The man was nice. Helped us (even stayed after hours just to help). But once I got the phone, nothing has been working. It won’t let me sign into my Apple ID or download anything🙄the worker was incredibly kind and was quick to welcome us. Overall great experience, just a little frustrated by the phone, itself.

Careful here. They do things and charge whit out evening saying and dont listen very well. If your not on your game/ attentive, they will tax you. Was over charged on phone and told the guy not to open and activate phone. He did it anyway and than charged me for it. $60 overed charged.

First off i wasnt expecting to be blessed with a new phone at such a low cost. normally i would have to go through a hassle but coming in to the store was such a pleasure. the people there were so welcoming and warm hearted. i ended up getting a great deal for my cell phone and accessories. ill be sure to mention this store to people i know definitely worth the ride from the north side. Im so appreciative.

I am using boost mobile and living just across the street of the mall in historic town. However, there is no internet connection here. All other people using other operators have internet connection very well but I don’t so how are you gonna get more people to have boost mobile?

Horrible service. Forced into buying insurance. Activated my new phone before payment. They apparently dont take cards for totals more than 300 bucks. Clerk told me that I needed to go to an ATM to get cash. Lied about not being able to switch my phone back. Then only after Im about to walk out of the store did the clerk recommend monthly payments. The whole ordeal was just unpleasant.

Me and my family went in there today to try and see if we can switch a phone over to there company because of family issues and the lady like got so rude with us when we told her we wanted to switch the phone over to there company and then when she asked for one of the number codes she got an aditude well we where trying to find where that was in the settings but then told us that it could be switched over and when we asked for the reason why she didn’t explain to us why it couldn’t be switched and they processed to tell us that we should go shop around at other companies and that no one would care about why we where switching the phone over 🤬

Horrible service. I wont even go into the unlock phone policy, i came to port my number back to boost until my phone could be unlocked to go to Spectrum and the gentlemen there were rude, I was told on the 27th my phone would be unlocked to take it with and now im being told it could take 3-5 business days and its still not definate. So glad i wasted $300 on this phone to now probably have to buy a new one.

They need to update hours!!! Made a special trip because they were supposed to be open at 10. Nope not till 11a.m people

One of her employees made me fraud in November 2017 on Black Friday of that year, I am going to see if I qualified for a cell phone and she told me that I did not qualify that night but she took out an iPhone cell phone with my account under my name and deactivated my account I left a few months without a line that I had for years until I was able to recover my number and until today, Monday, November 16, 2020, the problem has not been fixed for me, it still appears that I owe the cell phone when the fraud was they I hope they read it they can do something about it, its not fair, Im going to take this to the media so that no one else falls into their traps
