I came in unprepared and on a tight timeline and they are finding ways to make it happen - taking an unfinished design and working with me over numerous variations to nail down what we want, and going above and beyond with their time and energy to help get a finished product in just a few days. Reedesign operates more like a group of really caring professionals than like a business.

Reedesign Concepts helped me with what I personally consider a very niche project. I play paintball as a hobby and I was looking at options to give a paintball loader some personal flare. I got in contact with Jhenna and she made the quote process painless and easy. The craftsmanship here is flawless. Any chipping you might find in the images was on my part and NOT Reedesigns because I had to clip the accent pieces back in and fitment on those pieces are tight (again, NOT Reedesigns fault by any means). I know who I am contacting from now on for jobs like these. Professional and quick responses. I even received a call from a gentleman named Joe that confirmed my order to ensure what I wanted was correct as, in his own words, he doesnt want people to mess his things up so he makes sure he doesnt mess peoples things up. A HUGE shout out to Reedesign Concepts in Greeley for creating a mask that helps my hearing impaired daughter see my mouth. Lip reading is HUGE for the Deaf and Hearing impaired and this made her way less frusterated. Not only did they just design my request but they had it ready in 2 hours! One less thing that we have to overcome at the moment. I dont often realize that she cant hear but the moment I covered my mouth it was instant frustration. I cant thank them enough.
