MS. Deanna Turner was an amazing help.I always receive great CS at JH.But she went above and beyond

I been going to Jackson Hewitt for many of years so I went and did my taxes on Monday. But my mind keep saying go someone else(always follow your first mind). So when she was done filing my taxes they charge me almost 700 to file(I should ask before she did it but I thought maybe it be what they always charge.)And I kept asking Whats this charge for and I couldnt get a straight answers. I heard so many stories dont know whats true. I was told it could be a corporation then I was told its a franchise that I went to and they could charge up to 1000.My boyfriend went to a different location they only charge him 400. This place is a ripped off do not file your taxes here unless u ask question and read every fine print........................................................................Never will I use them again

I went to the Jackson Hewitt stand in the Walmart here and when I got there Cheyenne told me I could stay and do it with her or even leave my tax info with her and come back in a an hour or 2. So I left my info with her and ran to have lunch and when i got back there was just a few things for me to help her fill out and we were done and good to go! She was so sweet and Im hoping when I need to do my taxes next year she is here to help me with them!

Cheyenne whitmire was very professional and she helped me understand what all we needed to do my taxes. I would recommend Cheyenne to anyone who needs there taxes done.
