This place took over 5 and half months to get my car repaired. Had to return it several times due to poor quality. I paid an extra $2500 to have the clear coat cut and polished and they still couldnt get it smooth. After getting my vehicle back the first time with the interior full of paint debris I knew I was in for one hell of a ride. Since then I have had nothing but roubles with the poor quality of workmanship that they provide and ended up taking the vehicle elsewhere to get done what they charged me to do

My 2015 Fiesta ST got rear ended and this shop helped me in every way they could and the finished product was like-new! The staff are a pleasure to work with and always made me feel welcome! All-in-all an amazing experience and would recommend them to anyone needing body work or paint repair done!

The communication is horrible Ashley in particular. I had to call them after not hearing anything for a week and a half to be told she can’t reach the guy that does the estimations. Took way longer to get my vehicle back then they originally said even with no problems. Would NOT recommend. They’re in no hurry to get your vehicle back to you

I brought my 2020 BMW in for dent repair and paint work on the recommendation of Century BMW. Jon Bright talked to me about my repairs and worked with my insurance company. They called me to schedule the work and completed them on schedule. The car came back good as new. I highly recommend Fairway Auto Body if you need work on your BMW or any vehicle.

Fairway Auto Body Repair has gone through a management transition to get things back on track. I had to wait much longer for the minor bodywork on my car to be done then I was originally told (8 days versus a day and a half). However once the new manager, Andy Engalls, was made aware that I was left hanging with no communication and no car, he set about making it right. My car looks great, I was very happy with the customer service, and I am pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend Fairway Auto Body.

I highly recommend not using Fairway Auto Body Repair unless you have all the time in the world to wait for the simplest repair to be done. It was originally supposed to be a week but took almost 3 weeks. They called almost everyday and said if it’s not ready today it will be tomorrow and it just kept being tomorrow but tomorrow never came. Only positive thing about Fairway is the job they did was well done.

If you have a cheap car that you don’t care how it would look after being fixed take it here, however if you like your car I do not recommend this place at all. I took my BMW M5 to this place and it took them well over a year to “fix” (its still not fixed) my car had to be reworked several times due to been damaged by them and told me to take the car and that they would work on the rest later on... Well its been several weeks now since I have sent an email to the manager to set up an appointment and no response (very professional). Just letting everyone know.

I received a shining recommendation for this body shop. Unfortunately my experience was not the same. They chose to disregard my requests that I placed in writing and signed. I was quoted 4 days of repair and 3 weeks later I finally received my car. I would not recommend this shop to anyone nor will I be using them in the future.

My 2016 Ford GT convertable California Special Pony Edition automobile with only 7,859 miles, was backed into and the quarter panel was dented in. No big deal right, WRONG, quarter panel had to be a factory part, welded under door and trunk, car completely dismantled 😟. I was like would it ever be the same, these professionals are remarkable!!. You would never know it was ever hit, just LIKE NEW 👍. I have had several cars repaired by Fairway, and all times the job was professionally handled, pictures of the car through every phase. Estimated time of completion, and let you know if there were any issues. My car sat for a week. Because the guy that was handling it Had a family emergency two weeks ago. So, he had been out of work and was supposed to be back as of last Wednesday. As I was told that Tuesday when I called. And he had not submitted the final estimate for the repair. Which had grown to around $3100.My policy covers 30 days of rental. But, they told my insurance company the car would be finished on the 3/10. So, the insurance company canceled payment for rental after that day.I have recieved no information on the status of my vehicle. Communication is supposed to be there #1 selling point. Its all over their lobby and printed material. Someone was supposed to call me that Wednesday (3/09). No word. I called Friday (3/12). The account had been passed to a new guy to handle. Since the first guy was still out. I have put my hands on it. So, I dont know where we are at with your vehicle. Can I call you Monday (3/15)? The new guy tells me. I call today (3/17). No answer.Today. The rental car company calls me and tells me they have not recieved payment for the car since the 10th. And are going to process my card to bring it current. My insurance company made arrangements for them to pick up the rental fee due to THEIR delay.I tell the rental agency that Fairway is to pick up the charges as per my claim agent making arrangements for them to do so. Fairway has not heard of such an arrangement. And now hear we are. 🤷‍♂️Still no idea on the status of my primary vehicle. If this had been my first experience here I would never come back. Very unprofessional for such a highly recommended and reputable business.Very unsatisfied customer.

