This is the best contractor that I have ever dealt with. They changed an old gravity heater with a modern one some months back and the experience was overwhelming. The heater has performed very good so far and my bills are lower since then. I will rehire their services again to add venting to a new room in my basement. I would highly recommend them 100%!!

Had an appointment on Tuesday with a time slot from 8AM to Noon so came in early at 8am we open at 10AM so 2 hours early only to be blown off. And every time i call they tell me they will have a Manager call me with in 15Mins that never happened 4 different times. I understand a heating and air company being buzy in the heat. But pretty simple stuff if you cant make it call me and ill find another company instead of lying multiple times. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER

Ardent Heating & Cooling were great. We needed to replace our HVAC system, and tech took the time to explain all of the details and options to us. He also took after-hours questions from us as we were making our decision. They installed the new system and were professional and courteous. The new system has only been running a couple of hours, but so far, so good!

I had hot water heater rupture late Saturday evening and called Ardent Heating & Cooling. They were at my home at 10 AM Sunday morning with a replacement and had my water back on by noon. Called Ardent Heating & Cooling twice within the last month. The first was a repair to my A/C condenser unit, and Jeff was sent out immediately and he quickly and professionally fixed the problem. Yesterday and today, he came out to replace the blower in my furnace/AC unit, and he also diagnosed and handled the issue very efficiently.Great all the way.
