They quoted a very fair price and completed the work in less time than stated. And it looks perfect! I brought my second car there, expecting it needed to be painted, and they buffed it clean.

Had a handful of dents on and near the frame between front and rear passenger-side door. They provided a no-hassle assessment of the difficulty and time requirement of the job. A few hours later they had most of the damage taken out. Due to the severity of the damage they were unable to fix it 100% so they knocked the quoted price down a third. From a distance you cant even tell it was damaged, incredibly impressed by the quality of work.

Awesome staff. Clean shop and the dog rocks! Very difficult hood repair due to an angry hawk. We collided at 80mph.No winners here and a hood damaged in a very tough spot. They certainly did the best to anyone could. I know the technician works for hours. There is also the matter of a pretty good size door thing with a chip. The door was repaired flawlessly kudos to the staff.

DPU repaired a door ding on the bed of my F150. The dent was in a weird spot and I was afraid they wouldn’t be able to match the body line, but they did, perfectly. It’s like there was never any damage in the first place. Not only that but they charged half of what the insurance company estimated. I made an appointment the week prior, and they completed the repair in less than an hour, while I waited. Very handsome and comfortable (clean) waiting area. There’s a reason they have so many dealerships from the Motor Mile bringing them cars. I would recommend DPU to anyone.

My 2017 Honda Accord was really beat up after that huge hail storm in Greer back on March 21st. I called Dent Pro Upstate the following day and I spoke with Shane, the owner and he was pleasant and very helpful . After meeting with my adjuster, I dropped my car off and it was repaired within 3 weeks. I knew it was going to take awhile because there was so much damage. I got my car back and it looked as good as it did when I first bought it in Jan. There was only one small problem....there was paint residue on the inside of my car (black leather seats), windows, and trim. I called on a Saturday, prepared to leave a voice message and Shane answered. He told me to call him on Monday and hed get it taken care of. I went by the shop after work and Greg took care of the paint residue with no problem. This group of gentlemen are professional and very nice. I needed a dent repaired on my personal vehicle. I took it to Dentpro and they said it was pretty deep but they thought they could fix it. They gave me a price and I left town for Fort Lauderdale FL on a business trip. I got a call before departing that the dent was too deep and they could not repair it completely. Heres where it got amazing!.... They offered to take it to a body shop near them that they recommended for an estimate knowing I was leaving town. They later called with the price, I okd it and they had the body shop complete the repair. They PAID THE BILL and told me I could pick up the car earlier than I anticipated. They are truly customer centric in their approach to business. I highly, highly recommend them for dent repairs.

Came in with a ding in my hood, left with no ding. Hood looked perfect in 15 minutes while I waited in their nice lounge. Not the cheapest price, but also not cheap results. Great group of guys. Car guys who care, you can tell.

Today 12/6 I called Dent Pro to see what they could do to fix a few dings on my plastic bumper on my new 2018 Honda Accord Sport. (I have a few nicks in the bumper from my own stupidity while backing out of a parking space the night before) I talked to Shane who gave me a no BS assessment in regards to my bumper, and wanted me to come up to have him look at it anyways as he has others who he recommends plastic/paint needed work to. I did, and within minutes he got me in contact to a gentleman Richard Ellis working alongside of his building who will be able to fix my bumper in a few days for cheaper than I thought it was going to cost originally. Wow. I was so upset when my brand new car got a serious ding in the parking lot. People can be so rude! But DentPro did an absolutely amazing job. Theres no way anyone could tell that this ding was so bad. It was higher in cost than I expected (the dent was pretty serious) but worth EVERY penny. I highly recommend.

Absolutely flawless work by Shane at Dent Pro Upstate. I unfortunately happened to ding my passenger front quarter panel when I was getting a jack under the car, creating a small scratch and a dime-sized dent. After much research, Dent Pro Upstate was highly rated. Needless to say, Shane did not disappoint, it looks as if the dent was never there! I was in and out in 30 minutes, and not only was I happy with the work, but very impressed to learn that Shane had taken 1st place in the 2013 Dent Olympics. Hopefully I wont have to return (knock on wood), but wouldnt hesitate to recommend him for any dent issues in the upstate.

Shane, Greg and the rest of the team are spectacular. They have fixed numerous dents multiple vehicles of mine. One time I brought my Porsche for a small dent and they were like yeah, we can fix it. And the other 3 dents around it I am the most anal person when it comes to cars and I SEE EVERYTHING normal people cant see, especially dents. Shane spotted dents out I never even noticed. This business is both highly ethical and has exacting standards. When I arrived, I overheard them turn away a 4 figure repair for another customer, advising it would be cheaper for them to see a body shop. When my job was finished, Shane, his staff and those exacting standards led him to tell me that he could not charge me the estimate because the restoration was not 100% and not as good as it should be. I made him point out the flaws he saw and I could not see them. I have NEVER had that kind of experience in the often seedy, sometimes unethical world of auto repair. These guys repaired a dent for me and did a perfect job with it. 6 months later I had 4 more dents from hail damage that needed to be rapaired. I took my truck to Toyota of greenville because it was going to be $80 cheaper. Well they were unable to get the dent out the first try. I had to reschedule for another day so they could remove the headliner to fix it right. After wasting another day letting him have a second try the dent was still there after pick up. Later Toyota of Greenville gave me a refund for that portion of the Job. Spend the extra $20 and let these guys do it right the first time. Nice guys doing awesome work and they will be the only guys I let repair dents for me from now on.
