Terrible service. Had a 2 day expedited package sitting in there 6th ave center for a week. I called to track 8-10 times. Each time I was told it would be delivered that day and they would contact me within an hour. Never got 1 call

This place is an absolute disaster! They only deal in bad customer service! I ordered a package and it was lost and when we made multiple attempts to get this package, including waiting 40 mins at there dumpster of a facility, we were told deal with it no ones going to do anything about it! How this place has not been shut down for sheer lack of customer service is an absolute wonder! Do yourself a favor and never use UPS ever! But if somehow your package ends up here you might as well consider it lost! Charlotte you are a joke and so is everyone in your pathetic outfit!!

Charlotte cant even complete the simplest of tasks. She screwed up my label, couldnt figure out how to cancel/refund. When she finally figured things out, she somehow managed to loose my receipt. Scary part is, that she was training someone. Hopefully that trainee is her replacement and is actually competent.

Very unreliable, unprofessional. Needed to get a parcel that was supposed to have been delivered 2 days earlier, as soon as possible and when I called the UPS toll free number to track the parcel I was given the option of picking it up same they or the next day. I opted for same day pick up and was told someone from customer service will be contacting me within 1 hour to arrange the pick up. I asked for the location address so I can go and pick up my parcel but they insisted that I should wait for the call. Afraid they will close and I won’t be able to pick up the parcel I called the UPS customer service back half hour later and was again told they will call me. I asked for the time the location closes and was given a wrong time. The 3rd time I called back - the two agents I spoke to were unprofessional and unhelpful - first one hanged up the phone, the second one could not even give me the phone number to the local office (which was now supposed to be closing in 5 minutes) so I could call them and arrange to pick up my parcel. To my utmost surprise she stated that they don’t have the number. I requested to speak to a supervisor. I waited several minutes before I could speak with the supervisor who provided me the location phone number and advised me to call them the next day. It was an ordeal!!! Timely receipt of the parcel would have saved a lot and prevented a lot of downstream problems

Our delivery person will not wear a mask, therefore he cannot enter our office. Which means we have to do the delivering and sorting ourselves. So why are we paying ups? The delivery person is also quite rude and seems delighted that hes cutting time off his workday by dropping stuff at the door. Hes a bad example of an employee

Well organized. Fast service. Had my package ready to ship within 2 minutes of walking in the door. If you come prepared, package wrapped and labled, you can get in and right out again. This is not a supply store. Well suited to business customers or those who are looking to drop off shipments.

Awful customer service, was difficult to get ahold of anyone an once I got someone it was no help! I can’t pick up a package from them because I need proof from the sender that it’s okay, when my name is clearly on the package as to who it’s being delivered to, so if you need to pick up a package from this company you need to get permission from the company you ordered it from a loop hole of BS!

No help what so ever as to shipping a firearm from the woman on duty 3/23/21. I asked for shipping solutions and would not offer any help. She actually looked shocked when trying to talk to her. The Firearm was not even in my possession at the time of the interaction with this woman.This place is nasty and very disappointing that UPS would have a Customer Service Center that looks like this.

If I could give a minus 10 stars I would. I had some truck parts sent from Houston before the 4th of July I still have not received them this is costing me over 3,000$ a day that the parts are not here. I will never in my life time use UPS again for something so important.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have been trying to get a shipping error sorted out for days. Someone from this facility finally called me back and was EXTREMELY RUDE and wouldn’t even let me finish a sentence without either talking over me or cutting me off. I asked to speak to her supervisor and she hung up. ID RATHER GET ON THE PHONE WITH THE 800 NUMBER FOR THE 9TH TIME THAN TO HAVE TO SPEAK TO THEM AGAIN. NEGATIVE STARS IF I COULD. USE FEDEX.

