I had a stressful situation with AllState and the DMV that needed to be resolved by AllState. Bill Hutto was the absolute worst person that I could have ever called for help. He seemed to be a nice enough guy but the call soured within a few minutes. I literally spent the next 14 minutes on the phone with Bill with him telling me how he needed to teach me a lesson. This guy would not help me in any capacity when all that I needed was a little assistance and direction. I have never experienced anything like this. I was literally forced to hang up on this guy. I called another AllState agency, Jeremy Ford and dealt with Abby, who was very kind, listened to my issue AND was able to resolve my issue in less than 10 minutes. I will never, ever recommend Bill Hutto to anyone. The worst human being alive.

Bill Huttos agency has always responded to any request that I have with efficiency, care and concern. The service is prompt, and they know who I am. It removes any anxiety about discussing a problem because I feel like I am speaking with a friend.
