Carols team was absolutely amazing. I had ordered flowers from somewhere else and the day before the funeral they let me know I wasnt getting my order. I was in tears and in a panic. I called a couple other places...but they couldnt put anything together.Then I called Carol-Lynns. They put a beautiful display together and delivered it to the funeral home. I was looking for the perfect arrangement for my girlfriend who has been battling breast cancer for the past year. Her final surgery had been completed and I wanted the ultimate pink breast cancer survivor bouquet. I went to Carol Lynn’s Flowers in Greeley and explained the situation and what I was looking for. Was I ever impressed!!! The arrangement is by far probably the most gorgeous piece of floral artwork I have ever seen. She totally nailed it! I will absolutely use them again for my floral needs and recommend them wholeheartedly. My girlfriend absolutely loved them and Carol Lynn’s played a huge part in putting that smile on her face.

I called Carol-Lynns Flowers on a Saturday. I live in California and needed a flower arrangement for a rosary service on Sunday in Greeley. Patricia was very patient and helpful with me. Patricia let me know that the flowers as shown on the website were not available but would substitute them and prepare the arrangement for Sunday.. i attended the service via Zoom on Sunday and the arrangement was beautiful. Ordered flowers for my daughter yesterday for Valentines Day. I was having them delivered to her work, but she left work early that day and I didnt know about it. My mother in law ordered some flowers for my wife because she was going back to work after having our baby. No one was home when they tried to deliver so I had to go pick them up. I was getting off work late and they said they would stay after closing so that I can get the flowers. Absolutely awesome customer service. The flowers are also well done.

I have never in my life had so much problem ordering flowers. I ordered online was allowed to choose same day delivery so I did. Hours later I got a phone call saying delivery person had already gone home so could they wait till tomorrow. Sure no problem. Next day I get a message asking to reschedule delivery as no one was home. I called back i was told they HAD been delivered the call was because they had to substitute the vase. Ok..not what I ordered but what can you do its already been delivered. 4 Hours after that I get another call asking when can they deliver them. WHAT? I get frustrated ask for the manager and then get told Hon I am the manager Dont call me Hon. Hon its ok I want a refund Ive never had such a horrible hard experience spending 80 dollars on flowers. She then hangs up on me. Go anywhere else!

Ordered bootinear 2 weeks in advance and asked for pink rose. Showed up and it was white. When asked wasnt this suppose to be pink? Was told no there was nothing written on the ticket. Clearly they dont care or pay attention to detail!! Definitely wont ever be back again!!
