I would have given 5 for the wonderful salesman I met today if not for his coworker. Devin Spicer was the only reason I purchased anything, not pushy but made me aware of all possible deals. A woman working across the store found it necessary to try to interfere with the sale, but Devin was professional and personable. I will definitely use the offered services in future... Nice save, Devin, I was halfway out the door but you nailed it. Thank you again!!

Constantly having issues, screen freezes, when on demand you get kicked out of a show youre watching and have to keep going back in usually having to start over. You should be able to fast forward commercials. Takes so much to get to the show you want to watch. Ugh!

I have been that place twice and i got no help, they dont know anything at all just sitting there, they waste my time and i will never go back there at all,they deserve zero star.i got help the other location on holton ave, 326 E capital ave, milwaukee, Wisconson, quick and friendly service, i recomment you guys there, i will go there again & again but never go the one on Southridge mall.

Awesome experience! Angel, Store Associate, was wonderful & Id recommend her. She answered all of my questions patiently w/a smile & was courteous, as well. I thought going in for my replacement upgrade for the modem would be a hassle but it wasnt. Thinking bout bundling, however, will have to think it over.

I went in last month to activate service and was helped by John. All I can say is what a great experience. He made it effortless to set up the account and he even helped with some set up and explained how to set everything up once I got home. Everything went as he explained and I had ZERO issues. If you go in to this location, ask for John. You wont regret it.

Installer was a contractor put a hole after telling me they can’t install an outlet because they don’t have the tools and asked me to cut the outlet and then refused to call his supervisor and told me I would have reschedule then after calling to reschedule for me he had another guy come help him and the damaged my wall drilling all the way through still waiting to be contacted about a refund for installation charge I keep being bounced to other departments everyone on the phone has been polite and courteous but no one can just give me a simple refund for an installation or something like that

We have had nothing but issues with Spectrum TV since day one. Slow internet speeds, buffering streaming TV service. Bad in-store customer service and saying bad is an understatement. I am going to check other service providers and wouldnt recommend Spectrum to my worst enemy. Stay away, stay far away!

I was returning my moms cable box, tried explaining to the representative that mom moved out on Feb 2nd and this was the first chance I had to get the equipment back, she barely acknowledged anything I said and never even asked for her new address to forward the final bill. Just another fine example of how terrible customer service has become in the last few years..I understand now why people are using TV viewing alternatives and dumping Spectrum

Yesterday my boyfriend and I went into the greendale locations after speaking with seven different customer service reps over the phone and not getting any help. All we were trying to do is activate our new spectrum mobile phone. At this point we were both very frustrated. Thanks to a very knowledgeable and friendly rep named Carrie she was able to do what seven others couldnt. Great job and thanks for being so patient with us :)

Josh and the Southrdige crew offer excellent customer service. Their knowledge and communication are top notch and made the move from our 20 year previous provider EASY. Plus, they saved us money. Better phones, more data and less cost than Verizon. So glad we made the move.

Everyday I turn on the tv , it completely freezes and says please wait sometimes it takes up to 5 minutes to unfreeze which feels like eternity when you are missing your show or something...happens everyday atleast once usually 2 or 3 times....anytime its off for a while it seems...was told the cable box I have is the latest which is not true at all...my parents are the account holders so i have no say, but of ot were me paying Id definitely be upset to be paying sooo much a month for boxes that freeze and act up multiple boxes not just one...so yeah not happy

We upgraded my bundle package to save me some money, and I chose to exchange my own equipment. In the store they gave me a sheet of paper that explained it all step by step. I was up and running in about 30 minutes at home. Great service.

The only reason I am still with Spectrum is because of the 400 mbs. Spectrum used to have exceptional customer service. Now it’s worse terrible. I have no words for how bad their service is. I have a problem with my bill almost every other month for the past year. Every time I call them no one knows what to do. Management is absolutely no help at all. They do not help solve any problems at all. They ask you what the situation was and they say, “okay well I can’t do anything about that but I can forward you to our billing department”. After I just came from billing. I just ordered a phone from spectrum and they keep trying to charge me the full amount of the phone in the middle of billing cycle. I’m done with spectrum they do not put customers service first. They hire employees that do not care and do not know anything about their position or important information about products and service

The service is EXPENSIVE and they keep hiking up the rates. The Southridge store was full of customers also unhappy about the recent price hike. And with all the technology, spectrum should use a better system to sign in and wait for turn at the customer service desk. How about a text message option when you are close to being called by the customer service agent? I wasted 2 hours standing by waiting to be called.

