I’m so glad I came here, I came in for an estimate on Monday and my car was in and out on Wednesday. Jeff is great he gave me the best money saving option and it turned out better than I expected and was ready faster than anticipated. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!!

Not going to lie, some of the less than stellar comments made me a little nervous going with Fender Mender to fix my front bumper.But after meeting Jeff, I felt confident that he would get the job done. In fact, from day 1, he set the right expectations for me as far as when he couldget me in, what times were best, what he is going to do and how he was going to do it etc. He was honest and transparent.My calendar didn’t always align with his and you know what? That’s fine. You want quality, you’re going to have to have a little bit of patience.Jeff was kind and I had a pleasant interaction with his colleague I think Steve is his name. I could not be more impressed with these guys. While my son was working someone hit his parked truck and took off, damaging the rear bumper and fender. As he is working part-time while in school, saving for college, he could not afford a big expense. Fender Mender to the rescue. I took it to them on Monday morning. Talked with Charles and Jeff...they could not have been nicer. Charles told me what they could do and gave me an estimate. I took it back the next morning to have it repaired. It was ready to go a few hours later and they charged me less than the estimate. While my hope is that I never need their service again, I would not hesitate to go back should the need arise. I will highly recommend them to anyone that needs any kind of body work done.

We randomly found Fender Mender when we found ourselves needing a quick bumper replacement. We walked in and was provided a quote which could not be beat. We were also guaranteed at that time that it would be a same day turnaround. That alone was a deal sealer. After dropping the car off, we were contacted a few hours later and informed that my baby was ready for pickup. I would also like to add that she looks just as good as new. I highly recommend this business and I will be sending everyone I know their way.

Charles is hands down the nicest and most professional mechanic I’ve ever known. I had a major suspension issue with my Jeep and I wasn’t able to find a shop willing to do the repair due to rust. I called all around town explaining my frame wasn’t rusted but instead it was a bolt on dead axle that could be replaced, Charles immediately understood what I needed and went out of his way to help me out. This job ended up needing almost an entire rear end replacement and special OEM parts but everything was finished just as soon as they could get the parts.If you have any need for service that they can do I would recommend this shop a million times. Thanks guys for all the hard work and dedication!

Charles and the rest of the guys at Fender Mender gave me the best customer service experience that Ive ever had in my life!! Charles was awesome. First, I went to 3 other places besides Fender Mender. Two were higher and not helpful at lowering the price since I acknowledged this would not be through Insurance. The other one is a longer story. Fender Mender was my fourth quote and I was going there due to the reviews. The result was better than the reviews. First, he was up front with me with a very fair estimate. Lower than the other three mind you but then gave me ways to help lower the price if I was willing to look for some parts. That did not work out for me but mean while Charles had found the parts cheaper than first quoted so my estimate dropped. I gave him the go ahead and once the parts arrived they where done with my car in one day! I was having some brake issue too and I asked if he knew someone. He not only recommend someone but took my car there for me and communicated the entire process so I could agree to the price before the brakes were worked on. I could go on more but bottom line is, I could not be more pleased from the person who did the body/paint work to the customer service. That my friend is how you do Business! I hope I dont need them anytime soon but when I do will go back. If you are reading this then you must need their service. I highly recommend you use Fender Mender.

Jeff, the owner, genuinely took interest in helping my situation when I dropped by to have the shop take a look at some scratches I received on my car after getting a detail a few days prior. He clearly and honestly explained what he could do for my car and offered to help. His kindness and honesty exceeded my expectations! I really dread having to get anything done to my car because most of the time the cost is inflated and I feel taken advantage of. But the owner was so kind, personable and a blessing...It really did something to my heart knowing that in these times there is still human kindness. I almost cried.

Updated after owners response-My car was wrecked by a friend and towed to this lot. I was told they would look at the car and call me if it could be repaired. I called several times and was told they had not looked at it. A few weeks later I got a phone call from them asking why I had not moved the car. Explained I was waiting for a response from them but hadnt heard back and assumed they were busy.I was told I would be charged for the time my car had been there. The person I talked to was extremely rude, so I decided to have to car taken somewhere else. After leaving a review with my experience I was then threatened by the owner to remove the review.

