Was here to give Ref. an check up per warranty, did not check a single thing on my ref. I commented on running out ice a couple of times. He did make some kind of adjustment to the ice maker. He said that if I was not having a problem with any thing else he was done, I asked about checking the ref. over per warranty. He said he would check what I was having a problem with only. He acted afraid to be in my house and he stayed 6ft from me. I was expecting a more comprehensive check over. I dont know what has happened to A&E Service, it not what it once was for sure.

In Greenville NC sears went out or business a long time ago. Not sure why its still showing open on Google but theres just a empty building now which will probably be demolished soon.So update yo stuff!

I didn’t know so many people was having problems with Sears. I thought it was just me. I waited 5 months without a fridge. They finally had to give me a new one. 5 months though. That was through thanksgiving and Christmas I had no fridge. It took even longer for the stove. Parts coming from China. I need them to cone for my duct systems but I’m dreading calling them because the last two experiences was so bad. Is there another company that’s better?

Problems with scheduling, very severe. I had the washing machine part that the serviceman ordered, yet their telephone system said it was backorder. ItFinally resolved. My confidence in Sears Home Service was shaken.

The 2nd tech that did the diagnostic told me 3 parts were bag, thermostat, fuse and door latch. Only 2 were replaced when the 3rd tech came to repair the unit. My microwave better not stop working again. Already submitted a complaint to BBB

I needed an oven repair. They sent a technician out to diagnose the issue. He told me the part had to be sent off and be rebuilt. I spent $400+ to get this done. This was in November 2018. Now its January 2019, I have not received my part for they said it was sent to the wrong address Va Beach, it was lost, and they would send me a new part to replace the one thats lost. I have not seen the part and Im out $400+. This is ridiculous. I have called about 5 times and visited the store and the only thing they could do is send emails and would have someone to call me. I never received a called from anyone and I have call to inquire about my part at a minimum of 5 times. They would schedule appointments for the technicians to come and when they get here there is no part for them to repair my oven. They then would call their manager and still no follow up. I advise no one to deal with this repair company . They will send you in circles with no answers.

Never again!!!! Waited all morning for a technician that never came. They give you a 4 hour window. I called several times for an update on the technician arrival, and was told that the technician would contact me, which never happened. On the last call, I was I informed that I was moved from 1-3PM, and I cant be there then. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was told that I couldnt. Customer service is NOT a priority. Do not give them your business.

My air conditioner is not repaired yet after nearly two months of dealing with A and E Repair. The people they send out are rude and then comment that the former repair person said I was rude. This was after I complained previously about him being rude. I think that is called slander or defamation of character by them. This was after I said please, can you come inside and I will show you what the former repair person did wrong. These were my exact words. How is that rude? I do not recommend them at all. This is after being a loyal customer of 50 plus years. Thanks Sears repair for your loyalty to a long time customer. Not!

Technician Dan(?) called early to say he would be at my home earlier than 3 if I was available. He was waiting when I got home. He got right to work, analyzed the problem, located the part, and installed within an hour. This was great and diligent service. We appreciate the repair prior to a weekend of busy usage of the dryer.

We recd a faulty part but the repairman came back after replacement arrived and fixed our machine to our satisfaction. Repairman was polite, knowledgable and easy to work with ... will call Sears appliance repair if we need help (hopefully not with our washer! but it has a 90 day warranty on the repair)

Repairman left early to do a job in Plymouth. He said he would call me to see if water dispenser had thawed out and was working properly. The answer here is it is working BUT he never called to make sure.

Today is 32 since my washer, covered by a master service agreement broke down. The repair came the next day and diagnosed the problem, ordered the part and came back 4 or 5 days later and installed the part. Washer still would not run so he ordered another part. He came back 4 or 5 days later and installed this part. Washer worked 2 or 3 days. Called in for another appointment which was several days later. Repairman comes back order another part (same as previous part) comes back a few days later and installs part. Washer worked for 1 (ONE) load. Call again repairman comes and installs a part he had in his truck. Washer worked for 1 (ONE) load. On August 18, he was scheduled to be here again but Sears had a computer problem so no repairmen were dispatched on Thursday or Friday. I called all weekend being told each time that I have to wait for dispatch to call and reschedule my missed appointment. I called at noon today and was told again I had to wait for dispatch. I eventually was transferred to a supervisor that took my number to call me back when she had a answer for me. She called about 5 minutes to tell me that I am scheduled for Thursday. 35 days after my washer broke down! 35 DAYS!!!!!! And they send me an email asking me to rate my washer repair. LOL! WHAT washer REPAIR????? It still doesnt work!!!!!!! The only thing remotely good I can say is Alexandra was helpful in at least getting me an appointment without me having to wait for dispatch to call me and that my repair man who knew he was supposed to be here Thursday did let me know about computer issue and that he could not come until dispatched. So if Sears could be rated lower< I would rate them lower for this particular event.

Customer service was terrible. The people we talked to spoke very poor English . The technician didnt show up for the first appointment , the parts didnt come in time for the second appointment , the customer servive lady wasnt helpful at all ref scheduling a second appointment. I have always been satisfied with sears service until now. This time customer service was very unacceptable!

WE HAVE PAID A RIDICULOUS AMOUNT OF MONEY IN PREMIUMS FOR A MASTER PROTECTION AGREEMENT. WE HAVE REQUESTED A SIMPLE FIX OF A VENT ON OUR MICROWAVE. REPAIRMAN COMES, DOES NOT HAVE PART, SAYS HELL GET IT. NEVER COMES BACK. REPEAT 3 TIMES

After waiting an entire week for the appointment I was informed it was scheduled for a range instead of a dryer. The technician who was entirely capable of fixing the dryer had to reschedule for a week later due to red tape. Needless to say I was extremely unhappy with the way Sears handled my situation.

First of all, after visiting my local Sears on July 10th, I was sent a message from Sears that a repairman would be coming on July 11th between 8:00am and 5:00pm. I stayed home all day and no one came. The next day I called and was told I needed to schedule it, not Sears. The repairman who came on July 13th was pretty much useless. He wrote down a part number and left. On July 24th, I received an email for an August 3rd repairman to come. This one was very good, took the TV apart and went over every part with the Sears IT person on the phone with him. They determined the TV was completely dead. Following his visit, I received a phone call and an email from Sears authorizing me to go to Sears and purchase a new TV. My local Sears could not order one but after I called Sears back, they said Goldsboro had 55 inch TVs. I drove to Goldsboro on 8/10/17 and picked out a TV. Hopefully next week it will be delivered to the Greenville store and after over a month, I will have a replacement. Horrible customer service which was mainly delayed because of the first repairman who was sent out and did nothing.

Not impressed with the repair guy at all! Did not show up within the scheduled window. Did not call saying he would be late. So we repaired our dishwasher ourself and cancelled the appointment. Then the repair man showed up 3 HOURS Late!!!! Worst repairman ever!
