So first I thought that it was awesome that they repaired Samsung washer and dryer. I was told it would be $50 to come out and check to see what they both needed and the technicians showed up very late. I was charged $80 and told I would get a discount when services were done. A women did call me to give me a quote and said that she would call me when parts came in...going on a few months now and no call.

I was referred to Hispano via my home warranty company. I was told that the dishwasher needed to be repaired due to the soap compartment not opening. This seemed odd to me because the issue I reported to my warranty company was that the dishwasher wasnt filling with water. The soap compartment always opened. Either way, they stated they would be in touch with my warranty company and be back in touch. It was 7 days before we received another call from them and this was to tell us they would be at our residence in 45 minutes to replace the dishwasher. They replaced my dishwasher with a different brand that was much smaller and the installation was shoddy at best. I contacted my warranty company to complain and they stated that Hispano had never contacted them to even advise that they needed to replace the dishwasher. They were also supposed to give me an option of dishwashers to replace my old one with and this was not done either.

This company is absolutely amazing. Would recommend them to everyone I know.....

They came out and took a look at my washer for 2 minutes and charged me $45 and afterwards did not follow up with me. I even called them 3 days in a row and was given the run around. I am still waiting to hear from someone.

Ive purchased a ton of equipment from them and they always have more than fair prices and more impressive than that, the guys at Hispano Appliance have saved my business on more than one occasion when my restaurant equipment has unexpectedly had issues. I use Hispano for all of myl appliance needs for my rental properties. One phone call, and they take care of the rest. Service has always been good. I did buy a used refrigerator which went out after a few weeks. They made good on the deal, and swapped out for another fridge with no problems.

An ordinary customer service, this person who designed to be the owner does not have class to answer his calls, he needs more training, nothing professional, in a few words, he rains as if he were going to do the work for free, I personally would not recommend it and read his reviews So poor but I wanted to give him the chance.