Do not let them work on your car. Please read all the other negative reviews before making your decision. Our car was in an accidental and sent to the body shop for repair, covered by our insurance. It was there for 19 weeks. Weeks! Not days. Every couple of weeks theyd find more repairs to do and more reasons to bill the insurance company. I understand that as they take parts off for inspection, more issues might be found. But nothing should have taken this long. Communication was horrible. The only person that knew anything about the car was never around and never answered our calls. And because they decided to use parts not approved by our insurance company, they were asking for more money than what was agreed upon (over 17K!), which our insurance company refused to pay to get our car back. So after the 19 weeks, our car became a total loss because the repair cost was over 75% of what the car was worth. Whats more upsetting is that in order for them to release the vehicle to our insurance company, they had to pay them the full amount. So in the end, the body shop got their way. We would never take a car there again!

Very unprofessional was told it would be ready Friday March 19 2021 I dropped it off Marc15 didnt get it back till match 26 never got an apology or anything I had to pay for a rental out of pocket the whole time and they knew it. After the Friday passed I called up there and the following week they lied to me and my wife everyday ab it being ready each day all the way up to Friday when we finally got it back manager got an attitude with us saying we dont get payed until ur car is done so all he cared ab was getting his money not me spending money everyday extending my rental bc someone there lied and ordered they wrong parts. They whole time they had the car we heard they were waiting on one part next day it was they were waiting on three parts poor communication on the inside with each other and with there customers enterprise on pleasantburg drive even said they have heard nothing but bad things about that body shop. Stay away ill never use that body shop again ever

Place is horrible.1. They took way too long to make simple repairs and every time I called to check in vehicle I was told by Shirley that she had no idea how Ling repairs would take. I asked they give me calls and update me and that never happened.2. They didn’t fix my car properly. Had me come pick it up and the car still was not fixed.3. The inside of my car has a nasty fume smell I’m guessing from the paint job. I’ve had body work/paint work in my car before and never had this issue4. Their suggestion for finishing the repairs on my car is to bring it back and they will put a donut tire on my car for 48-72 hours while they finish repairs. How about since you messed it up the first time you put me in a rental.Never go to this place

Our Car was towed to Fairway on Dec. 30th . January 15th Fairway gave insurance an estimate of $13,300. During this period with repeated phone calls never received an estimate of completion time.Feb. 3rd they said might need a dashboard and would call next week. Never called. I called and was told by a woman after checking that it was in assembly and would be completed Feb. 26th. Feb 25th phoned to check if I should pick up. Told no it needed a dashboard and would not be ready for two to three weeks. I tried to call GM twice and he never returned calls. March 1st informed new estimate over $20,000. March 2nd talked to Insurance. It had been declared totalled. They could not send check until Fairway gave their final charges. Fairway did not send to insurance company until March 9th.Car with Fairway 62 days before declared totalled. They did practically nothing for those 62 days. No Communication No satisfaction

I had my forester in for rear end damage. The first time I came to pick it up it was nasty and had tape residue all over the bumper so I couldn’t see anything else. After the clean up the bumper was loose on the passenger side and I was told that was normal. The truth was the pins were reused and this should never have gotten by a quality inspection. The only reason I gave 3 stars is that they finally got things right but be warned if you send your car here make sure you get pictures of your whole car before it’s worked on and go over everything they worked on to make sure it’s right.

It took fairway Ford 3 full months to repair my vehicle. I understand Covid complications with ordering parts but nothing was communicated to me when fairway took my vehicle in. Long story short I was told my car would be ready in a few weeks and when the time came they pushed it out another 2 weeks. This process went on 6 or 7 times. Nobody communicated anything to me. I finally got in touch with GM TJ. He was fantastic. Called me daily to update me. After three long months I got my car back. If not for TJ this would have been a nightmare.

