The owner (John Beckman) who I talked to on the phone about my problem was very courteous and helpful. He correctly diagnosed a complex problem I was having with mice in my vents. The technician who came out to my house (Larry), was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with all my numerous inquiries. The whole he cut into my ceiling drywall in my garage, turned out to be the exact place these critters were getting through, into an uncovered heating hose vent! It is very rare these days to come across people who are so genuinely dedicated to helping others in need. Needless to say, I will be using Beckman for all of my heating and A/C needs in the future!

We cannot find words to express how lucky we are to have found Beckman Brothers to 1) maintain our original heating/ac system 2) when it became time to replace our furnace due to a cracked heat exchanger, they gave us an awesome price to replace not only the furnace but we decided to replace the AC since it was an older unit that hadn’t been maintained by the original owners. They installed both systems fast and expertly, and we have them on a yearly maintenance contract to keep both systems running like the day they were installed. Their trucks are clearly marked (not like some fly by night companies) and their employees are very knowledgeable about all aspects of the industry. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE BECKMAN BROTHERS FOR ALL YOUR AC/HEATING INSTALL OR MAINTENANCE NEEDS. Their Maintenance Agreement has great perks to it. We love Beckman and we usually get Matt who is fabulous! They have been to our home multiple times bc we have a service contract with them. When our son was born in late June, we came back from the hospital nearly a week later to find that our air conditioning compressor had gone out. The next appt wasnt for a few days later and it was HOT! After explaining to them that we had a 1 week old newborn, they sent someone that same day. Cant say enough good things.

They did a great job, They found ways to save us some money and still get everything we needed. afterwards we had questions and they were very responsive. I would tell anyone to see them with any heating or air conditioning needs.

Called them several times over a period of two weeks; always got their after hours line even though I always called during their listed business hours.Left two detailed messages, a week apart; never heard back from them.Im not the first person to leave a negative review because they seemed to have dropped off the map... hopefully nothing bad happened.Will remove the negative review if I receive a satisfactory explanation.

I called Beckman Brothers to inspect a project in our familys basement.The technician was very friendly, arrived on time, said he was part of the family business, and thoroughly inspected our project. Off the top of his head, he recommended 3 different options that all sounded sensible, then said he would get me a quote. In a week. The one star is due to the fact that after 3 weeks and several phone messages left by me I never heard from this business again. I dont know if that means they have too much business, or didnt like my project, or something else, but they wasted my time.

Been using Beckman Bros for several years now and have always been treated like a very valuable customer. When my thermostat did a software update and suddenly lost the AC condenser I called after hours and left a message expecting a call the next day Instead Bryan called me back within 15 minutes. I explained the problem and despite the fact that he was already home, he said Ill be right over. Within 10 minutes, Bryan was at my door and fixing the problem. Good service goes a long way

Called for a furnace maintenance service for a loud motor at lunchtime and got an appointment the same day. Martin was excellent at diagnosing the problem, explaining the process, and scheduling the follow up procedure to replace the motor. Fair prices, fast installation of parts, friendly service. I wouldnt hire them after speaking to their receptionist this morning (5/9/14). I called for A/C service was then put on hold then a very rude women came on the phone. Through the coarse of the short discussion she made it clear that she was doing me a favor by working for me! Too many contractors out there to deal with crabby, disrespectful receptionists.Look elsewhere. If the service is this poor before they have your money, what will be like after?
