Since limited on characters for a review, uploaded the photos of what they claim is a finished product. Figure that the pictures speak for themselves. This finished installation of my range hood took from June 2017 to December 2017, finished because I hired an HVAC company to get the job done correctly. If you have seen Money Pit and know of the phrase 2 weeks , I believe that this is what their company is based off. Not worth a single star!, have to select it to post the review.

This is my 2nd review for this UNPROFESSIONAL company, if you read my comments and reply from my 1st review the manager David replied to call him back. I did call back and his explanation and tone was not professional. David says that Im bashing his company, but its his lack of professionalism that is doing that for him. I highly encourage everyone to spend your money elsewhere because they will nickel and dime you for what a new unit will cost. Good luck david.

I bought a stove from this company within the first few weeks the eyes were not working properly it took over a week to get someone out to look at the stove then almost 3 weeks to get them back out to fix it after the guy that looked at it said he would be back no later than the following Friday. Now just 2 months later the P.O.S. has a run away temp when I called to ask about a refund I was told that They would do me a favor by coming out to fix it ... thanks but no thanksIn short they sale sub par appliances and take their sweet time fixing the ones they can get out the door

Don’t ever use this business. Products are junk. Girl who answer phone are incredibly rude and give inaccurate info as well as no follow through. Trying to get an appointment scheduled is a nightmare. Expect to be without your appliance fixed for over a week. Awful awful company

Well... It was so discouraging I had a heating element replaced in my dryer it took the service man maybe 30 minutes? They charged me $265 for labor...the part was covered under warranty. Really?? That is about what I could buy a dryer for! I called and spoke to the manager and he proceeded to tell me that they charge by the service not by the hour. UGH! If you are reading this do your homework.. there is A LOT OF 1 stars on their reviews. I chalk this up for lesson learned, but I feel totally taken by this company and they insisted that was a fair price to charge me. I am so frustrated that I trusted them not to price gouge !!! NEVER EVER WOULD I USE THEM AGAIN!