TJ communicated updates regularly and also helped fight with an insurance company to simplify things for me. While it took longer than expected for the repairs to be completed, It was no fault of Fairway (thank you Covid and shipping delays), when I did get my car back, it was pristinely detailed and totally worth the wait.

Over the holidays my 2019 car with only 5000 miles on it was backed into in a parking lot. The dealership I purchased from recommended Fairway body shop for repair. I quickly made an appointment and had the pleasure of meeting James Turner when I arrived. James made the entire experience seamless. He was kind, patient, prompt, and extremely knowledgeable. While waiting for my appointment for the actual repair, someone else gave me a great big ole door ding. Again, I contacted James and he added an additional repair to my appointment. Yesterday I picked my car up and couldn’t tell it had ever been harmed. I didn’t experience a single frustration throughout the entire process and I am forever grateful to James for making this such a great experience. The ladies in the office were excellent too! 5 stars just aren’t enough...it was a perfect 10!!!

They did a great job, just got tired of being told it’ll be ready the next day or give us a call and feeling like I was annoying them whenever I would call. It took a week and 4 days to get my car back because the bumper needed to be replaced after they tried repairing it, it was either them or progressive slacking. But like I was told I need to understand that things happen and well things happen.

Took my vehicle to get work done after it was damaged by another driver. The adjuster at Fairway seemed irritated he had to come to the front at my request to go over the damage done to my vehicle and my concerns. Called Fairway several times to get updates because I had not been informed as to any status updates regarding my vehicle. The front office staff were not friendly and seemed bothered by my inquiry. One lady placed me on hold for an extended time then had to call me back. She was argumentative and dismissive in attitude. Received no answers and was told to leave a message for the Fairway adjuster. No one called me back. Was told by the insurance adjuster vehicle would be ready on a Monday. Called Fairway on Monday after not hearing anything, left message with Fairway adjuster and got no return call. Insurance adjuster told me he was told by the Fairway adjuster it would be ready the next day. Called the next day and was told that the Fairway adjuster was at lunch and the lady in front office would call me back between 1:30 and 2:30. Never received the call back. Had to call insurance adjuster so he could get answers as to the status of my vehicle. Was told again it would be ready later that day early next morning. No calls next day. Called at 5:07pm today to Fairway to be placed on extended hold to finally be told it would be ready in 20 mins. Got to the business 10 mins before they closed. No one went over the car to see if I was happy with the work, was handed keys and paperwork and told have a nice day. Very unprofessional, rude and lacks communication among employees as well as with customers. I choose this place due to a previous experience that was over and above. Sadly it one takes one bad experience to turn away any future business for me. I will not bring any vehicle I ever own back to this business. I hope you take this review and use it as a training tool to better for employees and they way they interact with your customers. The only complaint with the actual work that was done is to the right rear tail light that was scuffed when it was hit. They buffed out the scuff to make it smooth, but you can still see the marks. I do not call this a repair to its natural pre-accident state. If the adjuster would have been available at time of pick up to go over the repairs he would have been informed about this. We lingered in the parking lot looking over the vehicle so there was plenty of time for someone to come out and greet us. I hope this review gives you some insight and helps better your business interactions.

I was lucky enough to pick Fairway Auto Body to help me remove my Delaware license plate and install my new South Carolina license plate (just moved here about a month ago). Bill assisted me, he was so helpful, had us come inside, gave us each a bottle of water, and within 15 minutes my new license plate was on.When I asked Bill how much do we owe, he just smiled and said Welcome to Greenville SC!! Worst experience ever with a body shop. Paint job was terrible. They broke more on our car than they repaired. We even had parts fall off the vehicle on our way home from picking it up. Also, our park assist back up sensors that were fine before the “repair” no longer function. It looks absolutely terrible, and the price was outrageous. Too bad I can’t choose less than one star.

