We have been customers of Polly Poland’s insurance agency for many years. Recently I filed an auto claim after hitting a deer on the highway. From the initial call to State Farm who had a tow-truck on the way within minutes, to agent Paul Pierce who followed up and got the ball rolling re: repairs and rentals, I was in a rental car for a month while my car was in the shop. Paul’s communication was swift and efficient; he reassured me about my rental car limits and contacted the body shop to update me on the status of my car. His customer service skills were exemplary. We don’t live in the same town as Polly’s agency anymore, but we are still very satisfied customers and we’d recommend Polly Poland’s agency.

Had a great experience with the customer service, like above and beyond.Car insurance has always just been something I checked off my to do list but after going through the motions and enrolling Jana actually took some time to educate me on what I was buying and importantly what I was forgoing. I found a policy that I actually understand.Furthermore, when I had a little billing snafu I was able to get on the phone and sort it out, which normally translates to: sitting on hold, listening to smooth jazz, getting frustrated, and then just paying anyway. Not the case though! I called up, there was a note in my file about my prior transactions and rather than making me wait on the line while they called corporate to figure out the issue I was called back. Everything was taken care of promptly, nothing left unresolved.All this to say that while State Farm Insurance is a large corporation, Polly Piland is personal and well run. 10/10 do recommend.

Polly’s office is the best! I am in the process of switching my insurance to this agency! The agents are so helpful and well versed. They helped me so much and answered all my questions, and most importantly, SAVED ME MONEY! I actually feel like I know more about insurance and what events my insurance covers. I had issues in the past with my current insurance company and the staff didn’t really do anything to try and help me, this is not that kind of office. Someone is always available when I have a question and everyone is so friendly ! They really take care of their customers and try to help like it was their own policy.