I went here after I visited my fifth or sixth body shop that turned me away but they took me in quickly and got me out in a timely manner. Charles did great and popping out a dent do I can get back to doing uber

I had spent a year with an awful dent in my bumper because someone hit me in a parking lot and ran off. I was so afraid that I could not afford the repair or my deductible through my insurance. You ever had a customer service experience, or had such great service provided, that you couldnt wait to come back? Yeah. Jeffs / his shops / service / professionalism / care, etc., actually made me want to consider getting my car hit again, JUST so I could come back & get some more service / repair done... Kiddin, but you get my point, right?After going to another body shop (*gag*) & being given an estimate of $3,700+ to fix a significant dent in the front quarter panel on my drivers side...& THEN suddenly being handed ANOTHER significant cost that led the insurance company, which they were working with, to give me a diagnosis of Total Loss / Salvage Title, I was disheartened......until a close friend recommended I try Fender Mender. I couldnt believe my ears when Jeff only charged me $550 to put my car on the road again. He went above & beyond in finding the appropriate piece at a different location, ordered it, put it on THE SAME DAY I had brought my car in, buffed out significant scratches, made the tire rims look new, washed & vacuumed...Rest assured, if your car gets damaged, there IS a great place in town that will likely repair it with great service for a great price.

So when I had some issues with my current SUV this week I decided to stop by for assistance and Charles was very helpful in figuring out what I needed (as I have no clue about car parts)! He got my minor issues fixed quickly and did so without a fee. I was really grateful for his kindness and courtesy! It made my busy day much better! Would recommend their service to others!

Id like to personally thank Charles and Jeff and the rest of their crew at Fender Menders of Greenville for the spectacular service and quality! Despite my issue being a minor one, they helped me out of a real headache of a problem. Before going to them I visited several other auto body shops in order to fix a dent in my bumper and my reflector having broken. I was quoted with 600-800 dollar fixes. As a college student with a car payment and other bills to pay this was very disheartening to hear!! So as I found my way over the this spectacular shop, they quoted me under $100 and a simple solution, and I have never felt more thankful for having trusted online sources. This place has a faithful following, and I will ensure that if I ever have anything in need of fixing, questions or otherwise need a trusted mechanic to lead me in the right direction I will be contacting them. The front right fender of my car had been warped so the passenger door was unable to be opened, I went to another auto body shop and they said they wouldnt be able to fix it without paying a lot. When I arrived at Fender Mender I was greeted and helped promptly, Jeff efficiently helped me by offering to fix it enough to open the door before getting me the quote I requested. I was pleasantly surprised when I saw he had even cleaned it up.Jeff had a lot of good knowledge and advice for me about how best to proceed and fix the car but let me make my own final decision on what to do.When I offered to pay for the quick fix he politely declined and instead told me how he really loves what he does and loves serving his customers. I think this is quite evident in his friendliness, honesty, good workmanship, and quick service.

In the past I have visited Fender Mender for major repairs after a collision and was very satisfied. Recently my 2014 Altima received a dent in the rear bumper which I assumed would require body work. However, when I visited Fender Mender they were able to quickly realign the panels in just ten minutes. With some buffing and touch up paint its as good as new! All for no charge! They are amazing.

Needed a stainless steel part painted. Called these folks on a good recommendation, they answered almost immediately. Made it about 5 seconds into an explanation and was told to hold on, just hold your horses. Sure, a bit abrupt, but guy is obviously busy. Guy then sets my phone down, answers another, proceeds to say to the other customer, Been getting nothing but calls that got nothing to do with a d*** body shop. What can I help you with?Cool, my man, way to keep it professional.

Great service and excellent body work. I got my driver side body almost entirely wrecked. And after the body works done, it looks pretty much intact. They also care for your financial condition and make the proper plan that best fits your need. Nice guys and outstanding job!