I was told this is the only authorized shop to paint and repair BMWs for the dealership and I see why. I brought them my E46 M3 to have the hood and side repainted.The paint job is flawless.Customer service is unmatched.Ive taken my car to shows since, and had so many compliments on the paint. OM Goodness. Someone dinged my passenger-side MINI door where I was temping and was kind enough to leave me their card on my windshield so they could pay for it. I went last Thursday (5/22/14), got an estimate, emailed it to the guy. He paid for it in advance, I dropped the car off on Monday evening, and it was done today (Wednesday)!!! Happy dance, happy camper. This is my 3rd time at Fairway Auto Body and this was the 3rd time they surpassed my expectations. No surprises, no disappointment. I would recommend them to everyone! PS: I especially loved dealing with Laurie in claims--she made the whole experience painless. Thank you, Fairway!!!

I would NEVER EVER EVER advise ANYONE to go to this place. I had a MINOR fender bender in my brand new 2018 chevy (so it wasnt any previous damage) February 19, after months of run around and put offs, I STILL do not have my vehicle. Theyve basically taken my car entirely apart and are STILL putting me off. At this point the only time I get any updates is if I call and put up a fuss. I shouldve known by the horrible attitude of the admin that this wasnt going to be a great experience. PLEASE do yourself a favor and DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Fantastic work and quality NEW OE parts! My Explorer has 3 stage paint and was matched perfectly. Also my insurance company quoted 2nd hand parts and had a guy that can make the emblems sticky again all along with a warranty if i used their shop... Someone backed into me and her insurance which was All state the adjuster told me not to take my vehicle here because they either will total the car out or not work on it because its an 03. Im happy I went against his opinion and took my vehicle here because they did a GREAT job and a 5yr warranty on their work. Plus the extra the adjuster didnt have on they made sure it got taken care of. I would recommend anyone to take their vehicles here.

My car was in one of the most recent hail storms for about 20 minutes being pelted by golf ball sized hail. I had 50-80 dents in my 2015 Toyota Highlander. These guys are awesome!! They got every last dent out and got it complete 5 days earlier then expected. I looked at my suv in the sunlight in many different angles to see if I could find one residual ding....nothing. It looks like a brand new highlander.On top of that....the rental car company that I had reserved 4 weeks prior...screwed up my reservation. So on the morning of me taking my car into Fairway....I was without a rental. The women at the front desk made some calls and got me nice rental car within an hour.I had an awesome experience with Fairway Auto Body.

After taking our car to Fairway for an estimate, we called back almost daily for over 2 weeks to schedule our appointment and were told every time that the person we needed was in a meeting and he or his supervisor would call us back. Never did we get through to anyone or get a call back, my wife or myself. Its been 3 weeks of trying and still havent gotten through to anyone. After buying our personal cars from Fairway, as well as vans through my business, we wont be back for any reason. Theres plenty of better places in town to have your car worked on.**As a follow-up, they did the work on our car and the communication continued to be an issue. We wont be using Fairway for any maintenance, body work or buying cars in the future based on their lack of communication and their disrespect of my wife. Furthermore, I emailed the owner as they asked at the email below, and never received a response - dont take their reply as them owning the issue at all.

