The staff was friendly when I walked in was real quick to tell me they were booked 3 hours out and I set it up any way. When my appointment was up I called to let them know i would be a few minutes late they were understanding even being fully booked. My appointment was quick and simple but well worth the money. Way better than Great clips I plan to go here for now on

I have been going to Brittany for quite a long time and she is fabulous! She does a great job, has a great personality, and she is a hard worker. She will guide me in the right direction for my hair and she is the first person in over a decade that I trust to cut my hair to the length I ask for. The salon is very clean, the prices are fair, and the rest of the staff is nice as well. I am very thankful to have Brittany as my hairdresser.

First off they way overcharged me for my hair “color” and “cut”... they made me sign a waiver incase anything went wrong which then I should have known something was up.. I pretty much got ripped off right from the start but the girl who did my hair assured me that it was going to come out fantastic.. I spent 4 hours there alone and my hair is only down to my chin well if that.. they claimed toPut red hair color in my hair alongWith the blonde color also but it didn’t even come out red at all. It was like light orange more or less.. I am highly unsatisfied with this place and I def wouldn’t recommend anyone going there after this. Also there’s no way I’ll ever step foot back into that place again even if it’s for a simple haircut. Sorry fantastic sams, but you all ain’t soFantastic!!!

My daughter asked to have a shoulder length haircut. She left today in tears with her hair chin length. Its uneven and looks terrible.

Where to start. This place is amazing. I havent had my hair cut in 6 years. The last person to cut my hair was my mom, she passed away 6 years ago. For me to finally get the courage to get my hair cut was a huge deal. Not only was a hard thing to do, but we all have those horror stories where someone completely destroys your hair. I walk in, Im greated, told it will be just a few minutes while she finishes up her current client. I waited maybe 2 mins and she was ready for me. Karen was my stylist. I showed her a picture of what I was looking for. She made a comment about how long my hair was (down to my butt) and I told her the story behind it. I sat there crying and there was no judgment. She reacted with kindness and understanding. I sat in her chair and just chatted with her while she took her time cutting my hair. Karen gave me reassurance everytime I teared up. When she was done, I looked in the mirror and cried even more. Not because my hair was horrible, but because I finally let go of something I held onto for so many years. Im so glad I did because my hair looks absolutely amazing. It is exactly what I wanted, exactly what I pictured it to be in my head. I have never had such an amazing experience at any salon.Karen, thank you so much! You are absolutely amazing! I cannot describe just how much I appreciate not only your work, but your sincere kindness.

Yesterday was my first time ever at Fantastic Sams and from the experience I had once I walked in the door, I will definitely be going there from now on. Chelsea was my hairdresser and I would highly recommend asking for her. Shes very kind and easy to talk to. Not to mention great at what she does!

If you go on a Saturday you may have a bit of a wait. During the week you can call ahead. Everyone is great and friendly, and Brianna is my favorite. She has been cutting my hair for years now and I always get compliments on my hair.

Went to have my color fixed back to a normal color after putting some conditioning pigmentation in it, Chelsey did an AMAZING job!!! It wasn’t an easy task due to the colors I used, but she didn’t stop until I was happy!!! I went to dinner afterwards and had so many compliments on my haircut, it’s super cute and easy for me to take care of!!! Thank you again Chelsey, YOU ROCK!!!

There are some great ladies here that know how to cut hair. Chrystal is the best for haircut and styles, and Brianna does a mean highlighting. Seems to be a lot of turnover though, which isnt good when you find a stylist you really like and knows what your preferences are, then they are gone.

My husband is now completely finished with going here. Its like a revolving door with their people anymore. He came home today with the worst haircut ever. He went to Jessica, and told her, specifically, what he wanted, that the finger-length on top equates to about a 4 (clipper length) -- she said that she couldnt do that because her fingers were fatter and it would end up being a 5 or a 6. Seriously? He now looks like he is wearing a swimming cap! Theyve really gone downhill --- and most of the techs do what they know how to do, and not what their client requests. (My husband is a former marine, he is pretty clear ... and its a pretty no nonsense haircut!)

I never write reviews, but just really wasnt happy with the service. I will be finding some place else to get my hair cut. I dont want to walk or sit on other peoples hair. They need to clean between customers. They were doing a lot of sitting on their phones.

Do not go here. Its a coin flip whether or not you get a decent hair stylist. If you get Jen leave. On what planet does a hard part high fade mean you put it on someones head at a 30 degree angle and not even finish cutting the other side? If youre in greenfield youve got plenty of other options, so go there.

I have been to Fantastic Sams 3 times. I have only had 1 good experience from them and that was thanks to Carmen. The other time where horrible. The 2nd time the lady did not even come close to get my hair cut the way I asked for it. I decided to give them another chance and go back. I shouldnt of done that.My hair go but crooked, and I asked for layers and didnt get them. The girls hand kept shaking which was very nerve wrecking. Sadly I will not be back to this place of business.

While the hair coloring didnt work out after two tries. Katie was more than willing to refund.

Asked for a bob that was shoulder length, I even brought in a picture to show her. Next thing I know, she is massacring the back with layers and cut it WAY too short. She gave me an A-line bob, which I never asked for either. The A line wasnt even straight and ended up looking like chunks. Not coming here anymore.

I was told there was a 15 minute wait. I waited 45 minutes before I left because I heard the staff argue with a customer at checkout, who was complaining about how long he had to wait. They told him walk ins get served when they can get squeezed in and sometimes they never get served. What kind of joke business is this? Never again.

Been coming in regularly for the last 4 years. Only ever had 1 bad haircut and 1 unreasonable wait time. But the wait time made sense for the timing of the year and events going on.

Way understaffed. You will need to plan a half day of vacation to get a simple haircut here.
