their quick service kept me from being stranded an hour from home. They were a huge blessing to me! 10 stars for sure!

My wife was out of town visiting family. She realized she needed an oil change and didn’t want to drive all the way home without it. She stopped in without an appointment and was greeted by Justin. After he was instructed not to, Hunter claimed to have performed an alignment on my vehicle. He charged me $109.00, without providing tangible evidence of a printed alignment report. I brought my car to Lloyds Tire in Chapel Hill, NC, two days later. They performed an alignment and then walked me through the report. It displayed that Hunter, from Mr.Tire in Greenville, had never performed an alignment on my vehicle. WOMEN OF GREENVILLE: DO NOT bring your vehicles to this establishment, even if you have a sufficient understanding of cars. You will be taken advantage of by the employees. Take my experience to heart; find an honorable business that will not scam you.

I can’t say enough good about the employees at this location! I called them at 12pm and asked if there was any way possible they could get four tires, alignment and a inspection done by the end of the day. They said be here at 5pm and we will work you in. I arrived and got my tires on and during the alignment we ran into issues. Justin, Will, Andrew and Sam all stayed late till well after 7pm to get my vehicle fixed up and ready for more. These guys are the best and I will be servicing all my vehicle here moving forward! First off, I dont really leave reviews, but I will say that Troy provided outstanding customer service to my fiance and myself. He made absolutely sure that we were both addressed equally as he spoke with us, he knew exactly what needed to be done, and how prompt he was to ensure that we were in and out in a timely manner, as he was aware that I had to get back to my job. I would give Troy and Mr. Tire a 10 star if I could! The guy in the service bay that repaired my tire, Cody or Corey, (my apologies), he was very thorough and highly respectful. You just cant get any better than that. He also spotted a nail that I was totally unaware of, and was very good about making me aware of it. If they continue this service the way they are, they will continue to make their clientele very happy, and have return customers. Thank you all!

Justin the manager helped me out. I needed new tires put on that day and he was able to source them, have them delivered, and install in the same day. He was exceptionally friendly and even went out of his way to go to another store to mount my tires. I will be returning and recommending them and especially Justin to anyone in the area.

Whats the point of having an online appointment when that appointment is not communicated to the store? I scheduled an 11:30 appointment today and arrived at the store 15 minutes early. When I walked in, the person at the counter said they were booked solid for the day. I thought this would not be a problem because I booked an appointment on their website in advance. Thats when they told me the website appointment system isnt connected to any system at the store. They were not able to work on my vehicle and Im left wondering why they even have an appointment form on the website.

Mr. Will and Justin took excellent care of me! I was able to call and get an almost exact estimate for my tires and installation. I pulled up and they got right to it. By the time I came back from picking up the kids my car was done! Great service and friendly people!

After several issues with other auto services, I decided to try Mr. Tire. I came in for an oil change and general inspection and Mr. Will took care of me. He ensured the services were completed in a timely manner, charged a fair price for the additional air filter change, and shared a true human connection, which is definitely lacking at like Jiffy Lube for example. The free WiFi also was fast and helped me use my downtime productively. Thanks Mr. Will! I’ll be back next oil change!

Justin is a very professional service writer and job was done very quickly to accommodate my time schedule. However, the markup on parts are way to much. Advance sells to public for 190.00, I was charged 368.00. I understand a small markup, but I think this is a rip off. Shop fees....39.00? Anyway, great place for professionalism, but pricey.

After I left off work this afternoon, I unfortunately found a nail in my rear tire. After spending 30 minutes at another auto shop in town, with little to no assistance, I drove over to Mr. Tire where I was kindly helped by Justin and Caleb. These two gentleman were so polite and willing to fix whatever issue I was having with my vehicle, no matter their closing time. I am very grateful that they were there to assist me! The service here is execellent! Today Troy helped me with the service. I drive a 2015 BMW and he informed me of the many services Mr. Tires offer that will not require me to go to BMW. He also explained the quality of oil and brake pads I will be receiving. The brake pads were unexpected so he found me a great discount to help out with the unplanned brakes. David, worked on my car and when I asked questions about his inspections he walked me out to my car and showed me everything he found. It was comforting because he also taught me things about my car that I did not know. Troy worked diligently with the team across the street for the additional parts and there was a special part that the team across the street actually took their time to look for that would have cost me $80 at BMW, but I only paid $20. WIth BMW I get lies and expensive jobs and, as a women, they make me feel like I am dumb and they are always trying to get over on me. Here I get great prices and honesty. If I am not sure, the mechanics take you out and explain everything. The parts team due their due diligent to find your part, and the people at the front have excellent customer service and educate you on anything you need. To all you BMW owners in Greenville, NC, come here. You will not regret it.

I had to have a tire replaced and they were fast and affordable!

The manager, Will Turner, told me my car only takes synthetic oil (I came in for an oil change) which is not true and costs $50 extra. The oil change was fine and he was nice otherwise. I will not be returning here as I do not like being lied to and taken advantage of. This is too common in the auto industry for a young woman.

If a customer likes the work done they tell others that’s how it works. My experience at Mr. Tire was excellent. The manager, Justin, was especially helpful as was the man at the counter whose name I did not get. I had a completely flat tire and it was past 6pm so all other places were closed. And I needed a tire ASAP because I was had to drive 90 miles to an appointment first thing the next morning. Mr. Tire helped me out and explained everything, since I know nothing about cars or tires. I felt they were honest and not trying to rip me off like some places do. They were already pretty busy so my car was last to be taken care of but they stayed open 15 minutes past closing to finish. Superior service, I highly recommend!