We went in looking just to get the car “useable” and legal to drive after it had a rear/side collision. We got a rough estimate and took a couple months to save up to get the work done. Jeff was super helpful and told me my options, and even had me pull around and took the time to help me remove a hanging part that was dangerous to drive with, and helped me release the trunk which was stuck shut, free of charge. Upon going back they did a free estimate on the spot as soon as I walked in, called around for parts while I stood there and found them. They wanted to make sure to get me the best deal so they called multiple places to make sure of pricing. The actual quote on paper was a few hundred dollars cheaper than the initial glance over. They said they would have it about a week and would call when it was painted and ready. I told them the car was a beater and honestly I wasn’t concerned with looks, I just wanted it safe, together, legal and weather proof again. They said if I didn’t want to paint it I would save a lot of money, and it reduced it a good amount. That relieved a lot of the stress I was feeling on my end since it’s just a car for commute to work. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They gave me a date to drop the car off for the next week. I dropped it off at about 9:30 that morning, and Charles remembered me as soon as I walked in the door. He yelled up front that I was dropping off the Saturn and just getting parts put on. I received a text and a call from them around 3:40 while I was at work, gave them a quick text back saying I was at work and would be off all day the next day. Called them and they had finished all the work same day and the total was $250 less than the estimate. They got a deal for buying all the parts from one supplier, so they said they passed the savings on. We went to pick up the car and it looks flush and solid. Trunk works perfectly again. They assured me that they straightened and realigned the frame and reinforced it where it needed to be, and did a coating to prevent any weather from damaging it on the underside/actual interior metal they worked on. Any time I have an issue they will be where I go, and the first place I recommend to anyone with body damage. We took the car out after to go shopping and it’s perfect besides the paint job I requested not to have done since I plan on painting the entire car at a later date. If you need to manage your finances and just get back on the road, or if you need it to look brand new again, these guys have you covered it seems. ❤️

This place is amazing. I dropped my car off to get some repairs and they drove me back home so I wouldn’t have to use Uber. Great customer service. I picked the car up and it was washed! Wow! What a great experience! The interior panel on my front bumper was loose and I went in expecting an hefty estimate and a long wait time. Instead, I was cheerfully and promptly greeted by the owner, Jeff Rybak. He took a look at my car and gave me several options to consider, including a secure fix that he could complete in 25 minutes. And, best of all, as it was a minor fix, there would be no charge! He shared that hes owned this business since 1993 and this was his way of giving back. My car was fixed in the agreed time and I now have a new local business that I am confident in recommending.

I met Jeff Rybak, he was very nice in writing up an estimate for me eventhough the business was closed for the day. I was impressed by his willingness to assist and was very thorough in getting all the details for a complete estimate of what I needed done.

I had an awesome experience at Fender Mender today. I took my truck in to see about getting a long overdue repair to a door panel. Charles quickly took a look and told me what it would take to fix the door. Unfortunately, the door would have to be replaced. Incredibly, Charles recommended that I check with a paintless dent removal (PDR) company first before spending the money to replace my door. After meeting with the PDR folks, it seems like theyll be able to fix my door at a substantially lower cost. Cant thank Fender Mender and Charles enough for taking into account the cost of the repair on my end in making a recommendation. Although I didnt need to use their services today, Im now a customer for life.

They reattached my bumper in 30 minutes for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

Jeff was very nice and was so helpful! I crunched my bumper and wanted to get an estimate to see how much it would cost.They used a heat gun to get the crushed part out of my bumper to make it functional! They did not charge a penny for popping the bumper back to make it able to open the back door! He gave a free estimate and was so kind the whole time. I would definitely recommend going to this business, it is definitely worth it!!

I stopped into Fender Mender this morning to have them quote me on a small dent and a few scratches on my 2020 Honda Accord. I walked in anticipating that I would need to schedule an appointment to get an estimate. I spoke with Jeff whom had me pull my car around to one of the bays. He buffed the scratches out, applied touch up paint where needed (at no cost), and referred my to a dent guy that will be able to remove the dent for a reasonable price. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone

Let me start by saying that I had read some bad reviews about one of the owners being nasty to customers and I wasnt thrilled to take my car there after an accident. I had to because of my insurance. I was greeted by the nasty owner and he treated me very nice and respectful. They did a GREAT job on my car, their work is spectacular and I wouldnt hesitate one second to take my car there again. I highly recommend this place for body work. I rarely write reviews but this place deserves it.

I bought my 06 Honda Pilot here 3 years ago because I had a red dent on the front driver side bumper. The guy told me what my options were and in 10 minutes, I was pulling out without a dent in my bumper! Today, I brought my 2013 Hyundai Accent in because the front bumper on the driver side was loose. He gave me the option of replacing the bumper or putting three screws in to hold the bumper in place. I chose the screws. He told me to give him 5-10 minutes and he would have me taken care of. As I was writing this, Jeff came to get me because my car was ready. My car, Co-Co, wants to thank Jeff and Charles of Fender Mender for taking care of her and sister, Grey Goose.

