I drove 5 hrs to go to this store. Id do it again because theyre probably the best in whole state of Colorado. This time wasnt exactly what I planned, but it was well worth the trip for my phone and service.

I had the pleasure of working with Cindy. Whatever you need, she can find. And find it quickly. Dont doubt her because shes right, every time. Believe it, shes AWESOME!!!!!!

We had been to several other places before we came here, but nobody seemed able to give us satisfactory information about setting up service for new phones.At Victra, however, Ross was knowledgeable and helpful.

Visited the Greeley mall location for a screen protector. Ross helped me install it flawlessly and even walked me through registration of my product. The store was very organized and the staff was very knowledgeable. Thanks again for the assistance Ross. Great customer service goes a long way!

My family and I had an excellent experience at the Verizon store in the Greeley Mall yesterday. Our sales associate, Amanda Hawley, was very helpful and knowledgeable about Verizon’s products and phone plans. Because of her extensive knowledge, Amanda was able to guide us into the plan and phones that were perfect for us. We will definitely go back there for any and all of our cell phone needs.

They used an upgrade from a different phone on my account when the phone already had an upgrade. Now they are saying that we told them it was ok when it wasn’t wouldn’t ever recommend coming here it is a false business and they twist your words.

Came in with an old S5 and used Smart Switch to transfer everything to my new S9+. We were very fortunate that Daniel was able to fit us into his busy schedule in between appointments. Great customer service and knowledgeable staff. Very busy location so I would make sure and get an appointment set with them before going in.

If I could give negative stars I would. Verizon kept my old phone when I upgraded, and never bothered to return it to the store like they assured me they would. It has now been over a month and after multiple check ins with the store (and being assured it’s been sent back) I’m now getting billed the remainder balance for a phone I don’t have because they haven’t returned it.And beware! This is a third party store, so Verizon’s (the actual company) hands are tied.

Newly opened in the Greeley Mall, its hours are better than Center Place and the service is great. The manager, Jon, really helped me a lot.

One of the best Verizon retailers I have been to. Isaiah Barrera helped me out and was very professional. He got me in and out in a timely matter with everything 100% taken care of. They truly care about their customers and I will definitely be coming back to this location.

I came in today, Tuesday 10/29 around 11:00am and the store was closed. There was a line at the other store so I figured this one would be easier. I waited about 45 minutes for them to open and finally gave up and left at 11:45ish. Don’t put hours on your door if you are going to be open during those hours. Absolutely ridiculous and if I could give 0 stars I would.

Daniel took the time to help us Seniors get the plan and services we needed. Exceptional professionalism. He took most of his day to help us and I am so thankful. Will always use this store in the future.

Sadly I and around 5 other customers have been sitting outside this location for nearly an hour after their 10am opening time and still the doors are closed and no one has opened the store. Its pathetic how little Verizon cares about their customers precious time. NEVER do business with these price gouging clowns.

I love this new Greeley Mall crew. They help with everything! Even issues that are 6 months old and other store can’t solve.

Came in to pick up a device purchased through Verizon. Had email confirmation that clearly states $0.00 owed. I wait 45 minutes to be told that I cant take home the phone I can see in its box because the ipads arent working, then its the WiFi is slow, then its the computers arent working... then its you are going to have to come back tomorrow. Meanwhile two other groups are being helped and somehow accomplish what they needed to. I inquired about the employee using a 4g hotspot but he couldnt get that to work. He stated that it doesnt have an active sim card... So the only example in the store doesnt/cant work and the store is otherwise dead. The only employee doesnt know how to conduct business within the confines of what management has provided... like a single wired computer and a Sim card (totally a write off) for store use.Upon showing said email employee got mad at me stating that it comes out of his paycheck if I dont pay more than $50 in additional Fees. After saying it does not reflect very well on you or your business... the employee responded with if you come back tomorrow I can waive one of the fees... So He just didnt want to deal with me and dismissed me. Never met a retail employee that is willing to give up personal money when black and white proof of BS is in hand, so I highly doubt those Fees are anything but a scam. I had already signed everything and was told all I needed was my ID to pick up my phone by Verizon. This store uses nothing but Verizon signage but is not Verizon the employee clearly stated that. As well as that If an in store pickup is at a corporate store one doesnt pay Fees. There is a Corporate store just 3 miles west of the mall location. Im going to cancel my order and redo it at a corporate location if I cant get what I have on paper.

My Stepdad took my sons phone in to Verizon. They have service thru them and needed help fixing the phone. The manager of this store told the employee not to help him and to just to leave it alone and not help my stepdad. I must say Verizon your employees must not go by the same philosophy as you all best phone provider.. Sounds like your customer service doesnt extend to all people...

I went to pick up my new phone because fedex notified me as arrived and who they gave it to. Find out to be that they didnt have the phone. When the guy was awnsering me questions he seemed nervous. So that was all bs about the phone not arriving.

Poor customer service. The “representative” was not knowledgeable. There is no reason a customer should have to pay 500+ if they are doing a device payment plan, it defeats the purpose. When I asked the rep why we had to pay that much her response was “idk”. I was in the store for over 2 hours and left 100% dissatisfied, I wouldn’t recommend this authorized retailer to anyone not even my biggest enemy.

I came in to upgrade my phone to the iPhone x and was in and out within 30 minutes. The staff was very professional and were not pushy at all. Thanks again for hooking me up Austin, I will be coming back to you in the future!

The experience was not a very pleasant one. The staff was nice enough, but they really didnt seem to know what they were talking about. Overall I would say theyve got good customer service, but their product knowledge leaves something to be desired.

Was there for like 10 minutes and didn’t even get acknowledged. The guy was sitting down helping out another customer so I went up to him and finally he’s like can I help you. I told him yes I would like the price on a phone and see how much I will have to pay for if i add this phone to my current line. This guy tells me that I have to wait until another customer that I guess had an appointment arrives in the next 15 minutes. If you wanna wait til then I can help you lol no thanks buddy

People here seem to be happy to help but they are not Verizons actual corporate business. This store is just a verizon store in name only. Glad I learned that before I spent money there.

Needed a new phone really badly and i currently had sprint, i had a sales representative named Jaime Holguin help me decide on getting a brand new iphone 6+ with a great plan that fit my budget and fit my needs. With great service like what i experienced will not only have me going back every time i need i new phone or upgrade but i will always refer my friends to go and upgrade/purchase their new phones there with Jaime.

These guys were awesome and they even signed me up for Comcast. Good stuff

Staff is usually friendly, but long wait times. I have been cut in line before, and they dont usually care or even notice, and Im told I have to wait in line even longer since somebody cut me off. I would recommend going to the Verizon on 47th Avenue.

This is the only verizon store I will go to. Great customer service and jeorge is always there to help me out. Explains everything to me about my phone and billing.. Never have to wait in a line and always so very helpful.. :)

Big rip off! Purchased the LG V10 phone. After buying it for retail price of $710, come to find out retail price through real verizon store was $572. Spoke with the store manager Lee said nothing could be done. He said price match could not be done. In order to return the phone I have to pay $35 restocking fee. This store is an in direct store with verizon and sells their phones for a lot more! Wont be buying from them ever again!

Been going to verizon in greeley for years with my phone service and/or issues. Jaime Holguin (sales rep) is always there to greet me, and help me out with with any concerns I have! Definitely will be going there again and recommend friends and family to get their wireless needs at the diamond wireless in the greeley mall.
