Alex is simply the best. Always the perfect cut/style for my face. His salon is simple, his rates low, but don’t let that fool you. He takes his time & gets it right. Alex really understands face and hair dynamics. What’s amazing is that his cut keeps looking great for weeks. I still get compliments on my haircut even 2 months out, which is something I never experienced with other stylists. His styling chops definitely have staying power. An added bonus to all of this is he’s really a great guy. Greeley’s lucky to have him. : )I’ve always had difficulty finding someone who is consistent in giving me a good cut in Greeley or Fort Collins. So many disappointments until I found this little salon tucked away in the university neighborhood. I’ve been going to Alex for 5 years. Wouldn’t dream of going anywhere else.

Alex is a stand up guy I went to another barber and they did a disaster of a job on my hair I felt used when I walked out of there and pretty low then I went to Alexs after so I could have it fixed and he made it look better then I had visioned and didnt charge me he turned my whole day around! Dont expect a free cut mine was situational but he does amazing work and i will forever recommend him to everyone thats looking for a great haircut and service! I am a new resident in Colorado ,and took me while to find someone that could do my hair the way I like since I am busy mom and not much time to fix my hair,and needed a style to look good if not able to blow dry and use curler and etc.Alex listened to me and paid attention to my need,and did not try to do all bunch of other things that required extra time to do my hair.i liked the fact that my hair looked very good without too much work.I usually dont like writing reviews but this time I really wanted to since I am happy that I found my new hair salon.

I do not go to hairstylists normally, because it takes a while for the hair to grow into the state I wanted when I went. A lot of other stylists I have been to also give you what you wanted, but may not be the best looking for your face, shape, ect. I walked into Alexs place about a year and a half ago, because my love got his hair done there and I could tell the guy knew what he was doing. Over time, his hair now looks fabulous and he is very happy with the style. Now, my whole family goes to Alex, including my teenage daughter who can be very particular about her look. I find that Alex is not a typical stylist and if you are looking for the regular style and how the cookie-cutter types do it, then you will be disappointed here. If you want to look fabulous and feel good about how you look, then this is the place! Thank you, Alex for your wonderful knowledge and teaching on treating my hair nice and to get it healthy!

This guy here is real cool took my friend for a haircut and we had a blast haha real down to Earth.

This guy sucked. I went in for a simple trim with my layers that I have. He ended up grabbing chunks of my hair and twisting it then proceeded to shave it off with a razor at the ends. I just went with it due to everyone has their own technique... WELL, when he was done it looked as if my hair was thinned out and looked like a mullet. It was awful!

Nice guy but not the best hair cutting.

This guy has no idea what he is doing, I went for a trim and color. I went twice and he messed up both times, then proceeded to call the color I picked chocolate he said its red. WHAT?! cut off a chunk my hair, I had a mullet! He has no curling iron, no blow dryer out. He claims he is known but he messed up my hair TWICE and the dye didnt not even stay in my hair the second time it was a simple root touch up. To laugh when he said you want your hair perfect. That was aweful I just wanted my hair done I said NO CUT JERK.. YOU DONT LISTEN AND YOU GOT 130.00 OUT OF ME!! LADIES please dont make the same mistake I did. 😢In response to the owners comment- you kept stating how healthy my hair was. I asked for a full color, you demanded highlghts, no color was placed to cover the rest of my roots. You didnt cover up a single thing. He laughed at me for wanting nice hair, if I dont feel good about my hair then no I did not walk out looking better. To keep money when I went twice and HAD TO blow dry my own hair the second time is just bad buisness. I went for a dramatic look, you didnt want to put in the work. You should have done the right thing, a refund. None of the color stayed, it washed out after one wash, I had a mullet. I SAID NO HAIRCUT, you chopped 4 inches, I was looking at my phone, all of the sudden it was chopped. NO HAIRCUT, WE AGREED! Dont try to justify yourself, my hair is healthy. LADIES AGAIN, AT HIS PRICE, AT THE COST OF YOUR HAIR AND WALLET. YOU CAN FIND A GREAT SALOON ANYWHERE ELSE DONT PLACE YOURSELF IN MY REGRET.

I moved to greeley about a year ago. I am so lucky to find him! I have always doubted my hair dresser everywhere I have ever gone. Not Alex! Everytime, I love it. He makes me look like a complete different person and its just so natural to him. I had my hair cut maybe every six months, because I was scared of the results. Now that I found alex... Im a regular!
