I am beyond ecstatic in how Kevin Dunn and the team in Claims handled our car accident. We were not injured but our car was totaled. We received our settlement in a very quick manner AND it was a very fair amount helping us truly REPLACE our car instead of a small amount that didnt help make us whole again! I have been so pleased with my insurance through State Farm and through Kevin Dunn in particular. When I first signed up for car insurance, I had originally signed up only for liability coverage. Kevin Dunn called me himself to talk through my coverage and recommended that I add comprehensive and collision coverage. At his recommendation I added comprehensive and collision, and it was only a month later that I got into a traffic collision in which I totaled my car (my fault). The money I received back from State Farm was enough for me to pay cash for another used car. Im so thankful that Kevin Dunn reached out to me--otherwise I wouldnt have had the money to buy a replacement vehicle. This made me a loyal State Farm customer.

KEVIN DUNN, By far the absolute Worst State Farm Agent I have ever had to deal with. He is very Unprofessional and speaks to his customers as if they are his kids. I recently had an issue with him accepting a payment over the phone for a certain amount and after accepting my payment , I called back to make sure my comprehensive coverage has taken effect and Kevin stated that I havent been insured for several months . When I stated that I gave him a payment over the phone , He then claims NO one in his office ever took the payment He told me I owe. Kevin claim I never gave him any card information to take a payment. After several minutes of back and forth I told him that his attitude and disrespect tone is Totally unacceptable . Once he looked into the issue , He comes back to place the blame on the after hours State Farm Phone reps in California accepting the payment, but I quickly told him that I spoke with YOU (KEVIN DUNN) during office hours est 12pm Eastern standard time Not any after hour Reps. He then proclaims that I am lying and that he would refund the payment that I made and to re quote me for a new policy with all of the Penalties and Fees for not having insurance for several months. Kevin Dunn isnt trust worthy under any circumstance. He lacks the ability to communicate properly and doesnt send receipts or follow up emails to ensure confirmations of notices or payments.His staff was very Nice on the other hand, But I truly believe He shouldnt be in a position to run any type of State Farm Insurance Agency. If you plan to become a State Farm customer please avoid Kevin Dunn agency and look else where with no hesitation.

Would highly recommend Kevin Dunn and his team! I lost everything in an apartment fire and he and his team made every step of my claim extremely easy and stress free. He was willing to take the time to ensure I understood what was happening from an insurance standpoint. He also called multiple times to check in that I was doing okay from the fire and if I needed anything.

I wouldn’t recommend this branch to anyone. You’re nothing more than commission, and bonuses to the individuals I’ve came in contact with. They’ll quote you an inaccurate number to get you through the door, and then your payments will spike up the following month. I would recommend getting a quote from Farmers Bureau Adam Sartain is amazing. Tried saving money with the initial quote State Farm quoted me with, and ended up paying more than I was previously on Farmers. Save yourself some time, and spend your money where it’s valued.

Horrible quote from this man Kevin Dunn. First he called me a liar, then he treats me like I am his kid, but further more makes me feel ashamed to even calling his office. I will state that the first person that answered my call was a very well educated women, who was very kind, and great customer service. As far as her boss? I had Kevin Dunn as my agent for almost 8 yrs. In that time he did not call me once to see if there was any way he could help me. I never met the man or anyone from his agency the entire time I was his client. I had an accident last year and not one person from his office called to see if I needed anything or to see if I was alright with my accident. All I was was a commission for him. What a mess we went through with this company branch trying to establish a General Liability Insurance policy with an addition insured company.We origanly asked for an issurance policy under our LLC licensed name. The proposal came back as a DBA account. We had to fix that, than we had such a hard time opening all of the policy files as they looked like scans. It took all day to get something corrected.After getting this squared away the policy stated the start and end date were posted were the same date.Then we had to contact the agent for the (FITH TIME) to make changes again.Again we had a hard time opening the file. This guy should spend more time on his business other than his social politics around town. This person should not be conducting business as a professional agent.
