Knowledgeable and professional. I was told by a garage when I had a tire replaced that it was caused by a bent tie rod. I took it to Johnnys, who was recommended to me, and the mechanic and Manager put it on the lift and showed me bushings and rods were good. Simple alignment issue. Honest garage and good people. I rate 10☆

Wish I could put 0 stars..Very rude and no customer service skills at all. Quoted me 1600 for job took it to another shop and got it fixed for 350. Nothing but a bunch of crooks that try and take advantage of you. Will never be back or recomend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy.

I can say my husband and I have been there a few times and have had nothing but friendly, fast and reasonable service. Had a full set of tires and they repaired a broken A/C for a deal! Very friendly, tire went out in Greenville andI picked the right place to get it fixed Johnnys. Good selection of tires, and got a alignment while I was there. Got a matching pair and ready to go in no time. Glad it didnt blow out on memorial Blvd good grief. Thanks Johnny

Amazing and friendly service, I go to ECU and just got a nail in my tire and came here. The staff and the owner I believe was so very respectful and helped me out so much. They did not have the tire I needed so put a another type on the tire until they got the right tire in the next day! The thought of someone helping you and not leaving you stranded. Very impressed with the tire service, I recommend this place pretty fast too!!

May be good for small stuff, but not much else. Outrageous prices even after they were caught overcharging me, told me it was ready (2) times when it was not, and improperly installed my fuel pump (pretty badly). Will never visit again.

Rodney and staff was great people to work with. Visiting family in area. While visiting had blowout. Came to shop at opening 7a.m. Put in order for tires by 11:30 tires was ready.

Its really great place to have your car service at. They are very friendly people. The technicians are we informed and very knowledgeable.

They may be good at tires but they are not good at anything else. Went to this place and spoke to Rodney. I asked for my plastic piece to be taken off. He said it wouldn’t be a good idea to remove it completely but said they could trim and wire it so that the piece would not be dragging. Supposedly they trimmed it but they did not wire it and I’m back to it dragging. Called back and spoke to Rodney about it and he said there was nothing that could be done and should get the piece replaced. I paid 16 dollars for nothing. Check their work before you leave if they are doing this to small things imagine what they are doing to anything else. Beware.

Terrible service, high prices and very rude

I purchased a set of tires from Johnnys in 2016 (11/17) because they gave me a decent price and I wanted to support a local business.Around 5 months later (April 2017) I found a bulge in one of my tires so I took it in hoping it would be covered under warranty; it was not so maybe I did something to cause it. The new tire had to be ordered and I purchased it out of pocket.They placed my spare on the car for me (17 inch regular sized low profile tire) until it arrived. My car requires low profile 17in tires and doesnt ride well on the donut tires that come with cars because of this.I purchased a full size tire years back for my spare and was using that until the new tire came in. I returned, they installed the new tire and of course my spare was returned into the hidden place in the trunk. Guess I shouldve looked at it.9 months later (1/18) I have an issue with one of my front tires so to avoid a blow out put on the spare. We realize now Johnnys tire gave me some random DAMAGED 16 inch donut spare. Im completely outraged at their shady-ness. I honestly dont know why they would have done this and hope for their sake it was SOMEHOW a mistake.Because I had no choice I used the donut spare and it blew out on me when I was on the way to purchase a new tire. (Shocker)Its almost a year later so I obviously have no recourse but, to know a business would steal from me and give me a product that endangered my life to use is appalling. . Purchasing a correct size rim for my car is a $500 expense so Im stuck using a 16 inch rim and had to purchase two tires in this debacle.These guys are not a vendor I would return to because of this. Do not give them your business. There are other small businesses locally to support.

I was traveling to Greenville on Labor Day weekend when my truck began to have problems and also needed new tires. I contacted every tire shop in Greenville and nobody could get the tires I needed for 4 days except Johnnys. They had the tires I needed within 24 hours. I was able to drop my truck off on a holiday weekend Saturday and they busted their tails to get my truck done before their long weekend. All the employees there were friendly and cared about helping me. An employee even gave me a parking pass for the ECU football game as I told him I was going. Could not have been happier with their service and will feel no stress if I need to use them again.

Let me start by saying that one of the other reviews is spot on. They will charge you outrageous prices for repairs. I brought in a vehicle that I replaced the A/C system on to have it charged up. 64ozs of r134A and 11ozs of oil PAG150 is what is holds. Total bill was $199.36. The compressor went bad (not the shops fault) but had to be replaced other shops in town were at $100 to charge it up from zero. The harness was $17 and not installed properly. Should have been soldered and had heat shrink on it not a big jumble of electrical tape wrapped around god knows what. A+ shade tree job guys.
