Prices are good, customer service has left the building. Order a print one day, you get it the way you sent it. Order it the next and you get something different. With a large helping of attitude on the side. Im a big believer in shop locally, but customer service is a must. I was so unhappy I bought a plotter.

I needed to fund a notary asap on the 23rd.I Google this place which said open...I drove 2l35 min to arrive an find them closed until after xmas.Making me late to the bank and other tasks.It would be nice if ppl up dated info on their own profile.FedEx is listed as a notary but they dont offer that service either any longer.It should be the responsibility of these places to uddate their own websites.A giant waist of time from bad info all over these websites.If it were the other way around, if I had an appointment I can be charged for missing appointments. Businesses need to value a customers time as much as they do their own.

I came in today with 35 sheets of paper that I needed cut to 5x8 inches. The one lady who seemed to be working had me wait about four minutes while she finished vacuuming, which wouldnt have bothered me if the job had gotten done correctly. I requested that an edge with a barcode be cut off from each sheet. When. I got home, I noticed that each sheet was about a centimeter too short on both the top and the side, and the barcode had been left on on multiple sheets. I paid 5 dollars for that terrible job and I just threw out 30 dollars worth of card stock paper. I will not be returning to do business there again.
