I thought I put this out there Im just like typical single man dont care about insurance if I got it fine but it came to a point why I had to refinance I found out my insurance rates are higher so I shopped around found Cory Kennedy Insurance what a god-sent. He got my rates down low on a monthly payment for my refinance made my payment to like I said if you dont check the insurance once in awhile you will be ripped off all I can say is thank you Cory and your staff and by the way I had a windshield broke the other day have been with the company less than 4 months I had to get a new windshield I didnt catch no static or nothing I paid the deductible and the windshield was fixed in two days all I can say its nice working with an insurance company and a person and the staff that really cares

I unexpectedly hit a deer last month. I only had my vehicle for 7 months at the time....so yes I was very upset. I called my insurance company the next day, and before I knew it they had me all set for a rental. After dropping my car off at the auto body shop of my choice..............I was picked up by Hertz. The entire process was well organized and smooth. I did not have to stress out about anything as the reps kept in contact with me even after my ordeal. Katie was very nice during my follow up call to make sure any minor issue or concern I had was resolved. I think overall this company is well worth the investment because when a client is in need they are really there to support you.

Absolutely awful!!! Nobody in the office listens or they all do not understand the English language. Since I bought my house and moved to Pitt County they have ignored every single request to remove myself, my wife, and even my address from their mailing list. Great company to have on your side! Me and my wife have our cars,boat , and home insurance through them they have the lowest rates we have found. They also have been great with claims!! My wife seems to have a knack for letting deer hit her!!! So we have had to file 2 claims this year! They are always super nice and on the spot to help us get a rental car and her car taken to the shop. They care about you as a person not just the money they make! I really appreciate that!!

My family and I lost our home, two cats and belongings to fire December 27, which rekindled on the 28th. State Farm was there before Red Cross to be by my side and offer assistance. My adjuster came out as soon as possible and was very helpful. I did not have to wait on claim. Beth has been helping me throughout this entire tragedy. She even listened to me cry or break down...totally out of nowhere at times. No one thinks this will happen to them. I didn’t... Was a loyal Geico customer for over 16 years until my rates went up over 120 dollars. I started to call around and figured I should call the office of Cory Kennedy. I couldnt believe how much more competitive they are with pricing. My insurance went back down and carried better coverage. I would also call them as soon as possible if you carry insurance with Direct, National General or Anchor (unless your not a fan of extra money in your pocket).

I have dealt with other insurance companies before and I must admit none have been more professional and understanding than State Farm. Due to work and other personal doings, I had completely forgot about signing a form but Cory Kennedy insurance waited and worked with me as opposed to just cancelling my insurance like in previous experience with other agencies. They have great customer service and work diligently to serve their clients with great respect and service. Thank you guys
