Worst costumer service ever! Called them to fix little problem like air hose and they told me to come in. I told them I will be there in 40 min they said no problem. When I got there no one was at the location and they ignored my phone calls wasted 2 hours for no reason! Avoid this place at all costs!

Had a blowout on I 81. They got me in and out in under an hour. The bill was much lighter than it would’ve been a truckstop.

Ryan Crick is a motorhome magician! It is difficult enough to find someone yo work on a coach, much less a 15 year coach with a workhorse chassis. He and his shop fixed my issues using his extensive knowledge and got my fuel system functioning properly! It took a few weeks to obtain all the necessary parts, and he had to do alot in order to get to the problem, but he fixed it! It was not cheap, but it was fair! I knew in advance it would take alot of hours to resolve the issue and had no issues with what he charged for his work. On the day i dropped my coach off for service, i guy came in with broken springs in his 5th wheel. The guy said all the mechanics and shops he contacted were booked for weeks, but Ryan found parts and fixed the mans rv that day, and got him back on the road! Now that is a great mechanic! Treating RVers as people, and not as a nuisance. Thanks Ryan for all your efforts in fixing my Rv!

I was quite impressed. TJ came to my rescue at the SB I-81 chicken coop last night. Ol smokey got me backed up in a corner an wouldnt let me go. Took about an hour an a half to get there once I called and spoke with their answering service(Thanks Dean!). TJ shook my hand and looked me in the eye when he arrived, and went right to work, in the rain. All with a smile and good attitude. Scott and Steve showed up later with some parts needed to complete the job and helped out too. They all seemed to be good natured folks!TJ was quick to listen my concerns, and had a good handel on what needed to be done right from the word go. My 5th wheel latch was adjusted, my front right got break shoes and my left rear drive got seals and break shoes. Quick and diligent workers the lot of them. On the way from Nashville heading home to Boston and our RV ran into trouble on the highway. With the prospects of being stranded very far from home things were desperate. They cleared their schedule for us and were able to fix it quickly. I would recommend this place to anyone.

I had a very very bad experience. They left the key in my truck in an unlocked lot for many weeks. I did not feel it was safe there so I picked it up during normal hours after speaking to the secretary. I edited and added more to the review since there are untruths in the reply below.

One of the nicest bunch of people on earth to deal with. Ryan has a great group of people working WITH him! They dont tolerate people throwing temper tantrums and cursing, thats a good thing as working on big trucks and rvs is stressful enough, doesnt need to be made worse by someone with a bad attitude.The wrenches and Ryan are very knowledgeable and their courteous folks. I have no problems with their priced and everything theyve done for me was right the first time. They have even gone behind some other wrenches I have used and fixed it right!.Ryan is a wealth of knowledge, doesnt claim to be an expert, but he stands behind his work.He has shared his knowledge with me because sometimes I have to do my own work, he has saved me money.At this point I consider Mt. Enterprises to be my mechanic. Its nice knowing I can leave my equipment with them,come back and Im ready to roll.You should call Kim and schedule an appointment, youll be glad you did.

They took us in with no advance notice it took them awhile to get the work done but they did get it done completely an excellent job and the price was unbelievably reasonable

Had a truck brake down 45mi from them on US25 (middle of nowhere), they came out within an hr, replaced a radiator hose , toped of coolant with 5 gl, charged me $360, labor,parts and service call. VERY reasonable price, I would use them again.they dont charge mileage or any of that crap, just Service call and labor per hr

Here from Tuesday to Saturday after noon. Just to diagnose why our IXS was shutting down.3rd day they said turbo, over $7,000 later new turbo...4th day after changing low water sensor made it 113 miles. $800 towing bill to get back Saturday night...Had to wait til Monday 6th day ...changed turbo actuator and replace low side ac line been here all day its now 5:30 pm..THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU DEAL WITH THIS OUTFIT. 6 days and Im not out of here yet...I have learned my lesson...just hope I can save somebody else some trouble. And remember Im just the driver, but I have missed a weeks work..Oh and got treated to a temper tantrum this morning by the owner ...over a message I left sitting on the side of I 40 for 6 hours trying to get somebody on the phone which I never did ...on a 24 hour service line...not trying to ruin anybodys business just sharing my experience I will never use them again and never give them a reference...
