If you are independent and can avoid this place please do. It has taken me 6hrs to just get a door and another 4hrs to unload 4 pallets....its a rat race to back in. You see drivers all over helping drivers get In their space 😒 they get a zero rating

Supposedly had an appt. per broker. Dude in the guard shack told me I didnt. It was also confirmed from my dispatch. You really couldnt work me in? Power trip from a security guard making 12 bucks an hour. Get a life homie.

The staging area here is congested and I am being modest. After you battle your way to the check in they gonna re direct you to an separate offsite warehouse to unload. Trailer locks lights do not work, so you have to get in and out your cab to check if your are hook or not. Don’t fall asleep there want be any phone calls.Oh yeah, security guard at the off site location wrote my number wrong and I sat there for two hours longer if the guard wouldn’t wrote my cell number for capstone to text!

Definitely not the worst place Ive ever unloaded. However, it was very tight. One security guard was super nice. The other one was rude. Just a helpful hint. When you get there there is a parking lot on your left before you get to the guard shack. Park there and walk up to the gaird shack with paper work and license.

Average, Not bad actually. Plenty of room to back in, especially if you have a door in the back. Even the doors up front is okay. It took them about 1.5 hours to get unloaded. Overnight parking is available. This warehouse setting is typical for supermarkets.

I have been here for nearly 24hrs waiting for a door. Frozen Goods. Appointment time was missed from the day before due to shipper. New appointment time was given. Asked guards for update. Guards refused to call for update. Bathroom is disgusting. I wonder if these people wash their hands after using the restroom? I ask because the facilities available to drivers has no such option, and during a pandemic no less. These facilities has yet to be cleaned once in a 24hr period. Im sure these port a potties are not cleaned weekly. So utterly disgusting...

I came in at 8 pm had an appointment for midnight... they gave me a dock instantly and after an easy dock #633 (straight down by the shop from entrance) I went to bed and around 11:11 pm they started to unload... took about 15- 20 minutes I guess I came around a good time compare to all the other reviewers here . At 11:28pm I had woke up and wrote this review will he waiting for a lumper for my Frozen Unload hopefully out before my appointment time starts.

Overnight parking on the property or on the street is available. Dock backing is a little tight, but manageable. A pretty long wait. Restroom if needed as well, out by the guard shack and once you dock. Overall good experience.

Friendly people. Could use new pavement. Trailer drop area could be larger and better lit.

2330 appt. Arrived 2230. Park in the lot on the left and walk to guard shack. Bring your CDL. At 2315 put in door. Empty 0215. Reefer doors 601 to 605 are easy. The rest are kind of tight. Take paperwork to box outside door 601 by ramp after parking.

Staff was nice, was unloaded quickly and then fell asleep waiting for paperwork. Paperwork work wasnt ready 90 minutes after getting my text saying it was ready.

5 star place. On site parking. Available portajohns. My employer messed up paperwork and appointments. Teeter stepped up and got my truck unloaded for me. The frozen delivery is easy peasy plenty of backing room. Dry side not so much. Will definitely return

Don’t recommend to drop load at this location unless you don’t have sleeping issues because they will take forever ever to unload and you have no choice other then going to sleep waiting for their call. Took me 10hours to get unloaded.

Nice cafeteria for driver to hang around when hungry during long periods unload. But all the staffs here very nice. Super tight at the corner I have the yard guy put in and take out from the dock for me

I arrived 25 hours early for a 10pm apt. These people will not take you early.As said with others. Frozen wont receive until after 530pm.I came back around 2pm. Checked in at 530pm. Was given a dock door 845pm or so.You have to drive by the dry good doors to get to frozen. Had to wait for 3 trucks to back in before I could get to my door.Was on the dock a little after 9pm. Backing into the dock is very tight. Even worse if there is a truck and trailer on both sides.They started unloading at 1020pm. Finished just before midnight. Once the green light came on, I had to wait for a call for them to let me know my BOLs were ready.While getting unloaded, a truck and trailer backed in on both sides of me. No way for me to get out of the dock with out one of the drivers to unhook from their trailer.Thank you for the driver that did so I could get out of there.The place is a mess.

There is no longer overnight parking, the staging lot is packed with dropped trailers. This place used to be 5+ stars. I just found out , you can park in the road up to the gate. The cafeteria is open again, just ask someone they are super nice. Cafeteria is cash only but quite affordable. As it is now, they are jammed up with trailers, so getting around is challenging.

Appointment times mean little here. Because of covid. Drivers have to remain outside in the cold or rain talking to a poorly trained rent a cop.Drivers have to wait well beyond appointment times. But if your late for your appointment time you have to be worked into their system.Drivers are shown no amenities. Little respect, and I believe places like this should be boycotted.Drivers are driving, in this pandemic. We are put at risk to deliver products that keep america living.We dont have stimulus packages, or work from home. No extra pay for hazardous duty because of the pandemic. Places like this should be boycotted .

