The company charged me over $90 just to come out and look. Non-refundable (unless I hired them). Their estimate was over $1800 given only after they received my non-refundable quote/trip charge. I instead ordered the parts-around $500 and had a local handyman do the work for $70. He took less than 1 1/2 hours to do the work. Total all in costs less than $600= less than 1/3rd the price Broken Windows quoted (over $1800).Their quote was outrageous. They charged more for their quote than the handyman did for his entire job. In my opinion the company is a scam . I would have rated them zero stars if I could.

The people. Thats Broken Windows. They are true pros. They are very committed to the job of making the customer happy. We had glass replaced in some of our vinyl replacement windows. Everything about the process was well-run. Although theyre very busy, youll find from sales through service -- pure excellence! Job very well done!!

Charged $60.00 for a 15 minute estimate. Said I needed new patio door and handle, couldnt be fixed. Estimate charged for parts and another $300+ for labor totaling over $600. Way too much money! Turns out the patio door only need a couple screws turned to make it close properly and a little WD40 to make it slide smoothly. The handle just needed to be taken off and put back on tightening screws. Total cost $0. Charged the $60 to rip off a senior citizen that didnt need all the work they said. Cost me $60 for a lesson learned to be careful who you trust when it comes to finding reputable repair company.The owner response was only to the first comment. I would not have minded the service call if the estimate and charges were fair. Did not need everything estimated after further research was done. Ownerdid not address how the estimate was for repairs not needed and overpriced labor charges. My review stands!

They came out and looked at my job and then sent out 1 guy that couldnt do the job by himself. When I received the bill the hourly labor charges were exaggerated because the guy took so long because he couldnt do it by himself. I ended up getting someone to help but they didnt put that in consideration for their bill. Never received an estimate so you have no idea what you are getting yourself into. When I called about my bill the lady was yelling at me........

I am not sure on this place. Promised me on the phone they had what needed. Got there and didnt have and couldnt get it.We left.. Place seems run down and a day from going out of business. Now, I dont know that they are...it appears that way, and appearance can say a lit of things about a business.

Robert came out to my house to replace a broken window that my dog had completely shattered. I initially got a few quotes from companies in the area and found that Broken Windows had the best rate for my needs. Robert was very kind and even completed the job early. He did an amazing job keeping everything clean and tidy. On the unfortunate chance that this happens again, I will definitely be calling upon Broken Windows, Inc. in the future. Thank you!
