I wish I could remember the name of the lady that helped me. She helped me with the purchase and set up of my iPhone 12 Max Pro. She also handled the trade in of my old phone. Throughout the long process of updating the iOS and transferring data from phone to phone, she was super friendly. She offered water and a place to sit while waiting. I have had a lot of issues lately with my phone service and different accounts being mixed up. I try calling the 1800 number and I never get anywhere spend hours on the phone for nothing. Today I came into the store to upgrade my phone and was helped by Victor Arredondo (who also happens to be bilingual) who did an exceptional job!!!!. He even found out I was paying extra and on my bill and got it fixed and even got me a credit on my bill. Highly recommend!! If you have any concerns or questions he’s the guy to call!!!

Wait is always ridiculous at this store. They have employees just standing around leaning on displays watching the display TV instead of helping people. The employee that has the drawn on eye brows is rude and lazy every time we are in there. She always looks surprised you would think she would be nicer. Im amazed she hasnt been fired yet. Management obviously dont care. With all the reviews about the wait and stuff nothing changes.

Customer service is pretty good in store but the issue we have had every single time we move or upgrade service their in home technicians customer service is horrible, we take time off work not just the time we are given but the whole day to make sure we are home when they say they will be by to install service. More times than not they never show up, we call to be told the technician was there and left a note on the door we go to the door and nothing so now we have to schedule another day for them to possibly come back out and another day off work. Its completely unacceptable. If it wasnt for the service I would choose elsewhere

I could not be more furious with Xfinity. Not only am I paying DOUBLE what I was for literally half the internet speed, but they have done nothing to resolve the issue. I have gone into store, sat on hold for hours, played phone tag with them, asked for my bill to be fixed and no one has done a thing, and in fact I’ve been treated disrespectfully and been discriminated against for my medical conditions. I do NOT recommend xfinity. Terrible internet, terrible quality, terrible customer service. Switching to someone else ASAP.

Set up service for Xfinity mobile this afternoon and trying to find some place that I could talk to a person was ridiculously miserable while on line. But went to a store and Yohana made things so much easier for the entire process. She did it and as quickly as possible even though we were outside of the store. Thanks for helping me make a bad situation so much better of a situation with the customer service u provided to get me in and out. Need more CSRs in the workplaces to come forward as you had in that situation..

Nice store, needs more customer service training. I appreciate having a store location in town to pickup, browse product and fix account related issues. Well being that they are a 3rd party not direct its not advantageous to resolve account issues here. I will say they have no problem setting up accounts and telling you to call 888 number to dispute issues. I hope management updates the training in customer service.

My review is for this store, not xfinity. Xfinity as a company and service is okay at best, but the only option. However, when I went to the store at centerplace, I was helped by a girl named Payton. She was hands down the most helpful person Ive EVER spoken with at xfinity and Ive been a customer for 15 years. She helped me set up a new wireless plan and restructured my cable and Internet and ended up saving me a ton of money!. She was professional and kind I would highly recommend going to the store and talking to Payton if you have any issues or need help with your xfinity service. Shell take great care of you.

Having recently moved to Greeley where my previous, excellent internet provider does not offer coverage, based on the advice of locals I chose Xfinity as my internet provider. In dealing with the store at Centerplace in Greeley, I needed some support in getting my own modem/router set up. Vanessa SantaCruz went above and beyond to offer me not only technical support but also a welcoming, encouraging heart that heard my issues and helped me find a way to solve them. Not only did she serve me well, but even when I needed to return the next day, as soon as I entered the store I heard her call out my name in welcome. Wow!! She is not only an excellent representative of the brand but also a caring individual who went out of her way to smooth my settling into my new home.

Horrible customer service here. I was called a dog for refusing to wear a muzzle or stand outside. Was told I could come in when they called me. I explained thats what dogs do. They ended up expediting my equipment return. I spend around 700 a month with xfinity. I am thinking about canceling and passing this information on to others! Again the constitution states I have rights! I also know the ada has exemptions and so does Colorado! Horrible experience with these people!