I would give a negative 5 star review if i could. I will never again use a business that relies on UPS for its delivery services or UPS for that matter. Paid extra $$$ for 2nd day air. Package arrived in Commerce City on Tuesday evening. Package was slated to be delivered on Wednesday. Called customer service twice and they reassured me it would be delivered by the end of the day. However when I checked the tracking it had never left sorting facility in Commerce City. Checked on the status this morning and info. stated they tried to deliver package at 9:08AM, business I work for doesnt open until noon. And the hours are clearly marked on the door. This is not the first time this has happened. A few months ago I had to call them, have them put in the delivery notes that the business doesnt open until noon. And not to try and deliver packages until 11AM at the earliest. There have been times when someone has been at the business with the open sign off and the driver doesnt even stop.

Said they delivered the package at 12:35 pm on 4-26-19. Funny that I was in my front yard fertilizing my lawn at that exact time. No UPS truck in sight! They cant even read addresses to make sure they deliver it to the CORRECT Address. All the drivers care about is delivering their packages in 5-6 hours so, they get paid for 8 hours! They dont even knock on your doors anymore, just throw it on the steps and run like hell!!!

My package was not delivered. I was working outside all day. They told me it was. The next package came and the box had been opened. I do whatever I can now not to use ups for deliveries to my house in Eaton Colorado which is 10 minutes north of Greeley.

There are not enough negative numbers to give!! I had some pictures sent to me that I could not get back. It said they delivered to my front door. There was a blizzard and there were no tracks and plus I was right there! I spent 4 hours on the phone with ups with no results. Then this morning we found them under the front doormat UNDER the Snow!!! Who does that! I would gladly pay extra for another service to deliver my packages!

Whoever is delivering for UPS in my area isnt very bright. Took them a week to try and figure out my address and finally I had to call and tell them I would pick up the package from their store. I get delivery from FedEx and mail delivered regularly from the United States Postal Service no problem. I live in the city and have never had an issue with anybody delivering besides them. Get it together UPS.

Ordered a nice stereo receiver/amplifier and I would check tracking, it would say attempted delivery at 6:15pm when I WAS WAITING RIGHT BY MY DOOR THE WHOLE TIME. This happened 2 days in a row and when I called, they said that the driver told them that he left a note, which is absolutely false. The receiver wasnt wrapped in anything special, so the driver obviously saw a nice piece of stereo equipment and thought he had a genius idea to try and make it his. Also, packages sit In transit for days beyond their delivery date. So, if youre lucky, than at best they just arent doing their job at all.

This place sucks. Ive been in this city for one and a half month, and have had one package go completely missing requiring my time to call both UPS and Amazon to track it down (or not) and then have a new package shipped out. Ive also had a couple of packages arrive for destination scan on the morning of the supposed delivery, and not update until 2 days later then Im stuck waiting on a several days late package. This has happened numerous times. I wish there was a way to refuse UPS shipments through Amazon, because this place is so pathetic that you cant even rely on will-call when packages get lost for a day or two after arriving.

Unfortunately, I cant express my level of frustration. I have had paychecks for employees that were lost by this specific building of UPS. When I contact them, they state the checks are not located in Greeley, to later come around and state they were in the building the full time.Even personally, I just got off the phone trying to find a package that has the wrong address and I am not to call back because (and I quote) The guy who tracks packages is on a break getting us all donuts. They take break at 15 til 7 am?USE FEDEX!

My son had sent me flowers to where I work for Mothers Day thinking that they would be delivered on Friday. As it ended up the company had it down for a Saturday delivery. When the driver went to drop them off he realized that the office was closed on Saturdays. He then went to one of the tenants of the apartment complex that I manage and found someone that could give him my telephone number. He called and informed me that he had a package and he would be more than glad to deliver it to where I live. When he arrived and I thanked him so much he said that no mother should miss her mothers day present. This driver went over and above and for that I am grateful. Unfortunetly I did not get his name but I will not forget the kindness. Thank you

