I HIGHLY RECOMMEND JOHN SIMMONS as your insurance agent!After nearly 25 years with the the same home and auto insurance company (which never had a local agent...just an 800# to call during certain hours a day during the work week), it seemed like my rates had increased out of control. I decided to check with two local agents (since I had never worked with a local agent from a big insurance company). I wanted to explore a different avenue and I am sure glad I did.Since it is COVID time, I did not get to meet John in person but we chatted on the phone numerous times and exchanged emails so I could better understand the policies, rates, bundling options etc before I ultimately decided to go with him and State Farm.Johns attention to detail, follow up, responsiveness, and sincere and genuine interest and concern for the needs of my family was both refreshing and appreciated. John is an extremely likable guy and shoots you straight with the facts so that decisions can be made with absolutely zero pressure from him. He is either always available or if he is with another client, makes himself available to discuss questions on the phone until an issue is totally understood or resolved.My only regret is we didnt find John and his team several years ago. Who knows how much money we could have saved on all our insurance?? Plus, it is reassuring to have a local, dependable, and action oriented agent and staff ready to serve vs being held hostage to long 800 elevator music or certain hours and days where agents in TX are available.John will exceed expectations!

John Simmons is a stand up guy. With his extensive knowledge on insurance I was able to save money on my auto, home, and valuables. Key ingredient was educating me on coverage needed followed by examples. Also, Johns team of streamlined professionals make thing easy when issues arise. I highly recommend these guys for your insurance needs.

I was blown away. They saved me nearly $100 on my monthly insurance. And added renters and road side, with that, and WOW!!!! Simple liability insurance just isnt good enough anymore. Just because its legal doesnt make it the best. Thats why Im glad I switched from Safe Autos policy to this advanced cheaper option with great professional care!!!
