They seem like they know what they are doing, however both times Ive had wheels mounted and balanced from them they ended up scratching them.They did however fix their mistake the first time. The second time it happened I didnt bother mentioning and decided I would never go back.

Charged me $1300 for services and didnt even fix the problem. When I called them they said I need to take it to a dealer as they are not sure whats wrong with it. This after telling me it was all fixed. I took it to a dealer and another $1500 it was fixed. What the dealer found to be the problem, the dealer stated it should have been found by the last person who looked at the car - Grilliots. I do not recommend. They take your money and do not fix the problem. And when you bring it to their attention they just want to put the blame on someone else instead of fixing the issue at hand.

Had them mount new tires and asked for an alignment. They forgot to complete the alignment and since my wife picked the car up, I wasnt aware until I looked at the bill. So, we had to run the car back to them - 40 mile round trip. Asked for a discount due to their error. They did not charge me for the service at all. Making a mistake right - that is customer service! Greatly appreciated.

Theyve aligned two difficult to align trucks perfectly for me. In freezing weather I asked them to plug in my diesel before I came to pick it up to make sure it would start and they actually had it running and warning up for me when I showed up to ensure it would start in the cold. Thanks

Grilliots is a great place to get your vehicle fixed and some tires.

Best choice for any suspension and alignment work. They have diagnosed suspension problems so I could fix it myself and after I changed the parts, they do the necessary alignment. Never had any worries they would do anything but top notch work. Honest and helpful, they know their stuff!

Tried them twice because everyone talked them up. Did an alignment THEN told me I needed a tie rod end. Took for another alignment on another car. said I needed a hub assembly. I just put it in and lived 5 miles down the road.