This is the worst UPS center ever. They constantly are messing things up. I have a package that was shipped on Jan. 17th the tracking worked for the first 2 days. Then progress stopped being tracked but still said in transit on time for diligent on the 21st. By 4pm on the 21st I still hadnt received my package so I call the sort facility here in Greeley and the have shut their phones off. You can no longer call them the are so horrible at their job. Instead you have to call the national office to discuss issues with a local facility, where you get to talked to someone who is not even in this country. Here I am on the 23rd 2 days past its scheduled delivery and now my tracking says that it is rescheduled for delivery on the 25th. UPS you are a joke. I will never use your service again, from now on its your competitor FedEx or USPS

All the employees are happy and nice, quickly get to know their regulars, and are helpful, its not annoying to go there and lets face it pretty much everybody gets annoyed when they have to go to one of the three shippers.

So I had a predicament with a dress that I rented from Rent the Runway. It was supposed to be delivered to my house on the 24th, but due to a UPS truck mechanical issue it wouldnt be delivered until the 25th. However I was leaving town for an event the morning of the 25th. I was able to change the destination from my house to the distro center in Greeley to try to pick it up. Only later did I find out that they didnt open until 1630. Well, we went there around 0900, on our way out of town, just in case and just walked in. Probably not ok, but all the guys were all super helpful! They were able to locate my package and get it to me even though they werent open and did so in the most respectful and helpful way. I cant thank them enough for helping me out, even though it wasnt their responsibility or duty too! :) You guys rock! You definitely made my weekend and saved me from having to spend more money for this event.

I live in city limits of Eaton, my house number is listed above the garage door and on the mailbox at the end of my driveway. However UPS is sooooo lazy that they cant find my address so they wont deliver! I take it that driven 5 miles from Greeley to Eaton was too much effort so i get Fd! Thanks UPS I will always go with fed ex or USPS! Oh and here is the real kicker - you found my address last time!!! Maybe my house picked up and moved it self???

This ups center is useless since there was no apartment number on the label and i guess no one checks the address at the center only when the driver is outside of the delivery place they notice there is something wrong with the address which puts a hold on the package until the next and they not willing to redeliver the same day since they have to relabel it so why can usps and fedex delivery packages even if they have no apartment number could it be the person that is receiving the package has a account and they cross check it that way since it seem even if you have a account with ups they cant double check the address that is in there system. the first customer service rep i talk to i ask a simple question why wasnt this mistake caught at the ups center the rep kept side stepping the question then she said flat out it is the shippers fault ups has nothing to do with is the mistake. but isnt their job at the center to catch stuff like this so it can be corrected before it is given to the driver if not then whats the point to have ups centers in the first place a rest area for the drivers. so i am without my package that was right outside my place at 10:40 am today in the ups truck then seeing it drive away only getting a update after the driver was here to correct a address mistake which should been notice at the first ups center it went to so the time it got here the mistake would of been fixed. man i cant believe how unprofessional ups has gotten and lazy blaming it on the shipper when they check the address before they receive it to make sure there no mistakes or should since yes people make mistakes but not catching the mistake then having the mistake cause problems for the person since what if i had something important plan for the next 7 days where i would not be home and monday was the only time i had open.

Would never use again left my package by mailboxes in front of the. Building I live in they never even came to knock on door they said pkg. Was delivered at 3:20 pm I checked at 3:30 pm there was no pkg there and every half hour after that I checked finally at6: 30 pm pkg . was there they had my concert tickets in the pkg. And I would have been very upset with the driver if someone would have took pkg.

Horrible service. Ive lived at the same address for 20 years and ordered from this particular company more times than I can count and today they cant deliver because they have an issue with the address. Last week I had a package get left 1.5 blocks down the street. The only thing in common with my house address is the street name. Im guessing its a new driver thats too lazy to do his job. Also, I tried to call, and theres no answer- it just rang and rang.

Honestly use fed ex if possible. My package was left at another facility an hour away and I was told it would be delayed so I offered to make that 1 hour drive because I need my package today, I was told I was unable to pick up my items that I had paid for because they were on a truck sitting at the facility. Im sorry but thats ridiculous get your story straight and there should be no reason someone cant pick up something that belongs to them.