I cannot wait for some new cable company the challenge Spectrum. AT&T is a Dish Network and definitely not the same thing.The average bill for Spectrum is $160. We started with Time Warner which was cheaper. Unfortunately, unless we want Dish, our only choice is the monopoly of Spectrum.I wish loyalty had some value to this company. Weve had cable for 15 years and just recently our bill went up twice. Once in October and then again in December. Putting our bill well above $200 a month. The sickening thing about this is that were paying more and weve lost half of the channels we had when we had Time Warner.Its hard to see the commercials as they advertise $87 a month for new subscribers, yet offer nothing but increases to the current and longtime ones.

Just like all the rest of the cable companies. There price goes way up after contracts is over. I think its time go cut the cable. You can get a 500000 life insurance policy cheaper a month . Maybe my wifeand can afford it when i die and she can live like a queen. I would say right now for me there are much better options.

Really havent had any issues here. The employees are friendly and helpful. Usually the wait time is less than 5 minutes. Unless you go during busy times when the wait could be up to 30-45 min. The new system of signing in does make things a little confusing and chaotic but for the most part the staff makes it a little easier.I would recommend. Their services are pretty reasonably priced. The speed we get with their internet is amazing. Any issues are resolved quickly and are minor.

TLDR: Beware when you cancel your service!! Spectrum will charge you for a full month regardless of whether you canceled on day 1 or day 30 of the cycle.I recently returned equipment to this store after canceling my service with Spectrum. I did not receive a receipt for the rental equipment, and was told nothing more was needed from me. I later got a bill from Spectrum for the full month of internet services ($70) despite having canceled service mid-cycle. When I contacted Spectrum, they told me they dont prorate bills even if service is canceled mid cycle. Nobody I talked with at the store or on the phone mentioned this. Spectrum customer service also gave me a hard time for not having a receipt from my equipment return.

Wish I could give Spectrum less than 1 star. Was given a promotional rate for 1 year. Yet, I wondered why my bill went up $5. Guess it doesnt matter if you are given a promotional rate and promised that will last a year. If internet service is being increased, that goes for everyone even if you are in a promotion. Every month there is some problem with my bill. My parents are seniors and are constantly battling with Spectrum because every month their bill goes up. And be aware -- service is not pro-rated, so do not cancel your service mid-way and expect a partial refund. And absolutely no competition where I live unless you want another fraud company -- AT&T.

A specific gal was very helpful when we came in to explore keeping or changing our phones. They have a registration and line procedure that seems to work. But the organizer looked like he could be a bouncer. Hope that hes not needed for guard purposes. Lol.

I dont know what to think about all of the bad reviews. I have always gotten very good service whether I call or chat with customer service. My current box is 7 years old and I just now need to get it replaced because of one small issue. My internet is fast and reliable and the phone service is good. Dont have a complaint.

Dropping Spectrum. Not only are they expensive, but the customer service agents are VERY rude. AT THE SOUTH RIDGE MALL LOCATION. And because of the manager I had to speak with last night, made my decision final. VERY RUDE LADY, KEPT ROLLING HER EYES AT ME. I CANT WAIT TO DROP MY EQUIPMENT OFF AND I HOPE SHE IS THERE. I received great customer service when I walked-in to sign up for cable and internet. They are understaffed and there are a lot of people that walk-in for service. Obviously this causes big delays that nobody can really help, only the customers themselves. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment before coming in.

I went last Friday to get another cable box. While in line, I observed multiple people dropping off equipment, without having to wait in line. I was told that I needed to replace my modem, so they gave me a new one and said I could just stop by and drop off the old one any time. When I showed up this Friday, the person triaging the front door told me I had to sign in an wait for the 10 people ahead of me to drop off the equipment. I told her I had observed people just dropping off last week and that is what I wanted to do. She proceeded to get an attitude with me and said she had worked there for 27 years, and I had to wait for a CSR and get a receipt. So, I told her Ill just keep the equipment, since Im not being charged for it. Try to do the right thing and you get poor customer service . I didnt have time to wait for 10 other people. 1/2 hour to 45 minutes for sure. I agree that this is why people are dumping cable and going to more pain-free methods of viewing programming.

5:30pm on 08/13/2018: This is a perfect example of a company becoming to big to even care about customer service in the least. At the Greendale location I came to the counter to ask a simple question. If I could self install the service due to a $99 charge. This is regarding a new business location. (I am well abled to set up the router by my self.)The representative looking at my account turned and walked away. I could have thought he was going to lunch for all I know. Within a minute and a half he comes back to the computer with his supervisor. She inspects the screen and in front of me and my wife, she tells the rep; He doesnt qualify for self install. So, tell him no.Excuse me. dont do that. I stated. Im literally, right here. Why dont I qualify?She then addressed me to tell me she was talking to her employee about this and that it cant be done because no one at that address has ever self installed.Rudest experience in a long, long time.