My exp wasnt that bad as far as CS. Had a 2200 appt, got there at 2115, it was a line of trucks so I walked to the gate (about 50-60 yards or so) checked in, they took my phone number and I was called 3 hours later. Went to a dock on the frozen side, plenty of space even for newbies, docked and got finished around 515. Paid the lumper and left the facility at 530. Easy, except the wait, but most grocery DCs are like that

Unloading not bad in the morning but it takes longer to give your money away to the lumpers! They need to do their rounds faster for payment. Detention pay it is! Lumper customer (driver) service is trash...

Got a door at 9pm for 10pm appt....they started the unload at midnight...took about an hour...its a typical groc warehouse...u get what u get....still let u park after eventhough they have signs on the guard shack telling u to leave...

Staging Area available overnight parking. It took them 3 hours to unload my dry P&G freight from Vandalia oh the dry receiver was welcoming.

Failure to observe a reserved time! Failure to inform drivers! Stay at the door for more than three hours, 1/3 full trailer! It is paid for the unloading service and for 1 hour now, no one is letting me out of the door!

So I left my license at a stop but have a photo copy of it. I get here to try an check in but without my license they want me to pay $80 jus to have the yard dog drop it at a door which is like 1000 feet away. Offered to show them my photo but was turned down..smh..do better Harris Teeter.

Arrived around 5pm, was still early lot of parking in staging area, later at night it fill up all the way to the street. Check in 630am for 7am apptAround 8am got a door to general merchandise dock. Drove toward the security, told me the loading dock are to the right, need to a reverse U in to the docks, only way to go in, no other possible way. EXTREMELY TIGHT, not for beginner, finish around 1pm, almost 6 hours for 5 pallet and there is lumber fee, $90 so expensive. On my blind side the trucks can not leave unless I leave, that how tight the wall and the docks are. The property is huge, but they choose the worst area for general merchandise docks, they were not design for hwy trucks and especially long hood peterbilt

One of the worst places i have ever unloaded other than target!! I have delivered here 3 or 4 times ALLWAYS take 31/2 to 4hrs sometimes 5 pretty pitiful.. I would say avoid if you can !!!!!!!

This place is slow at doing things I checked in at 6:27am for a 7:00am appointment had to wait for a phone call for a door and 8:00 got the call and its 10:40 am and Im waiting for my paperwork and paid lumper about an hour ago and Im ready to go but they need to do better here

Absolute WORST harris teeter Ive been to. Checked in 730 for 8 am appt. Got a door at 830. Paid lumper and received receipt at 930. Its almost 2pm and found out they havent touched trailer. This was a PARTIAL LOAD! My next delivery was at 11am and also harris teeter is across the street and stops receiving at 130. I have to sit til tomorrow now. What a joke. Wont be booking anymore loads to this customer.

Unorganized wearhouse...one of the worst to load and unload. A lot of headache stay off not worth anything.

Showed up at 2pm for an 11pm appt.Parked in stage area. Went to guard shack (short walk). Was told to check in after 5:30pm.Checked in at 6pm....called to dock at 9pm, went to shipping office and was told lumper fee, walked back to truck to get my check and they were already unloading. Walked back to ship office and was done at 9:30pm. .....wow!!!! Not bad for an 11pm. Great experience.....it is very tight backing in tho

Dont come here.Delivery appt was for 0700,they gave me dock at 0830 after I complained, now is 1000 and they have not even lowered dock plate yet.You have to sit in your truck and wait there is no one to talk to..Now is noon still not empty. They charge me 200$ for lumper service, and now they came back and asking for more money.

Overnight parking the only good thing, tight docks, appt are useless had a 0800 appt time, got door At noon and its 1330 and they haven’t even lock the door plate on the trailer. Soo i will be here for a long time!

Got at gate at 8 am waited in line there just to check in. They sent me to a different building. Checked in there. Backed into a dock and waited. It took them 3 hours just to start unloading me. Im still here 5 hours later waiting. For some reason I watched 3 trucks dock after me and leave before me. Hope I never need to come back!

This place I a nightmare

ZERO STAR IF POSSIBLE !!!!!! 8 HOURS TO UNLOAD A TRUCK !!!(3 hours wait for the door + 3 hours to unload a truck + 2 hours wait for the paperwork $300 LUMPER total 8 hours)My advice is: CANCEL THE LOAD UNLESS YOU WANT TO TAKE 10 hours barke up there.GOOD LUCK. Earliest you can check in for a night appointment is 17:30 (5:30pm). They start receiving at 21:00 (9:00pm) Long time waiting here. Got here little after 14:00, went to check in, told to come back at 17:30. Did and told they would call me. Appt at 23:30 on paperwork, they put 00:30 on gate pass. Finally got call after 01:00. Finally out a little after 03:00. Tight getting into docks, so go slow and be careful. They do have a cafeteria here, but only open from 06:30-13:00. Best thing is you can park on site, which is good when you have a late delivery and no truck stops will be available. Guards were friendly, cant say the same for people leaving work. They honk at you when youre turning in your gate pass, and shut doors (they didnt check the back of your trailer here, just button all the way up and pull up) as you have to block their exit. Sorry...bad design, talk to engineers.

