I have been waiting for a package that was supposed to be delivered in 2 days. Now I have to wait the weekend. I took a day off because they said it’s out for delivery, then gets sent back to the facility. What a joke I would have been better off flying to Pennsylvania and picking up my package. I have lost money due to needing my package for work and taking a days off to sign for the package. Next time I’m going to use UPS

I purchased a laptop from Bestbuy & paid $30 extra for it to be delivered by FedEx on Friday September 17th. Tracking said it would be delivered by 8 pm. At 9:30, they said it went back to their facility & would be delivered on Monday September 20th by 8 pm. Im leaving town Monday morning, so thats just great!

Everyone here is always very helpful and nice. I have weird hours and they always work with me to make sure I can get my packages.

Yesterday driver did not deliver due to road conditions I called FedEx and told them the road had been cleared. They sent the info to the Greeley FedEx location and assured me my package would be delivered today.This morning a FedEx vehicle showed up to make a delivery to my neighbor and my package was not on his truck. I called FedEx again and they told me all they could do was send a request to the delivery location and it could take 24hrs for them to update and that there had been no response to my request from yesterday.One would think that a service that is paid for would do a better job of delivering on said service... I will take my and my companys business elsewhere in the future.

Although I was able to take care of the business at hand, I do wish the facility opened earlier, stayed open later, and was open on Sunday.

TWO TIMES I HAVE EXPECTED A PACKAGE THOUGH THIS FEDEX, AND BOTH TIMES WHEN THE DRIVER GETS TO MY PACKAGE THEY WOULD SCAN IT UNAVAILABLE/ COME BIG IT UP AT THE OFFICE. BOTH TIMES I HAD TO TAKE TIME OUT OF MY BUSY DAY TO GO GET THE PACKAGE. I WORKED FOR THE POST OFFICE AND THEY MAKE SURE THAT THEIR PACKAGES GETS DEVILED EVERYDAY NO MATTER WHAT. IF I COULD GIVE YOU A 0 STAR I WOULD. YOU GUYS HAVE LAZY DRIVERS I DON’T CARE IF YOUR DRIVERS HAVE A PARY, FAMILY, ETC TO GO TO IT IS NOT THAT DIFFICULT TO FIND MY PLACE AND DELIVER MY PACKAGES. IF IT HAPPENS ONE MORE TIME I WILL NEVER USE THIS OFFICE AGAIN. TELL YOUR DRIVERS TO DELIVER THE PACKAGES ITS THIER JOB DO IT.

I appreciate the great service your drivers exhibit. They always place my packages near my door so they are least seen from the street and the always ring the doorbell to let the household know we have a delivery. Thank you!

Worst customer service EVER!! The front desk lady is so rude and not willing to help at all! Literally told me I know where it is and I dont have time to look for it this was after an hour of me waiting!

Great employeesPoor equipment; quality photo print machine froze 3 times when printing started. Had to start over but was charged the original price both times. Employee had to go to great lengths to refund and find the actual number of photos I actually printed. It took all afternoon

Driver doesnt pay attention, all over road. Test your drivers and often! Bald headed and short. Almost caused a serious wreck! Very unprofessional!

Driver delivered to wrong apartment! Address label clearly stated correct apartment! Seriously?! You can’t tell the difference between 107 and 108?

We have been shipping here for 4 years. Although friendly service, 9/10 shipments have a mishap on the receipt or we are overcharged, spelling needs corrected, something to the effect that we have to watch them very closely when shipping and triple check everything they input. They also close at 12:00 on Saturday, not 2:00, as stated on Google.

Horrible place- if you want to ship something, make sure this is the right fedex office to ship from. Apparently they are too good to ship ground items. Never saw anything on the door or in the shop that states they dont ship ground. I looked at the website for this location and it specifically states that they ship ground. DO NOT USE FEDEX! Horrible company with absolutely zero customer service- at least for me. The only thing fedex is good at is parking in handicapped spots. I called corporate and they stated this location absolutely does ship ground! Apparently the person at the counter just didnt want to work and made me go 10 minutes out of my way so she could watch her TV show in the back office.

Learn to match numbers! Not that hard. Multiple packages delivered to wrong address. Large packages that other people pry paid a lot for. Shame I dont get paid delivery salary for doing your work!

I was told I could pick up my package by FedEx customer service to avoid waiting another three days for it to be delivered to my address, but the employees at this location wouldnt give me my package because they didnt want to sort through others to find mine even though I was initially told I could pick it up! I had my ID and tracking number to prove it was my package. Drove 30 min for nothing. Horrible location, rude employees!

Horrid!! Said to deliver about 10AM waited 4 hours later when tracking showed my extremely urgent package was back in Greely without an attempt to deliver. After trying to call without success until after 4PM we drove to Greeley to pick it up, locating a notary and getting to Mail M Copy just before they closed at 6PM ended a day long very bad event. No one from FedEx made any attempt to let us know they were not serious about our package. Only through tracking did we discover the intent and promise was not honored. I hope we never have to deal with FedEx again and when given a choice we will pick another carrier.

These guys are also great to deal with, all three shippers ( yeah even the government one ) practice far better customer service in N. Colorado then Im used to in all the other places Ive lived.

3 phone to talk to an unlisted center, 3 exact conversations and repeating the same general information that was available online, 1 phone call from a private phone say they had elected to put it on hold to ensure delivery, 2 profile profiles to attempt to gain control over what happens with my phone on my delivery from Asurion with 0% success, 2 prior times which include everytime Ive had had anything shipped to me from this facilit. All either attempted to be returned to shipper or returned to shipper prior to this(another cell phone warranty and my bank card) even tho clearly stated this was a business address and my site #** but all deemed undeliverable because its a business coincidently an r.v. park. 👏👎👎 How much Ive enjoy my interaction with this company that can deliver all over the world but cant deliver to an R.v. Park for me but for others they have no issue🙄

Is the idea to make sure you cannot get your package?Delivery required a signature.Attempt was made on Friday.However, I commute 90 minutes each way for my job and am never home during delivery hours.Flyer left for signature was VOIDED so I could not sign and leave.NO ATTEMPT was made on Saturday (when I am home).Attempt made again on Monday with another Voided signature.I tried to call to have the package held and the automated service hung up on me.I tried entering the door tag number on the web site and it was not found.I actually have to take time off of work just to the get my package and I already paid a fee to have it delivered!!!!

The FedEx driver based out of this center flat out did not deliver my package. Walked up the stairs, did not bother to knock on the door, and left a note saying that the package will be returned to sender if I do not set up a time to pick it up. I was home all day long sitting on the couch next to the door. No knock, nothing. Horrible representation of FedEx!!!! Formal complaint being sent all the way to FedEx Corporate.

Very urgent package was not delivered to my home. These incompetent morons delivered to the wrong address then made no attempt to contact me and let me know. On the tracking website it said delivered when that was just an absolute lie. Costumer service was of zero help. Pure idiocy that really impacted my life in a negative way.

Sent package back too soon. Clerk was friendly but didnt makeup for the fact they sent the package back two days early and it had to be sent again.
