I sent a package on Feb 2 2021. I wanted it sent through FedEx. What I wasnt told was that it was actually going to be sent through the post office. First I was told it would take 3 to 5 days. I checked on the 9th. Still not delivered. I was told it would be there at its destination on the 16 the. Then the 18 but its still not there. I was told by someone from where its going to that it may be lost because it can not be tracked. Ill never trust Kinkos again. This is not the first time we have had problems with them .Today is March 2,2021 and my package still has not gotten yo its destination!! It has now been a whole month since I sent it from Kinkos.

To the manager of this location:I hope you know what an amazing team you have, every single time I have been there they will always help me with a big smile, everyone there is friendly and you can tell they like what they do, they have an excellent customer service (I wish the other shipping companies were like them) and I can only say thank you for being so kind.Best Fedex location by far!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They print my online orders fast and always greet me by name when I pick up my documents. Sometimes I have complicated orders with password protected documents and mixed paper sizes. They print them out to perfection every time! I love Vicky, Tim, Kyle, Mykal and all the tenured staff. Parking is plentiful.

Quick print Mykl and Tim were fantastic at helping me out. Very advisable and full of wisdom on how to accomplish things quickly and efficiently.If you want to save time then this is the way to go.

I went to ship a box last minute and needed to custom wrap a odd shape tire package. Vikki was so great she took her time helping me while still helping more clients. I was amazed at how well she balanced so many people at once. I recommend coming here for any shipping needs supplies or help packaging the item they’re great. Thanks again

FedEx strikes again! There was a time, not too long ago, when FedEx was THE shipper, especially with dependability being the main criteria. Now I shudder when I am to receive a package and FedEx is the carrier!! My last two deliveries, or lack of deliveries that FedEx failed to handle with any sense of professionalism are here to haunt me again. The automated tracking system as well as customer service are both a joke. Sounds like it is time to return to the post office!

Out of all of the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center locations that Ive been to, this one is by far the worst! The employees at this location are quite possibly the most unprofessional and disrespectful people Ive ever had to deal with! If you need to print something, I DO NOT recommend that you go to this location because you will get absolutely no help and theyll charge you for every little thing they do attempt to help you with.

I had a friend stop and get me a box to return a electronic item. It took 10 mins to get any help. The guy acted like she was bothering him. Customer service needs to be better. Wont be stopping in there again..

Worst customer service I have ever received from a company. They said they delivered my package 08/20/18 4:08pm however there was no package on my front porch. Funny thing is my shifter cable went out and I was in my driveway all afternoon replacing it and no fedex agent ever showed up. I called and they said we will call you back In two hours with an update which no one did, so i called again got the same answer i would receive a call back, well big freaking surprise no one called me back. I still have no idea where my package is or when i will receive it or a replacement.This post will remain a one and i will put a one on here with each other gmail account i have until it is fixed.

Overall its not a terrible place. If your doing self service its usually a pretty easy thing and i normally dont have to wait for a fax machine to be available. It does bother me that theyll run the toner cartridges dry before replacing them. Usually Im sending important documents (such as paperwork to my jobs FMLA department) so i feel its important to have a clean, readable copy of the fax sent printout. If you bring this to the employees attention the just shake it (and send toner flying in a dust cloud). And as others have stated if you to to go to the service counter, if its something that they have self service available then they will do everything in their power to send you away. Fortunately i usually only need the self service fax machines. Over all thier are better places to go but its much closer to my home and usually on my way to somewhere else so Ill just go here and save myself a trip out of my way.

Was ignored by Eddie (helped 3 people who came in after me first). Sarah ended up helping me after Eddie ignored her request to help me instead. Sarah is an excellent employee--very friendly.

If they cant point you to a do it yourself station then they get irritated and refuse to offer any other options. The lady i dealt with just stomped away and ignored me after i asked for a supervisor. I was told there were none there. Extremely rude.

The customer service here was amazing!!! I could not get the fedex app to send my files. Being states away, I called and asked the man on the phone for help. He tried and tried until he figured out a way to get them printed. I never expected such effort for a small order. Thank you Fedex!!!

Garbage employee... I was being helped, then I was told to move out of the way by the Main Lady while I was trying to get my transaction complete with them.

$6. 20 to fax 3 pages..... this is out of control. Avoid whenever possible.

I was in there so Saturday the associate was very rude.

The sign in the door says they open at 8. 8:10 a guy shows up and says they dont open for another half an hour. Why say youre open when youre not?
