Every time we call and have to leave a voicemail for him to get back in touch with us. It takes him no longer than 24 hours to call us back. Unless its a Friday afternoon.

Very poor communication agency. i have had lapse insurance twice and got my license suspended twice because they cut off the policy without me knowing. i ended up owing the DMV 800$ to get it fixed. if you get insurance with them you better watch carefully any changes or updates may happen. hope you have abetter experience than what i did
