Very good place to pick up from, very organized place, have your drivers license ready for guard shack upon entry. Fast at loading.

Professional and friendly. Took a bit to get me unloaded-but 2 hrs as busy as they are isn’t so bad. I’ve definitely waiting longer at other places!

Was this is a hot load. Got there an hour early and 4 an half hours im still waiting to get unloaded. They wanted their money and they got, but they still havent started unloading. If I never come back it will be too soon.

Well look no further than the rude drivers pulling away from this facility. It doesnt matter how good a mood youre in, these guys will reliably ruin your commute.

Only had about 700 cases multiple stop load, very fast very friendly folks, very reasonable lumper fees,only took about 1.5 keep up the good work yall.

Security guard is the best. He explained everything in regards of your load. You can stay there overnight. Plenty of space to park!! Nice experience.

The parking lot is kinda tight, but so far Ive had no problems getting unloaded. Its the typical warehouse setup. Park your truck. Walk to the guard shack, check in at anytime and they will call when they have your door

This place is a complete disaster! Waited 4 hours for a door, then was told that part of the building is still under construction so I need to move to a different door. They tell you to come back in when you get a green light, well inhad a green light waited a few minutes then went to get my paperwork...waited over half an hour for it then was told your not done and still have a red light. They should call the driver once they have the bills signed and ready but instead want to waste the drivers time by making them have to watch the lights. They make me late for my Indian Trail appointment every week, instead of making that deliver today it has to be rescheduled for tomorrow because Ive been here over 7 hours.

Prepare to spend half your day here. They take forever to assign doors and even longer to unload. Capstone, their Lumper Service sucks! Everywhere they use Capstone prepare to wait, and wait, and wait. On a positive note, the check-in process is good and there is ample parking. The doors are nicely spaced and theres plenty of room to maneuver.

Good people at guard shack and in receiving department 👍🏽. Unloading didn’t take long leaving me with hours to work.

6+ hour unload blah. My complaint is they DO NOT make copies of your BOL’s. So if you come in with 1 copy your just SOL.. and boy they ain’t lying when they say they ain’t responsible for personal property being left on the trailer. Stole both of my straps!! Won’t be coming back here! Only good thing is security and the staging area

Terrible organization, they dont value people, especially truck drivers. Unfortunately I spent more than 24 hours to get unloaded. Also I have seen twice that drivers bribed local workers to get unload quickly, that gives me a clue about corrupting system of the company. Stay away from such company. Leaders of the business should fix these problems immediately.

Park, then walk up to the shack then wait and wait aaaand wait for the call to a door. Once you back in go to the office tell them your door number. When finishing return to the office and have your lumper fee ready to pay. Leave with doors open

They have a lot as you pull in that you can park in. Walk up to the guard shack and check in. When they are ready for you they will call with your door number. I got the call 30 minutes before my appointment time. You take your Bills to the receiving office and once they are done they will call you again. I was in and out with in a hour and a half. You can park back in the lot if you need to.Every one was really nice and pleasant to talk with.

Ive heard good things but can only speak for my experience. 21 hours to unload. Mix up with schedule. No resolution for 19 hours from appointment.

They have overnight parking. Arrived 00:00. For a 07:00 appt. Checked in at guard shack. Went to bed. At 05:45 I got a call with a door. Was done by 07:30

Drivers be be prepared to sit and wait! They are understaffed and always behind Harris teeter and Rogers unloading need to get their s*** together

Overnight parking! Came in the night before and checked in. They called at 6:30 for 7:00 appt. out at 8:00. No problems everyone was friendly! Check in as soon as you get here even if it’s the night before

Will not take you early. I get backed in and start to get unloaded and a guy comes out and ask me to move down a door because the dock is broken so I do. After sitting for hours just to find out that my load of watermelons is rejected I pull up and start to secure my load and no load locks! So I go inside where I find one and not the other. I go and ask the man at the window and he says it’s not his problem or responsibility. I started to cause a seen but I controlled myself. Was going to block the whole road until they found it but I went on. Don’t ever want to go back to that place!

Security on the gate is too slow, at 6 am here is line from drivers, more then 10 min per one driver, bad job

15 minutes early for my appointment. Sat in staging area for 5 & 1/2 hours before they got me a door. Unacceptable !

