HOUSE HUNTING TIP: Your purchase contract should detail how disputes will be dealt with if they can’t be solved by the parties involved or with the help of their real estate agents.My understanding was that Jeff was knowledgeable in writing up my Offer to Purchase to include whatever verbiage was needed to cover pool repairs, since it was winter when I purchased the house. After all, he assured me at least four times that I would be ok because he included it in the Offer to Purchase. Well, I was wrong. His email reply to me was the following:As I discussed with you several times, the condition of the home is between you and the Seller. Im not licensed to give you any legal advise or tell you how to proceed for these repairs. In the offer the Seller stated that the pool was in good working order. Going forward please consult with Mr. Polack or another attorney. Respectfully, JeffGood thing I have my faith because without God, I wouldnt be getting through this.

Jeff did an awesome job seeing me through the process, being my first time selling a house. The process was fast and easy. Other realtors said my house wouldn’t sell for my asking price, even with how great the sellers market is. Just when I thought all hope was lost, I came across Express Realty. Jeff said otherwise and to my surprise my house sold for way more than my asking price! Not only that, they had a fair commission rate unlike other realtors that wanted top dollar, so I saved over $1000 on realtor fees as well! I couldn’t ask for a better experience.

We had no time to waste! In our community, when a house goes up for sale, its sold before it hits the MLS.
