I took my F250 to 5 different shops before Optimum. They all failed to diagnose the proble.. Gene had it for a day to troubleshoot it, and another day to fix it. Thanks Gene.

Owner is incredibly shady. Changes prices on receipts to take more money from you. Charges fees when he performs no work! I have never met a more unprofessional and disrespectful business owner!!
