Honestly the best auto shop Ive been to. Very quick and thorough. The prices are pretty standard but the service is top of the line. I will continue to bring my vehicles here. They were very upfront about the repairs and did not try to up sell me anything. Great work and great shop.

Huron was prepared on my arrival. Oil change and tire rotation took about an hour as promised. Tire rotation was complimentary as I purchased my tires there previously. All the work was satisfactory and they completed for the amount quoted. Pretty simple and straightforward with no surprises. Joe is good to work with.

Really appreciated the level of professionalism demonstrated by the staff. I had a check engine light that was intermittent and was difficult for myself to diagnose. So I took it in to them to look at, they explained to me the results of their diagnosis and what could be done. They did not charge me for any more work than they felt they performed. I really appreciated this level of helping the customer taking priority over making money. Also they were very excellent in keeping me informed and giving me status updates. Its very difficult to find an honest auto repair shop, so I am glad I found this place. Just wanted to express my thanks to this business. Very well done!

These guys are always great. I made an appt for 10am on sat.....I totally forgot and thought it was 11am. Showed up at 11am and they STILL squeezed in my oil change, even though they close at noon on Saturday. They are my regular shop, no questions about it.

Brought my vehicle in for a brake problem. Was able to get a diagnostic and repair the same day. Very reasonable in price. Would definitely recommend this repair facility. Very professional.

Very rude and disrespectful guy at the front counter. Stay away from this place at all cost. We came to this shop to fix a part that was sold to us by a shop in the goodyear service network. The guy basically told us not to do business with Goodyear shops which we wont. Just surprised at the kind of service we received. The owner called my boyfriend which was great but the overall experience was just terrible.

Overnight drop off and pick up is easy and makes getting repairs done and more manageable. Texted the inspection report and called to confirm any extras and gave pricing before performing anything beyond the diagnostics. Pricing is very reasonable for the services they provide.

Bought tires for my boat trailer from Goodyear.com. Scheduled install here. They were immediately ready for me on arrival and replaced 4 tires in 45 mins. Super friendly and accommodating. Will use again.

My check engine light came on and we called for an appointment since the heat also went out. We dropped off the truck that night, received a detailed update the following morning and the truck was fixed quickly. The staff is thorough and very friendly. My truck is running great since my visit.

They are fast and friendly. When the problem wasnt entirely fixed the first time, they gave me an excellent deal on the second repairs. This was an on going problem that we went to many other places for and no one else was able to actually fix it before.

You get what you pay for! I trust Huron with overall inspection of my vehicle - even when Im only in for an oil change. Staff is easy to work with and always friendly. Process with dropping off, picking up or waiting is great for the flexibility. Report sent over at the end of the service is a bonus.

They are always communicative and I know what issues are urgent, what can wait, and what may be coming in the future.

This location is much better than the one on Velp, I appreciate that they send you a service report by text or email and they do not push or charge extra! Very happy with their service.

When I called and talked to John I was absolutely frazzled. I had no idea where I had broke down & in my mind, still confused about what had happened to my driver rear tire.My son & I were on our last trip of moving our things to Michigan when Devin asked me if we had a flat. I had already felt the rear of my truck get squirrelly a couple times too. I chalked it up to the grooves in the road & rain. My truck got really loud as I was getting into this gas station.. to me, in the middle of nowhere.Devin & I were stuck until some crazy time in the afternoon when I got the number from a friend to call Huron Automotive & there partner for towing, Glenns Towing.My own insurance company wouldnt let us ride with the driver & God forbid that our dog was with us too.John, I want to thank you for all your help on that Ford that was brought to you. My car died on the nearby highway. From the start Huron Automotive Service was friendly, welcoming, and supportive. They quickly looked over the damage (totalled engine) and set me on the path, with a nearby dealer, to get started on towing and repair at the nearby Hyundai dealership. VERY helpful, dog friendly (my morkies were never stressed), and accommodating. As it turned out, I dont think they got much money from the situation. They deservered thousands.

We had Hearon automotive work on our car a few weeks ago when we thought we had a transmission problem. They treated us with the upmost respect and professionalism. We were unsure about the warranty so Joe went and looked up that information for us and got us the answers that we needed. It turned out we did not even need the transmission but maybe in other places they would’ve charged us for the transmission!!! We will be continuing this relationship with Huron since we were treated so fairly.

I took my brand new pickup truck to Huron with a screw in the front tire. Huron took the truck in immediately as I was leaving for vacation the following day. Turns out the screw did not penetrate all the way so they just removed the screw. Very friendly and accommodating!

These guys are fantastic! I had to make an emergency stop here on my way through Green Bay from Michigan and needed a new radiator and thermostat the day before Christmas eve. I can’t remember the name of the gentleman who assisted me but he had it taken care of by the end of the day, gave me a loaner, communicated well and was very friendly and honest throughout. Would give them all my business if I lived nearby!

When my alternator froze up and the serpentine belt broke, they suggested a way to get the vehicle to their location without calling a tow truck. Then, even though parts had to be ordered, I had the vehicle back on the road before the end of the next day. They did an excellent job very quickly and for a very reasonable amount of money.

Do NOT take your vehicle here!! They decided to put conventional oil in my car that runs synthetic oil, without consulting or informing me more than once. This led to issues that ruined my motor, and then they wanted $5,000-$7,000 to replace the motor that they had ruined because of their lack of knowledge, skill and customer service abilities.

Friendly staff and very proactive. They went above and beyond what would be expected for a repair shop. When I dropped off my vehicle, they already had a shuttle ready for me, even though I didnt need one.

This used to ok place as far as pricing. Last time i estimated a hose change approx 6 months ago, i got a quote of $500+, i got it fixed for 100 dollars else where, What a expensive place to go !
