I had a fantastic experience with this State Farm agency, particularly with an employee named Erica Carrega. I recently moved to South Carolina because of work, and this agency was referred to me by the leasing office of the apartment complex I ended up at. Erica knew exactly what to do for me in regards to my Renters Insurance since she had experience working with my apartment complex previously. In addition to this, she even let me know that I needed to transfer my car insurance policy to South Carolina as well, something I didnt even know I had to do! She really saved me their and went above and beyond to make sure that was handled for me. The Dylan group are great and very helpful, I have both my renters and vehicle insured with State Farm. They are available to answer any and all questions. Here are a couple of things that make them great, they keep in contact with you, they explain in details your coverage, my agent Kira has been very helpful with my many questions either by telephone, email or going into the office, and then having an one on one with Dylan who explains all your coverage in details and they also let you know what State Farm has to offer besides insurance, which is GREAT because I have always thought of State Farm only as an insurance company. Sometimes you get insurance and you really dont know what is covered. They do follow-up calls every couple of months to make sure everything is going good and to see if you need anything. When my car was damaged by the hail, they directed me to claims and then followed up with me on the status of my claim to make sure everything was going good and to make sure that I didnt have any issues. The Dylan Schaefer group treats you like family and you feel like you are part of their family. I would recommend giving Dylan Schaefer group a call even if you are already insured with someone else.