I have bought 3 service vehicles from fairway ford. I had a small issue with door and offered an appointment for an estimate only. Service was poor and offered no solutions to a problem. I had to ask questions till they referred me back to fairway service dept, which is who sent me to the collision center in the 1st place. Very unhappy customer. Almost 3 years ago we had our Subaru Outback repaired at Fairway Ford Body Shop on Keith Dr. in Greenville SC. I had chosen Fairway because I figured they were Subaru authorized. It turns out they may be Subaru authorized but they are not State Farm authorized. Someone had run into the outback and the right front axle and wheel assembly was destroyed. Fairway repaired everything and all was very good. However, 2 and 1/2 years later when Fairway Subaru was doing something to my car they pointed out the front right end was rusted out. It was quite bad. Well, at my cost, Subaru repaired the new problem, and I admit I was quite angry that those parts had gone totally bad in such a short time. I was driving around trying to figure out which way to go, as I had already talked with the Subaru Service folks. So, it turned out after I got a detailed invoice reprinted of that incident that those rusted parts were used parts for replacing the original parts. Yeah, I was shocked. But, it also turns out that State Farm had required the body shop to use Used Parts. And to add more salt to the wound, State Farm stated they would not warranty the parts past a year. Subaru Service wasnt able to help me except recommend I talk with T.J. Whitt back over at Fairway Ford Body Shop and my insurance company. Well, I was driving around trying figure out which way to go, and I decided to go ahead and drop by T.J. Whitts office. It was 4:40 by the time I got there, and I figured I would go in, hear him say, sorry we cant do anything, and send me on my way. Note; I had already talked with State Farm Main Office and they told me it was history.T.J. asked me in his office, and asked what could he do for me? I stated what all had been going on and even kinda challenged him and straight out said, if you cannot help, just say so and I will leave. He looked me straight in the eyes and said quite firmly, Yes, I will help you, and I believe State Farm misinformed you. Immediately I was taken back because I had talked with a State Farm official. He got on the phone with State Farm, and in less than 8 minutes I heard him saying, So, I understand you will be sending a check to Mr. and Mrs. Fowler in the amount of (what I paid to have those parts repaired at Subaru this time) $xxxx.xx Two weeks later I received the check for the full amount.Fairway Ford Body shop did the proper job the first time, so I cant fault them, but with T.J. WHITT taking such command of that incident with State Farm not only impressed me, but I was humbled for not just giving him the shot at it first to begin with. He did a phenomenal job of getting us reimbursed and I commend T.J personally and Fairway Ford Body Shop. I hope that State Farm will reassess how they conduct their business with body shops.I am giving Fairway Ford Body Shop a Five Star Rating for a job well done, on all sides.

Took my truck to Fairway after an accident. The front end was pretty bad when I took it in. The repair work they did was outstanding. It looks better than it did before the accident. I couldnt be happier. Not only did they do a great job on my truck, they were also very friendly and great to work with.

Go see TJ!!Despite the Google rating/reviews, I had a colleague recommend these guys for a somewhat minor rear bumper collision on my wifes 2013 Cadillac Escalade, Platinum Edition. The referral came from someone I trust, whom had two BMWs repaired with great results. Therefore, I felt I owed it to myself to visit with them in person. Im glad I did, as TJ went above and beyond the actual repair request, I inquired about initially. Not only would I recommend them, at some point, when my schedule will allow, I plan to let them repaint a front bumper to my 2014 Vette.

We would like to give a shout out to Shane, TJ, Casey and Michelle. They are the perfect representatives of a staff who really care, they take the time to explain and are very patient. We may have had a hickup or two but it solidified in our minds that Fairway Ford is 100% Customer Serivce oriented. We cant forget the nameless professional technicians that produced an AWESOME finished product. Our Edge went in undrivable and when we picked it up it looked beautiful and the paint match was factory perfect.

Was hit from behind, the guys insurance company tried to low ball me and give me 2nd hand part on my car which is less than 12 mnths old. The mangers at Fairway went to bat for me and refused it and they got me a new replacement bumper (OEM). They do great work but even they go to bat for their customers and do whats right. Cant say enough good things about them!

I let Geico refer me to their body shop of choice, Fairway Ford Auto Body. When I dropped my car off I was I told my car would be ready by the end of the week. My car has now been there 3 weeks and I still have not gotten it back or have a definite date I will get it back. They never call me to update me, I have to call them and try to get answers out of them and they keep extending the deadline with no real answers. If I would have known this I would have never let Geico convince me to take it there, I would have went with my body shop of choice, Breakaway Honda. A few months ago I had a problem much worse than my current problem, and they fixed it in a week.

Please dont waste your time like they wasted mine. I had to return twice. First, to replace a blemished part they tried to pawn off on me and second, to repair pieces they broke. They almost won me back by promising me a full tank of gas for my 2nd rework visit, but here I am. They couldnt even do that.

Lets talk about horrible service! They call me 15 minutes before the close of business today tell me my vehicle is ready but wont wait for me to get there. Then they tell me I can pick up 8 and when I say I have to be at work at 8 they woman gets an attitude and asks well when are you going to pick up? Seriously?!?! Worst service EVER!!!!!!!