I came to Fender Mender to get an estimate on fixing a dent. Charles Gainey, the owner, said that he would try to fix the dent for free by using a heat gun and pushing out the fender. He gave me his cell number to schedule a time, and when I called he quickly did the work and the dent was gone! Highly recommend Fender Mender and Charles!

I had an accident on June 5. Called my insurance agent and they said to go to Fender Mender. I drove over and spoke with Jeff, the owner. He wasnt just friendly, he was very reassuring and made me feel like I was going to be well taken care of. I was pretty shaken up, so I really appreciated his attitude. He also helped me work with Hertz to get a rental and was just so helpful all along the way. He and his partner, Charles, were both friendly, helpful, and reassuring through every step. I was pretty sure they were going to total my car, a 13 Jetta, which I had hoped to keep until it fell apart since Im 67, dont drive much, and cant justify a new car. The repair was very close to the value of the car, but I was able to get it repaired and keep it (yay)!The icing on the cake was twofold: Charles thought my battery might be suspect, so he replaced it. I asked Jeff if how much it would cost if they touched up the MANY chips in my rear bumper from years of whacking it with 50 lb suitcases in the last years of traveling for a living before I retired. They used the leftover paint and charged me nothing beyond my deductible. I waited the weekend to write this review because I literally thought these guys might be too good to be true, so I wanted to shake down the work before I sang their praises. Should have known from my first impressions that this was unnecessary. And even if Id had a problem, Im pretty convinced they would have handled it for me. Even if your insurance doesnt send you here, or if you are not insured, you will be well served to take your business to Jeff and Charles!

My insurance company sent me to Fender Menders, and I was expecting an outlay of several hundred dollars. The men there were unfailingly polite and friendly--and obviously, they were in the Christmas spirit too because they refused to charge me for touching up the damage to my bumper! Clearly they could have charged me for paint and labor. Maybe it was because they had just finished a delicious holiday smoked turkey and trimmings company meal when I arrived. Or maybe I reminded someone of their mother (?) Or maybe, just maybe, they are really nice people and honest businessmen! I hope I wont need them again for an accident, but if I do, I will go straight to Fender Menders of Greenville!

My entire bumper had to be replaced. I was told it would take about an hour for them to replace my bumper instead I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! Thanks for the great work! Highly recommend! 😆

I am long overdue in writing this review but I did want to take the time to write it. Fender Mender is awesome. The guy that owns it is top notch and so are the employees. They never try to charge you more than they should, they give an incredibly fair price, and do excellent work. They have fixed things that the dealer would have charged me thousands to fix for an affordable price and they even fixed some of my smaller things for free. I came in one time (after being a customer before) with a tail light out and asked if they could fix it, they replaced it in 5 minutes with no appointment and didnt charge me a dime. They are awesome. I would go there again in a heartbeat. Plus, they were nice to my dog, which goes a long way with me.

Jeff and Charles are unbeatable - from their knowledge to their quality work to their customer service. Charles installed a broken drivers side mirror glass for me in the parking lot - a seemingly simple but tedious task where you couldnt see exactly where the glass and bracket aligned. Of course, with too much pressure applied, youd break the glass. Left to myself, Id have broken the glass or quit or both, but Charles stuck to it until it was done. Knowing that it mattered to him that this small task was done right, I wouldnt take any other work anywhere else. Thanks!!

From the moment i walked into this place i was treated very well. A friend recommended these guys for repair. I went in on a friday and Jeff told me to bring my car back monday to have it in the shop. One week later my car looked brand new with a new rim that wasnt part of the estimate at first. Highly recommend these guys for any repair to your car.

We just moved to Greenville and had a small wreck 4 days after we arrived. We went to the web to find a body shop and all of the rave reviews of Fender Mender caught our eye. It is no wonder. They did a quick and excellent repair of my car, dealt with the insurance company and even washed the vehicle before I picked it up The best part of the shop however was the outstanding customer service provided by Jeff. I cant recommend them enough. Outstanding!

