Made 2 different appointments and neither time did the hair sstylist show up nor was the salon open....sign posted on the window stating they were short staffed and hours may be changed. Tried calling but phone just rang...no answering service.Bad for business.

I booked An appointment online for 11 am and I showed up early , they were not even open ! I waited til 11 and the greeter at the door said they rarely open

The cut was little longer in spots in back. One side turner under & the other side flip up. Not really what I wanted. 😒 disappointed.

Everything I wanted. Great service and an enjoyable experience, very happy with my perm!

Terrible! Girl was rude from when I walked in. Showed her a picture...I just wanted my bangs cut. Very easy, or so I thought. She kept asking after every snip if it looked right. It didnt. It just kept getting worse. Clearly she had no idea what she was doing. Also kept snagging my ear with every brush. It really hurt, but she did it repeatedly every time. I left half way through so it wouldnt be irreparable. Terrible experience. Will never go back, and suggest no one go here.

Easy to use/ find good atmosphere

I have had great experiences here at the Greenfield location. Amy is the best. She is friendly and kind and also does a wonderful job. She listens to what I want and follows my input. One of the other things I really like about Amy is that she never tries to sell me expensive products I dont need or want. As long as Amy is there I will continue to do business with Smart Style in Greenfield.

My stylist Katie is terrific! I had not been able to accurately describe the way I needed my hair cut, but on my last visit, I brought in photos of the back and sides of the hairstyle I wanted. Boy, did Katie make it happen!Shes friendly, outgoing and very professional. Id recommend her to anyone.

I guess they do not need customers. I went in at 8:10 pm and the lady said she was rinsing someone and would not be able to get me in. I only wanted my ends trimmed. It takes 50 minutes to rinse a color? She was sitting down in a chair talking on her phone when I walked in. Clearly was not busy at all. I can and will take my business elsewhere.

I did not go to smart style and I do not like being tracked.

Went in hour and half before they close no one waiting one person getting hair cut. The girl totally upset with the idea of me getting a five minute haircut.

Came in on Saturday 5/5 and was told it was an hour wait and came back in an hour and was told it would be 2 1/2 more hours. When ask why the lady was very rude. So I left and tried again today. Again the lady working was very rude and this was a different lady. She ask me what I wanted and I told her she said 30 mins , I said okay then she said I could come back I said it’s okay I will wait. My husband walked off I Was waiting and the lady looked at me and said you should go with him because I am shutting the doors for 30 minuets. She was rude about . I left and told her not to worry about it I didn’t want someone with her attitude cutting my hair. Will not go back! They don’t want business is what they have made clear to me.

I have only had my eyebrows done here, Savannah did a great job on them!

Courtney is great!! She cut my 16 month old sons hair and did a fantastic job!!

AWFUL!! I went in for some SIMPLE HIGHLIGHTS, and left with ORANGE HAIR. It looked like the girl turned the left side of my hair blonde/orange, and gave me mostly highlights on the right side. It looked like 4 months of regrowth no joke! The cut was also aweful I went for an asymetrical it just looked like it was uneven. NEVER GO HERE. SAVE YOURSELF. Courtney and Pam will not allow you to refund your money even if you dont like it. They also took my original receipt and never gave it back to me which I believe is illegal.

Terrible service! Terrible haircuts! Rude manager Courtney i think. Never go here they will mess your hair up! Worst salon Ive ever been to.