Have a overnight parking. My appointment was 9am. They give me door by 9:45 and I was out by 10:50.

Be prepared and trip plan accordingly. You will be waiting for awhile to get unloaded. Restroom available for truckers. Restaurant inside facility open from 6am-1pm. Backing is tight in some spots but not impossible.

Good place to go, arrived at 5:00 a.m. ,appointment at 6 in the dock at 6 and got green light at 6:40 then out the front gate,hello.

The people here are very nice and quickly unload you once youre in your dock. My only real complaint is its very tight in some places. Was told to go to dock 49, there was a truck in 48, a trailer in 50, and a truck in 51. Unfortunately with a cattle guard on the front of my truck and little room to maneuver, I was unable to get into the door, even with the yard guy spotting me. I probably could have if I didnt have that extra foot of metal on the front. Thankfully the yard guy was kind enough to put my trailer in the door for me, since he saw it really wasnt possible, and I was able to get out without too much trouble since one of the other trucks had left.Make sure you bring a check for the lumper fee, or its an extra $5.

Notice: This place is very slow unloading and very tight spot for backup to the door. Make sure you prepare. And when you get the door make sure you break the seal open door sit and wait, nobody tell you nothing. if you dont leave you door open, guess what. My appointment is at 7:00 am, checked in at 6:32 and been told to wait for a call when they have a dock available for me, its been more than two hours now and nobody calls, when i asked the guard why do you make appointments he said me the appointments are for the truck driver to be here but not to be unloaded by appointments!!!!!!!! Truckers try to avoid this place.

My appointment was 10pm, I checked in at 9:10pm, they told me need to check in 6:30am next morning. I checked in next morning, they said you should let your broker reschedule again. What’s wrong! Very unprofessional front desk. Unloading was fast on next day. But it’s in another building. The guard was so nice. So , it’s a good or worse place.

Great Place to Work, I have been working here almost 25 yrs, Met my wife here and she has also been here almost 18 yrs. Runs in the family my Dad was a Driver here for almost 42 yrs and her Dad has worked here for almost 19. I enjoy my job and the great team of co-workers, the pay and benefits are excellent!

Park in truck parking, check in with guards at 1830 by walking up, theyll call when you have a door... yes frozen has a guard rail, but in all honesty that shouldnt be an issue... they do not have trucks side by side... we are given every other door.. they come knocking when the unload is completed.... then park again in truck parking until you are ready to leave

This place needs to educate the lumper service personal. That truck drivers are their customer. And should be treated with some respect.. especially the guy taking the payments he has no respect or people skills. It looks to me he is not fit for the job. It took 5 hours to get unloaded a partial lod. Then one more hour waiting on the guy to take my payment. He was out there unloading trucks wile some drivers wait on him at the office trying to make payment for. Unloading. So we can all get out of here.. so that customer service need some attention. Other than that there is over knight parking allowed and clean rest room for the drivers.

If anybody come here for delivery expect minimum 6hours .check in 5:30am out 11:35am I have only 6pallets this slower people takes over 6 hours and was late in another drop closed at 1pm and was their at 1:30pm because of this laziest worlds slower people i have to reschedule for another day.If you guys have two drop and this company is 1st drop make sure reschedule for another Drop.i never seen in my life like this kind of slower people in the world still working.

My appt was 0800. I check in at 0750. Was put right into a door. And was done by 0900. They have plenty of parking and allow overnight parking to. Thanks teeter for that. I drove 660 miles and was able to pull right up and go to bed so I can check in, the following morning. That was a blessing. Didnt have to worry about finding parking. Word of advise. Make sure you are at the right warehouse. They have at least 3 different warehouses that I know of in this area. When woke up to go check in the guard informed me that I was at the wrong warehouse. I had to go around the corner about 1.2 miles away to the perishable goods warehouse. I was at the frozen foods warehouse. But theres parking at both locations though. Good luck!

Sloooooow. I showed up 40 minutes early. Been checked in for 2.5 hours and just got a door. Lumper fee. No driver amenities.

Checked in at 0645 appt @0800, got door 926 at 0800 started unloading me at 0830. At 1000 they gave me lumper of $420 then continued to unload me until 1445 they were finally finished.
