These guys were great. Uhaul reservation center had been giving me the run around as always and these guys did everything in their power to make it right.

Worst communication ever. Was bounced around between three different uhaul places in town. No one told us we needed to download the uhaul app to self service. Then we arrived at this location and there was no reservation even though I had talked to three different people about this reservation at this address.

U-Haul guy was not wearing a mask inside or outside. had trouble dropping off the trailer after hours because it was superheavy and had a lot of trouble getting it off my truck and there was no help no dolly nothing

This dude is incredibly disrespectful and Im honestly surprised hes still in business. Weve never been treated this poorly from any uhal company and weve lived here for 20 years and have moved 5 times. Always used Uhal. Never again with this company though.

Great service, we went in to see if we could pick up the truck early and we were told that it was still out and due back 30 minutes before we were to pick it up but this guy worked with us and let us pick up a different truck and so we didnt have to worry about the wait or worry about the other renter bringing the truck back. Great customer service!

Absolutely the worst place to store. I couldn’t get access to my unit for over 2 weeks. They had the road torn up and paved - very slow. No reimbursement for time either. I absolutely ended some of the items and had to purchase new. This place is horrible

This place rips you off. We filled the gas tank to where the lady had told us to and then she charged us extra fees stating we didnt put enough in. Horrible service. They will try to get as much money out of you as possible. They also charged us for extra miles.

The previous review is dead one; they tried screwing me the same years ago, and they have not changed their strips. Not nice people at all!