On Saturday March 13th, I go to this locatIon to drop off some equipment that I was no longer going to use, I get there right at 6, and see a sign that they will be closing or something to that nature. The door was locked, I noticed people were still being attended to, so I wait for the last customer to be let out so the employee can take my equipment but the CARROT TOP was soooo persistent on leaving at that time and proceeds to rudely close the door... all the employee had to do was take to take my equipment...

Friendly sales associates and lead sales/management is knowledgeable and helpful in getting customers the help they necessary. Chris was able to get a tech out to my residence to resolve technical issues; they came out and helped me get to the bottom of what was going on. Now I am able to enjoy fast and reliable internet without the hassle of calling 1-800 numbers... In terms of service, you get for what you pay for, if you want the best Internet it comes at a price!

I had been dealing with the 1800 number for weeks trying to get my phone number ported over from ATT. they keep transferring me and just in general arent helpful, but I went into the store today and was greeted and helped by Mike who assured me that he wouldnt let me leave without a functioning phone. He was able to get the job done in about 10 minutes, and on top of that he saved me over $50 on my bill! Save yourself the time, just go into the store and ask for Mike.

He was able to help me with all of my questions and concerns and get me set up with a new account very quickly. It was very inexpensive and better than the previous account I had. I would highly recommend going to see Jade at this location for any of your Xfinity issues. All of the Representatives were very helpful and pleasant!

I visited to change my cable box. From the minute I walked in the door everyone was very friendly . The manager I think his name was Marvin ws extremely professional . He greeted me immediately at the door and made sure he knew exactly what I was there for before he passed me to one of his employees named Troy. He was also very professional and polite. He helped me understand my plan and I realized I needed better speed for my home. He helped set this up for me quickly . On my way out Marvin thanked me again , asked me how my interaction was with the associate and wished me a great day. This store has great service and I will recommend the Greely location to all my friends.

DO. NOT. USE. XFINITY. SERVICES!! Horrible experience with self serving, insulting agents both on the phone and in the Greeley store. They still owe me for overcharging me but the store says they cant handle billing issues and the phone agents either hang up when you tell them about the overcharges or put you on hold eternally. I stood right in the store and stayed on hold for over an hour. I then cancelled my account while still on hold and left the store. After another 40 minutes on hold for a total of close to TWO HOURS ON HOLD my phone was going to die and I hung up. Believe it or not that was not the first time this week that has happened. I have been a customer of Comcast/Xfinity longer than any agent in that store has been walking this planet.... Not anymore! DO. NOT. GIVE. ANY. MONEY. TO. XFINITY!!

Very pleased with my service from Jade. He was exceptionally polite, very informative, and had me in and out of the store in five minutes despite it being quite crowded. When I explained why we had moved after the loss of our son, he offered genuine condolences and made sure all of our new information was put into the computer along with getting us the new router we needed.Thank you Jade for top notch customer service.

Laura was very kind with explaining the different plans and which would work best with my, and my budget. Along with Marvin who first helped me, and ensured that I was going to get the best help. Staff is not knowledgeable or helpful. When you explain that you are having problems with their phones and service, they say Cool. And they dont take your problems seriously. Pricing keeps going up without notice, and the service delivery for phones and internet is poor and inconsistent. Unfortunately they are the only real provider of high speed internet in the area. Otherwise I would definitely not use their products or services.

Went in to get new equipment. There was a long line and, had about a 30 minute wait. Once we were home I plugged in all the equipment and found out I was given the wrong boxes. I then had to wait 4 days for a technician. The staff was very friendly, offered us waters, and my son some candy. Even still it was pretty frustrating to go through all of that to be given the wrong boxes.

