Our paperweight looks nice but isnt much help yet. Husband and wife not impressed for very different reasons.Dishwasher shopping went fine, not pressured and they answered our questions well; our problem is they failed to sell us a power cord kit and the metal water hose they sold us didnt fit on the plastic outlet.Shes cranky that the on sale item is not REALLY on sale and he is still muttering about doing dishes by hand.

Weve been customers of Eklunds for our home and rental properties for more than 30 years. They sell quality products at reasonable prices, and unlike the big box stores, they have always been there for us whenever theres a problem. Most recently a bake element burned out in our decade old Jennair oven. Cal Eklund took care of us personally on a Saturday, and he checked to see what was immediately available in their repair inventory. When the replacement part wasnt in stock on their shelves, Greg in the service department promptly ordered it for us and thoughtfully kept us informed of the situation by telephone. The replacement part was reasonably priced and arrived from Seattle a few days later. We were able to install it ourselves. We are happy campers!

We went to Eklunds, because they came highly recommended, for a new washer. So we bought a whirlpool from them even though it was a little more then anywhere else. We even bought the extended warranty but we have had problems on and off with it. This last time was more then 3 weeks ago when the water pump went out on it. They told us we could still use it just take it easy until the could get the part in. Now we cant use it at all and it seems as though we are getting a run-around. We are without a washer completely and they just dont seem to care! Very unhappy with their service!

Eklands is our go to for appliances. Last year we had a dud for a freezer, not one issue getting it replaced. Today was our first time picking up from the store instead of the warehouse. Its nice to have a locally owned business that cares.

Amazing small town service. Great customer service. Good deals on quality appliances. One of the last businesses where you feel like you are talking to your neighbor down the street, and not to someone who is just there for a paycheck. Definitely recommend Ecklunds.

Terrible customer service, they don’t care if they flood your house by hooking up your fridge wrong. Cost me more money then the fridge was worth. I showed them the part part the guy hooked up and they said yea that was wrong, and that was where the leak was coming. Only wanted to fix the bad connection and not my new floors and carper and walls and cabinet and my health the water and mold ruined. Too bad I can’t give 0 stars. They never tested the connection just put the fridge in house hooked up connection and left. I brought the bad connection the parts counter and they told me that’s why it was leaking because it was not on there right.

Amazing customer service. I bought a washer and dryer from them. The washer did not work for some reason. In short they were at my house many times until they tracked down the problem ( it was on my side of it). Throughout the whole process they did everything they could to find the problem and fix it. In the end I now have a pair of wonderfully working machines . I am beyond glad I bought from them as you couldnt get that kind of service from the big box stores. I would give eklunds 100 stars if I could!

Bought a dishwasher on January 23rd, 2021 and told us it would be in in about a month.. As of April 13, 2021 its still not in. Dont sell a product if you cant get it in. Every time we have called or went in they tell us they cant tell us anything or give an update. One time he told us he couldnt talk because he was helping another customer. And they have the nerve to keep billing us for it and the warranty.The customer service has been so bad. We had bought other appliances in the past but no more after this.

I want to commend Richard for his excellent customer service. The lower filament in my oven broke, and Richard came out to do an evaluation. He knew immediately that only the filament needed replacing, not the entire oven, which was a relief. It was ordered and then he came out, appropriately masked, to replace it, which was a very smooth process. He was courteous, very professional, and very nice. I really appreciated his manner and his expertise. Thank you, Richard!

Very nice in store service, and there delivery guys went out of their way on a Friday night, after a very busy day for them. And made the extra effort to deliver our washing machine to us. Thank you....Thank you....Thank you!!!!

Purchased a new ge fridge yesterday, service/delivery staff showed up to install fridge and found a broken water line in the freezer door before installing. I spoke to Stan and he was very professional and assured us that parts would be ordered today and they would repair the water line as soon as possible. Will update post when repair is completed, but so far they have turned what could have been a bad experience in to a positive one.

Phenomenal customer service—so happy we chose to buy local. Got a great deal and were treated right. We bought a fridge and dishwasher and upon getting the dishwasher home noticed there was some damage to it. Customer service was polite and exchanged it without a hiccup. Again, very happy we went with Eklunds.

I am writing this review for my Dad who bought a new refrigerator from Eklunds a few months ago. Within a couple months of receiving his new refrigerator it stopped working. Eklunds sent out a serviceman but not right away like you would expect. He looked at it and replace a part, an electrical grid and then left without making sure it was fixed. The refrigerator still does not work. My 90 year old father has been without a refrigerator now for 7 weeks and he still does not know when it my be fixed. He has tried calling Eklunds to ask that they please expedite but only gets something like, Oh we can try.... I would recommend going anywhere but Eklunds for new appliances. One star is one too many!

The purchase went very well.....BUT after that the wheels fell off. The delivery gentleman did an excellent job, the sales people didnt care once the sale was made. We gave them phone numbers to call 3 times but they just call the home number, not the cell number and than stop by and get upset that no one is here. One of the purchases out of 4 appliances was one they took back they stated that they would clean it like new and deliver it later......instead they delivered it dirty and said they did what they could.Thank you to the owner for answering this post. I appreciate the fact that it is a used appliance, I was hoping for better customer service from the sales staff. You reaching out and answering this is way more than has been done up to this point. I would enjoy you giving me a call at some point to let you know of the concerns, as ALL of the staff that has come out to the home has done an absolute excellent job.

Customer service in finding a quality refrigerator at a reasonable price was excellent and it was scheduled for delivery the same day.On delivery, I didn’t notice a dent on the front corner of the door until after the delivery guys left. Appeared to be from belt holding fridge during transport was tightened too much.Overall experience was very good and would use Eklund’s in the future.

Customer service is great. They want what is best for the customer. If you have a product that can be repaired rather than replaced then they would like to help you repair it. The prices are a bit steep on their products though.

Great Place to get what you need, I went to Home Depot and Sears they wanted me to wait weeks before I could get a washer and dryer. He got it to me in 2 days. If you want no nonsense service with solutions to your needs, this is the place to things done. Thank you for all your help Mr Eklund.

I wasted 45 mins at Home Depot trying to get assistance with not a single person offering to help but plenty walking by.. So I gathered prices and model info and went to Eklunds to compare. Wesley Ross was with me in seconds, answered a hundred questions and patiently waited while I texted my wife at work. There was zero pressure and the refrigerator that I bought was almost $1000 cheaper than a similar model at The Depot. The delivery experience was just as impressive. I will definitely come back here with future business and I recommend Wesley to all.
