I called to get an update on my washer, he said that I would need to wait until 11 to find out. I explained that my home warranty company is asking me while on hold to see if its something that can be fixed, or if they are needing to contact a different company. He hung up.... I called back to ask why he hung up on me and he said I said I was going to use another company and I said no sir you are putting words in my mouth, I simply asked if they were able to fix it. And he said to call back at 11. I said I can do that. I asked if he was the owner and he said yes and hung up one again! Rude and very unprofessional!

They were really great to work with in repairing my Samsung refrigerator and range. They were very knowledgeable in working on either appliance. They were able to communicate easily and work well with the manufacturer in order to solve all of the issues that came up. They were able to get parts very quickly so I am now back to normal and happy.THANKS Whites (especially Brian), I appreciate your help.

They handled my repair very quickly. They did have to order a part but we did not have to wait long for it to come in. They were able to return the same day the part came in and fixed my refrigerator which is now running great. I like these guys and they are easy to work with.

Whites is a family run local business that specializes in appliance repair and warranty work. Sometimes pre-owned appliances are available for purchase, which is a big help since Covid has really delayed shipping for new appliances. They offer a seriously needed service and care about their clients.

They are very knowledgeable about what they do. They were able to fix my washer problem rather quickly. It required two trips to fix (one for diagnosis and one to return with the part) but I blame that more on the manufacturer than them. I understand why they are busy people, they are good at what they do. I will call them EVERY time.

Called several times and nobody ever picks up. When i finally do get someone on the phone ive been told the technician will give me a call. Its been 4 days and no call from technician just to come out and LOOK at our washer/dryer.

I will just say I had a service call appointment today at 1:00, and it is currently 3:10. I have called the office three times and have been advised the tech is running a little behind. No estimates, no nothing. I would not even have even been notifiedby the office staff. Not cool! This is warranty service, but otherwise this place will never have my business. Bad way to run a business. 3:20, and tech arrived. He has had a bad day, and I get it. Just provide updates on anticipated arrival time.

Was looking at purchasing a whole new kitchen set and washer and dryer from them after I heard they sold refurbished appliances. The salesman told me he didnt think he could do anything for me for little to nothing and I was taken back as I was willing to spend around $1200 on a setup. He was very unfriendly and was not willing to try and accommodate me or offer anything comparable in my price range. Definitely recommend shopping elsewhere.

When Television first came to GF they made it an event and invited the whole town to come down and watch the first shows broadcasted. That was over 60 years ago. It was a great marketing tool of the time and my dad and most of the town bought their first TV from them.Some years later in the late 60s I rented an apartment in the upstairs of the White Home. In the basement Mr. White gave me a demonstration on the proper way to load my laundry (sheets - wash and wear - delecates) in their grand washing machine of the time in the basement of his beautiful 3 story home which I practice to today.

Horrible, horrible service. Bought a LG washer from someone else, and needed a repair. LG contacted Whites and they agreed to perform the service. Repairman came out March 2016, said he had to order parts. Its now February 2017 and he still has not been back. We have called Whites twice a week, every week for the past 11 months. We only get excuses. Today I spoke to Roger, the owner, and he told me that he was tired of my complaints, and then hung up on me.