There is overnight parking here showed up night before for my 0900 appointment and now its 1330 and still sitting in dock unbelievable

Bought melons out of Florida. 1 stop. Did not take me in early. Arrived at 9am for 1pm appt. Got a door at 1:15. Empty at 4. Not bad for grocery store warehouse. Polite people.

This place is a joke.They are very slow and dont care about the drivers hours.They will make u wait...Be prepared to wait along time.Also bring so food and something to drink.They are very rude and take there sweet timeto unloaded you.Dont come here at all i am warning you....

This is, by far, the BEST cold storage facility that I have ever delivered to. Every person that I came in contact with was very polite and professional. Never thought that I would say this, but I cant wait to come back! Lol

Has overnight parking but it was full. So even though I was on time and no where to park in their lot, the guard made me leave. Lot not big enough for overnight parking. Even though they do allow it, it interferes with on time delivery

Harris Teeters security is VERY unprofessional, I forget the gate, at night the woman at the gate said you NEED to go park over there and walk over here with your paperwork, I said dont tell at me, you call me sir and I will call you maam. I parked the truck walked over to guard shack, and told both security personnel that they work for this company and need to learn how to be professional when they talk to people, I guess they think talking to truck drivers they could disrespect them. She started talking and I reminded her again to say sir and I will say maam. No she didnt like that. The other security guard started defending her. I said to him you will call me sir. I cannot her you sitting way over In the otherside of the room to speak to me. He said do you want me to come outside I said yes sir if your going to talk to me. He started defending the lady. I stopped him and said sir. He got it and started saying sir. He said theres a sign out side when you drive up that says park you truck and bring paperwork of security office I said sir, I did not see the sign with all the trucks in the way. Or I would have. And the woman should have said sir please park your truck over there and walk paperwork here, thank you. Yes maam no problem. But she said YOU NEED to go park your truck over there. I guess Harris Teeter In desperate need they dont carry who represent them, or the security co. that hired this woman did not in form her she is not out in the hood. That this is a business. and yes both security guards are black and yes I am white. I expect those that work for a business to respect me in the way they talk to as I will do the same to them no matter what color their skin. Also if they take their headphones listening to their music when working that is hook to their phones during business time they would be able to hear the other person. I have to add the personal in shipping and receiving was very polite and spoke with respect as others in the warehouse at Harris Teeter. If only the security guard would learn this.

Nice facility, there was plenty of room to get backed in. Checked in at 530 for a 600 appointment. I was unloaded quickly, lumper fee was reasonable.

Very clean place and well organized

I got unloaded here fairly quickly. Folks are cool to deal with from security to recieving. Plenty of parking outside of the gate. Dont know how early they will let you in to park though.

You must be on time to be able to get out quick! And also be careful with security, they try to be mean sometimes! And they will keep wining all the time to park in the lines spaces ugh!

2 stars for overnight parking, unloading takes forever even if its 3 - 4 pallets, lumper is way too high.

One of the best thing is night parking available there. Go any time at night they check-in you and morning time call for door. So relex and sleep, very nice people there, big lot, delivery on the time, lumper fee.

Yes, they have overnight parking with restrooms ! Whatever time you get there, chkin with guard! They take your all information and they will call you 1/2 hour before your appointment! They will take 3-4 hours for unloading

These reviews had me worried, but I had a good experience. Showed up a half hour early. Backed in as soon as I got there. Theyre already unloading me and I havent been here 10 minutes.

Workers here are unprofessional, and the lumpers are incredibly slow. You can do a 10 hour reset easily dealing with this place.

I Deliver here often. I arrive early, check in immediately! Get unloaded up to at least 8hrs before my appointment and sometimes on time. Its hit or miss..just expect ungodly costs for Lumper fees! Hint..If your appointment is before 8am the next day try to check in at 8pm the night prior, if after 8am..check in at mignight.

This place, just like every other distribution center absolutely sucks. Long waiting times to get unloaded.

Avoid this place .dont haul produce for them .we got stock with watermelons for 2dayS .they dont work with brokers on actual delivery appointment.they dont inform on actual hours for receiving.we arrived on time for deliver and we ware told we came in late and had to wait next day work in.