Extremely rude behavior from the man I spoke with on the phone. Learned the hard way that some questions should never be asked of a mechanic, no matter how politely. Evidently I deserved to be yelled at and lectured for asking a question I genuinely didnt know the answer to. The ironic thing is that I was genuinely willing to listen until he kept railing on me. I had never taken my car here to begin with, and after that conversation they can absolutely be sure I never will. After reading their responses to negative reviews here on Google (complete with condescending Bible verses and reeking of gaslighting) I am now relieved that Ive avoided this place and the people who work here. Horribly unprofessional.

I thought I was taking my car in for an estimate for a large sum to repair the front bumper that come away from the quarter panel. It was my first visit. My customer support rep (oh, how I wish I had gotten his name, but Im going to assume he was the owner) immediately looked at it within minutes of my arrival, walked up to the car, popped the bumper back in place and replaced with a pop-in like sealant button and that was it! He charged me nothing but asked me to write this review that Im doing with great pleasure!!! I will go back and highly recommend Fender Mender for your next car body repair!

Absolutely recommend this body shop! I stopped by to get an estimate on fixing a fender that was damaged from a blown tire. They took the time to bend it back and bolt it so that my tire had clearance, and even got the road rash off of the bumper for me, and didnt charge me anything. Really nice guys that care about their customers and the quality of their work. 10/10 highly recommend!

Called these guys first thing this morning, asking if they could fix some damage to my minivan before our road trip in three days. Less than two hours later (including drive time there and back), I was as good as new AND they charged me $0 because it was so minor. That NEVER happens...unless you’re one of the good guys! Thank you! Will recommend them to everyone I know based on one small act!

Late post, I dealt with Fender Mender twice; latter part of last yr and the beginning of this yr. Very professional and efficient. Dont bother running around getting multiple quotes, just go to them. You will be highly satisfied. They really do excellent work and are very kind, polite, courteous etc. They do not treat you like a number, very personable. No flaws at all in the work they do, it looks new. Peace!

I brought my 12-year old-vehicle in for body repair. The damage was estimated to cost nearly $6K which was more than the car was worth. I didnt want to get rid of the car. It was the last gift my husband had given me before he was killed during the War in Iraq. Charles was wonderful! He took time out of his busy schedule to repair my car enough so that it was safe to drive... and he charged me NOTHING! His staff are professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. But most importantly, they are HONEST and FRIENDLY! The customer service is top knotch! I strongly recommend that people check out Fender Mender if you need body work for your vehicle!

Fender Mender is one of a kind! They treat you like family and look out for you. As someone who had just moved to the area and admittedly doesnt know much about cars, they treated me very well and took the best care of my car. Recommend to everyone!!!!

I had called around to a lot of other shops and they all said the same thing “NO” or they couldn’t do it today. I called Fender Mender Charles and he said bring it and he took care of me. Don’t go anywhere but to Fender Mender.

When I came in I did not have a good experience. I explained what happened to my vehicle and they didnt believe me. Instead they poked fun of the situation and tried to crack a joke like I wasnt telling the truth! They also would not work with me on the price of the repair. The behavior was very unprofessional! I would not recommend this place to anyone!

Wow, so glad I chose Fender Mender. Jeff was absolutely amazing from the moment I walked through the door, so knowledgable about insurance claims, he handled everything for me including my rental! I highly recommend, just great, honest, and caring guys all around.

Fair place to go

My car was backed into which caused some damage to the front. It was my first accident so I didn’t know where to even start so I googled body shops near me. Fender Mender was the 2nd place that popped up and it had AMAZING reviews. I called to set up an appointment for an estimate and was told that the estimate was free and I could come at anytime with no appointment. Went in the same day and was greeted by Charles. Estimate was quick and easy. Fast forward about a week or 2. I dropped my car off for the repairs and I showed him some scratches I had on the back from another incident and asked him for an estimate on that. I told him I’d let him know if I wanted that done too. Today I picked up my vehicle and it looks fantastic! I did a full walk around and noticed that they touched up my scratches too!!!! I will forever and always recommend Fender Mender.

OMGosh!! I cant say enough great things about the guys at Fender Mender of Greenville! Friendly, professional, and fair! I brought my Nissan in for an estimate and left the shop with the very minor damage repaired on spot!!!
