Great service. Joe gave great advice, and told me ways to lower my premiums. They are cheaper then my previous insurance company, and he didnt try to sell me insurance I didnt need. Really helpful. My only complaint is when I said the State Farm jingle he didnt magically appear in my back seat like they do in the commercials.

I have used this insurance agency for years. The staff at this office is amazing! Everyone is always very efficient and extremely helpful. I was involved in a hit and run accident a few years ago and state farm took extremely good care of me. I was afraid that using my insurance to take car of my totaled car was going to raise my rates. State farm paid of my car lien and once the police found the person responsible, state farm went after his insurance company. I was able to get a rental and purchase a new car within a few days thanks to state farm.

I do not recommend this office for renters insurance. After sending 4 emails and calling on 5 different occasions to make a change to a renters insurance address they were finally reached by an employee that needed to make these changes. The document they sent had the incorrect information. After trying to get a hold of them again without success the change had to be made through a different office and sent to them to be fixed. Once the document was corrected 3 days later it had omitted a name from the document which was on the previous incorrect document. The service is the worst I have ever experienced in this sort of business. They appear to me to be unorganized and unprofessional.

Extremely rude. I was side swiped on Augusta road and had to pull into his driveway to not block traffic. While waiting on the officer to finish everything up, he decided to come out and request i move my vehicle from his driveway (despite plenty other ways to get in and no rush of vehicles to get there) Didnt even check to see if anyone was ok. I would never insure my vehicle with a person like that and neither should you.TO THE OWNER:I did not peel out of the driveway and no one ever asked if anyone was ok. If you dont know your own entry/exit points (which was not blocked) you should spend more time outside looking at your property. I did snap at you, because what you did was extremely rude.Bless your heart.

My experience been very excellent with Statefarm. They always willing to work with me no matter what the situation is . When my car was in a hit in run they immediately hop on the situation making me feel very safe & within 2 or 3 weeks due to processing paper work & me not having all the money at time it took a lil longer but through it all they was able to get my car repaired & I just love being insured through Statefarm :) Nice peoples
