He coordinated needed upgrades, going above and beyond to make sure they were able to sell their home as quickly as possible after they were deployed.We called him when it was time to sell our house and buy a new one. He was professional, responsive, knowledgeable about the market, and made us feel very comfortable throughout the buying and selling process.Five years later, it was once again time to sell our house and buy another, we called Gary. It was during the pandemic, and we were concerned because of my health issues. Absolutely horrendous, this place is not a real estate agency you can count on. They will post your house on MLS, talk a good game about marketing, conducting open houses, and driving traffic to your house, but they are all lies! They literally take pictures, post on mls and sit back with a strategy of hope. No follow up, no accountability, and zero sense of urgency. If you are looking for your house to sit on the market for an extended period of time and to receive zero follow up to questions (from you and realtors) then you have found the right real estate agency, if you actually want to sell your home then move on and select a different agency!!

I first talked with Gary one full year before I retired. He met with my wife and I at a local McKinney restaurant. He acted like we had known each other our entire lives. It was a fantastic experience. Instantly, we felt at ease and we both were assured that we had found the right agent. A year quickly came and went when we contacted Gary again. I would point out that during the completion of that one year I had left for retirement, Gary made frequent phone calls to check on our progress. We had to move from California to Texas and he was totally aware of how stressful that was for us. Upon arrival in North Texas, it took 3 months and we were in our home in Melissa Texas. Gary acted extremely professional and he was our mouthpiece in all the negotiations. He did a marvelous job. Now after almost four years, we are still living in Melissa Texas and enjoying our life. Gary was and still is a class act. A man who can be trusted and works very hard on behalf of the customer. I recommend Gary to anyone with complete assurance.
