Really not happy with this company. I feel as though my truck was towed for no reason and I never heard of a repossession fee. Im going to get my truck today and when I say after I get my truck paid off they wont ever have to worry about me or me referring anyone to them ever. Thats exactly what I mean.

They are a great place as far as someone who has bad credit and cant get a car anywhere else however, they are definitely beating people with interest rates and payments. I missed one payment and they said I was behind 2 so they have rocket the interest rate from a $6,000 car to 16,000

Just bought a truck from there said everything was serviced. Probably was bc of all the oil its leaking had the truck a week and about to go back to the store tomorrow. Luckily they have only a 30 day warranty

By far the worst buying experience ever. I bought my truck from them and went back four times for them to fix the same problem. They are nice until after you sign the paper work and then after that they could careless about you.

The service was quite horrible it took months to get my title. They tell you to make your payments on time but dont send the title once The car is paid off.The car I brought constantly have problems and i spent over a $1000 on repairs. When I brought the car the key fob didnt work and I was promised another key but never received it. Now the broken key is setting off the Alarm system and cant start my car all the time. It was a horrible experience. The best thing was the noCredit check but I guess you what you pay for.

Great group of guys at Carmart, the Meineke side is great as well. The technicians are very knowledgeable of a wide range of vehicles. They have an awesome exhaust tech, he does an excellent job, state of the art new Alignment Machine. If you want your car fixed or maintained right, bring it to them.

I first left a 1 star because I was sold a vehicle with a tranny out. But these guys made it right and are paying for a new one. So I do appreciate that. Not a bad company and would buy again.

I just called in to inquire about a car and the lady gave me a smart remark. For me the way you come across on the phone goes a long way so just for my recent experience its not even worth 1 star but maybe it will treat others different.

Debbie makes this business suck she talks to you like garbage towed my car for no reason when it got towed there was a dent in my passenger panel and she blamed it on big dawg towing and they blamed it on her. I got my car fixed MYSELF because she began making a mountain out of a mole hill. Then asked was I trying to get some money which pissed me wayyyyy off I guess shes the owners sister cousin or something because they allow her to be nasty so even though the sales guys are the best it makes no difference because if the owner condones her behavior the whole company is bad. I called BBB. Its sad. I do not recommend you do business with this company especially if you want to be treated with dignity and respect. You wont find it at Greenville Car Mart!

They always take good care of their customers

I have no issues with Debbie. Shes real and up front about everything. She will stay honest about it all. Unlike the owners I can respect her more than them. Been having some issues with my truck for almost 5 months. Hasnt moved since January had it looked at several Mechanics and got any issues fixed that appeared on my engine light. When I spoke to an owner named steve about it he told me to bring it in and they will take care of it free of charge. Had to wait a week to get paid so I can tow it in and another owner tells me they wont do it and to take it to meineke cause its past 30 days. So Im practically paying for a lemon now and they left me hanging dry paying on this plus insurance and it cant move. If they were more upfront about this and not changing the story on me last minute I could have been ok with it. But after all the money I paid and wasted to get it on the road and I still have to pay on it this is totally not worth it.