We were grateful for the help received in activating and switching our Verizon Androids to Xfinity Apple. HOWEVER THIS STORE NEEDS TRAINING on the knowledge of their phones if they are going to sell phone plans. We signed up for a phone plan through the call center over the phone, then went to the Greeley store for activation. I am so glad we signed up over the phone because they were way more well versed in the functionality of android and apple. Well I mean, we probably wouldn’t have signed up had we gone in store. Not one employee was able to tell us much about apple, their solution was to send us to the apple store. The man helping us made it known he doesn’t like apple and here we are switching from android to apple, already unsure of our purchase because it’s foreign territory, not only do these guys not have answers for us but then this guy is ragging on the inconvenience of apple. He would make all these negative comments and then try to cover it up by saying “but the operating system runs smooth.” Needless to say after an hour and a half, my husband and I both walked out of there discouraged and frustrated with our new purchase. Not a good start.

Fantastic customer service! Came in and there were 2 guys and a girl in there on Sunday. Think their names were Robert, Jade and Anisa? I’m sorry if I got those wrong, but they were fantastic! I needed help with my router, was greeted by Robert, and helped by Jade. We spent a little while troubleshooting some problems and we got me a new router, activated it and got on my way! The girl Anisa even offered me a donut! I’ll be returning here in the future

Me and my friend went in there today to replace and pay for her internet and there was a lady working with gray hair that was very rude to us. she number one said i don’t know how long the wait will be when we asked, two she said I guess when we asked to put our name down, and three she made us feel stupid when we showed her our internet box. so we left because we didn’t wanna deal with a bad attitude. if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers.

I went in the store today and i must say the employees need to be trained on how to be professional around paying customers. I attempted to buy a phone but waited a hour while the girl called her help desk beacuse they were having computer problems the manager couldnt even apologize the words that came out there mouth was you can go to loveland and see if there having the same problems if you want a phone. The employees talked about there personal life around customers and alot of the conversations were unprofessional they where on there phones witch should not be allowed on the floor especially if it distracts them from doing there job and putting there customers first. DONT FORGET WE PAY YOUR SALARY .Never going to the store in Greeley

We went into this store three separate times attempting to switch our three iPhone 7s to Xfinity mobile. Each time there was information they did not provide that wasted our time the following visit. We currently have ATT as our provider and went through the whole process of paying off and unlocking our phones to switch over service. Finally after three visits we went in today and after waiting almost an hour to be seen we were told that they cannot port over iphone7s from ATT. This was never explained to us by anyone at the previous three visits nor the agents at the call center. They completely wasted our time and money. We will not go back to this store and would rather drive 40 minutes to Fort Collins to go to the corporate store.

These guys were great! I was in the store on March 29th and was helped by David and Laura, then had to return on March 30th and was helped again by David, and ultimately my order was completed by Kylan. I already had internet through Xfinity and was trying to add TV service back on. David and Kylan were instrumental in making sure I got the correct service and equipment, as THE AGENTS ON THE PHONE (NOT THE STORE!) could NOT keep their story straight on what service they were giving me. I was in the store for a bit as I had to call in to Xfinity while I was there, so I got to witness their interaction with several other customers as well. They were helpful and pleasant in all the interactions I witnessed! Thanks Kylan for making sure I got the bundle and equipment I needed!

I was in the store tonight with my fiancé and my two kids. Mind you my boys are 1 and almost 4. We were exchanging a router and with the store being busy I sat down with my two boys and my older boy started to play with the remote. He messed the tv up by pushing a button on the remote and the lady working there with grayish hair was sitting down on a tablet with a customer was a huge b**** about my son messing up the tv. She kept huffing and puffing about it. He’s a kid for crying out loud. And to add to it she works there but couldn’t fix the tv???????? She was down right disrespectful about the whole situation and acted like she hated every customer walking through the door. People like her should not be working in customer service because that’s one way to lose a customer real quick. As for the other individual working, his name was David— he was absolutely awesome and gave great customer service. He was wonderful with my two boys!
