I received a book from a friend and call them. They answered all my questions and called me back with more help the same day. When they came to my house they explained all the options out there and let me choose what I wanted to do. I decided to sell my house to them. They are going to make a donation to the charity of my choice, I liked that option. I referred them to one of my friends last week.
